Abstract

一种充电枪上稳定连接的装置,包括充电枪,该充电枪前端具有与车辆的充电插座电连接的充电头,其特征在于该装置还包括电机、转轮及内齿圈,电机的动力输出端具有主动齿轮;转轮能转动地设于充电枪头部并位于充电头外圈,前端内侧具有与充电插座外端的外螺纹配合的内螺纹;内齿圈设于前述转轮的后端并内齿与前述的主动齿轮啮合传动。充电头与充电插座对接后,启动电机,电机驱动主动齿轮转动,进而驱动内齿圈连同转轮转动,从而快速完成转轮与充电插座的螺纹连接,确保充电头对接到位。

充电枪上稳定连接的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆充电装置,尤其涉及一种充电枪。
背景技术
随着对传统汽车碳排放量控制要求不断提高,新能源电动汽车井喷式被推出,但目前电动汽车电池技术,续航里程短、充电时间长,对充电桩依赖程度高,所以公共充电桩需求量急剧上升。
现有的充电桩基本上包括充电柜和充电枪,充电枪通过充电线缆与充电柜连接,充电枪前端具有与车辆充电插座连接的充电头,但现有的充电枪与车辆充电插座接触时存在接触不良,连接牢固性差,且操作不便的不足,还存在因接触不良在导致大电流充电时产生高温与火灾的风险。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种充电头对接方便快捷且牢固的充电枪上稳定连接的装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种充电枪上稳定连接的装置,包括充电枪,该充电枪前端具有与车辆的充电插座电连接的充电头,其特征在于该装置还包括
电机,动力输出端具有主动齿轮;
转轮,能转动地设于充电枪头部并位于充电头外圈,前端内侧具有与充电插座外端的外螺纹配合的内螺纹;以及
内齿圈,设于前述转轮的后端并内齿与前述的主动齿轮啮合传动。
所述充电头一侧设有位置传感器,所述转轮与充电插座接触后触发位置传感器,该位置传感器发送信号给控制板,控制板控制电机启动以使转轮与充电插座对接螺纹旋合。充电枪与充电插座接触更加稳定,防止在充电过程中因为触碰或者其他意外原因导致接触不良产生火灾。
所述充电枪头部设有与控制板连接的温度传感器,充电过程中充电头超过设定温度,控制板控制电机反转以使转轮与充电插座松脱。一旦温升太高,控制板立马发生指令,电机反转,以使转轮与充电插座快速松脱,确保两者断开。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:充电头与充电插座对接后,启动电机,电机驱动主动齿轮转动,进而驱动内齿圈连同转轮转动,从而快速完成转轮与充电插座的螺纹连接,确保充电头对接到位。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例中的充电枪3具有与车辆的充电插座8电连接的充电头33,充电枪3内设有电机6,该电机6的动力输出端设有主动齿轮61,对应地,充电枪3的头部位于充电头33外圈具有转轮7,该转轮7的后端具有内齿圈71,该内齿圈71与主动齿轮61啮合,转轮7前端内侧具有与充电插座8外端的外螺纹配合的内螺纹72。充电头与充电插座对接后,启动电机,电机驱动主动齿轮转动,进而驱动内齿圈连通转轮转动,从而快速完成转轮与充电插座的螺纹连接,确保充电头对接到位。
充电头33一侧设有位置传感器34,转轮7与充电插座8接触后触发位置传感器34,该位置传感器34发送信号给控制板10,控制板10控制电机6启动以使转轮7与充电插座8对接螺纹旋合。充电枪与充电插座接触更加稳定,防止在充电过程中因为触碰或者其他意外原因导致接触不良产生火灾。
充电枪3头部设有与控制板10连接的温度传感器35,充电过程中充电头33超过设定温度,控制板10控制电机6反转以使转轮7与充电插座8松脱。其他结构参考实施例1。
充电头与充电插座对接后,触碰位置传感器,启动电机,电机驱动主动齿轮转动,进而驱动内齿圈连同转轮转动,从而快速完成转轮与充电插座的螺纹连接,确保充电头对接到位。当温升太高,控制板立马发生指令,电机反转,以使转轮与充电插座快速松脱,确保两者断开。

1.一种充电枪上稳定连接的装置,包括充电枪(3),该充电枪(3)前端具有与车辆的充电插座(8)电连接的充电头(33),其特征在于该装置还包括
电机(6),动力输出端具有主动齿轮(61);
转轮(7),能转动地设于充电枪(3)头部并位于充电头(33)外圈,前端内侧具有与充电插座(8)外端的外螺纹(81)配合的内螺纹(72);以及
内齿圈(71),设于前述转轮(7)的后端并内齿与前述的主动齿轮(61)啮合传动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电枪上稳定连接的装置,其特征在于所述充电头(33)一侧设有位置传感器(34),所述转轮(7)与充电插座(8)接触后触发位置传感器(34),该位置传感器(34)发送信号给控制板(10),控制板(10)控制电机(6)启动以使转轮(7)与充电插座(8)对接螺纹旋合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的充电枪上稳定连接的装置,其特征在于所述充电枪(3)头部设有与控制板(10)连接的温度传感器(35),充电过程中充电头(33)超过设定温度,控制板(10)控制电机(6)反转以使转轮(7)与充电插座(8)松脱。
