具体实施方式
将参考附图描述根据实施例的车辆10。注意,每一幅图中所适当绘制的箭头FR、UP和RH分别指示车辆的向前方向、向上方向和右手方向。在下文中,当使用前后、上下和左右的方向进行描述时,除非另有说明,否则它们表示车辆前后方向上的前后、车辆高度方向上的上下以及在面向车辆前方向情况下的左右。
整体构造
如图1中所示,本实施例的车辆10包括车辆本体12。本实施例的车辆本体12例如具有在车辆前后方向上对称的外部形状,并且能够在车辆前后方向的两个方向上行驶。
车辆本体12包括多个车轮14。在本实施例中,四个车轮14被设置在车辆本体12的在一侧的侧部上,并且四个车轮14被设置在车辆本体12的另一侧表面上。在设置在所述一侧的侧部上的四个车轮14中,两个车轮14被设置在车辆前侧,并且其余两个车轮14被设置在车辆后侧。在图1中,仅示出了设置在车辆本体12的侧部上的四个车轮14。
作为电气设备的驱动电池18被设置在构成车辆本体12的地板面板16的下方,并且驱动电池18在车辆10的行驶期间产生热量。驱动电池18被设置在车辆本体12的在车辆前后方向上的中央部分处,并且电连接到被构造成驱动车辆10的电动机(未示出)。当电力被从驱动电池18供应到电动机时,电动机被驱动以使车辆10行驶。注意,可以在车辆前后方向上的一侧设置一个电动机。每一个车轮14均可以设有车轮内电动机。
驱动电池18连接到作为控制驱动电池18的输出的电气设备的电力控制单元20(下文中被适当地称为“PCU 20”),并且电动机(未示出)连接到PCU 20。PCU 20包括逆变器,该逆变器能够将交流(AC)电力转换成直流(DC)电力并且将DC电力转换成AC电力,并且该逆变器被构造成经由PCU 20将来自驱动电池18的电力供应给电动机。
作为热交换器的散热器22被设置在车辆本体12的在车辆前侧的端部处,并且风扇24被设置在散热器22的后侧。车辆本体12设有作为控制风扇24的控制单元的电子控制单元(ECU)26。
散热器22被设置在被形成于车辆本体12的前端处的开口(未示出)的后方,并且散热器22被构造成使得在车辆本体12的行驶期间,通过开口将行驶风引入散热器22中。当风扇24运行良好时,外部空气通过开口从车辆本体12的外部被引入散热器22中。
散热器22和驱动电池18通过使制冷剂循环的冷却管28联接。具体地,冷却管28包括:放热冷却管30,已经穿过驱动电池18内部的制冷剂通过该放热冷却管30流入散热器22中;和吸热冷却管32,已经穿过散热器22的制冷剂通过该吸热冷却管22流入驱动电池18中。散热器22和PCU 20通过类似的冷却管28联接。在本实施例中,作为示例,放热冷却管30在穿过驱动电池18之后穿过PCU 20。在本实施例中,使用冷却剂作为制冷剂。
冷却管28设有泵(未示出)和阀门52(见图4)。当需要冷却驱动电池18时,ECU 26将制冷剂控制成在冷却管28中循环。因而,通过使制冷剂在驱动电池18、PCU 20和散热器22之间循环,由于通过散热器22与外部空气进行热交换而已经达到低温的制冷剂沿着驱动电池18和PCU 20流动。
图1示意性地示出了放热冷却管30的仅一部分。图2示出了放热冷却管30的另一部分。
放热冷却管的构造
如图2中所示,在冷却管28中,从作为电气设备的驱动电池18朝向散热器22的放热冷却管30的一部分被铺设在车厢中。放热冷却管30包括第一流路34、第二流路36和第三流路38。第一流路34、第二流路36和第三流路38经由多个阀门52联接(见图4),并且可以通过打开和关闭阀门52而使制冷剂仅流动到任意流路。
第一流路34沿地板面板16从驱动电池18的后端向后延伸,并且进一步延伸到车辆宽度方向上的左侧。第一流路34沿立柱装饰件(未示出)向上延伸到顶板,并且沿着顶板向前延伸。此外,第一流路34从顶板朝向地板面板16悬挂,并且这种竖直延伸部构成待由乘客握持的扶手34A。
第二流路36沿地板面板16从驱动电池18的后端向后延伸,并且进一步延伸到车辆宽度方向上的右侧。第二流路36沿立柱装饰件向上延伸到顶板,并且沿着顶板延伸到第一流路34的前方。此外,第二流路36在第一流路34的车辆前侧从顶板朝向地板面板16悬挂,并且这种竖直延伸部构成待由乘客握持的扶手36A。也就是说,在本实施例中,作为示例,设有竖直延伸且由乘客握持的两个扶手。在第一流路34和第二流路36中的每一个流路中流动的冷却剂通过泵(未示出)的运行而向上流动到顶板,并且冷却剂在扶手34A和扶手36A中的每一个扶手的部分中由于其自重而向下流动。
注意,第一流路34和第二流路36可以被铺设在立柱装饰件的后表面侧上,或者可以被铺设在立柱装饰件的前表面侧上。当被铺设在立柱装饰件的前表面侧上时,第一流路34和第二流路36可以用作坐在设置在车辆后部中的长条座椅60上的乘客的扶手。也就是说,包括座椅坐垫60A和座椅靠背60B的长条座椅60被设置在车辆本体12的后部中。第一流路34位于长条座椅60的左端的前方,并且第二流路36位于长条座椅60的右端的前方。因此,坐在长条座椅60的左端处的乘客可以以他或她的左手握持第一流路34。坐在长条座椅60的右端处的乘客可以以他或她的左手握持第二流路36。
第三流路38沿车厢的右侧表面铺设。具体地,第三流路38从驱动电池18的后端到车辆的右侧表面沿着地板面板16在车辆中向右延伸。第三流路38沿车厢的右侧表面向上延伸到稍后描述的车辆座椅62的上端,并且进一步延伸到车辆前侧。第三流路38在沿车厢的右侧表面迂曲的同时向下延伸。下文中将具体描述车厢的右侧表面的构造。
如图3中所示,大滑动车门66被设置在本实施例的车辆本体12的左侧表面上。同时,侧构件外面板70被布置在车辆本体12的右侧表面上。侧构件外面板70位于车辆本体12的下部中,并且构成车辆本体12的外板。侧玻璃64被布置在侧构件外面板70的上方。
大致板状的座椅固定板68在车辆宽度方向上被布置在侧构件外面板70的内部。在从车辆前后方向观察时,座椅固定板68被形成为帽状截面,并且与侧构件外面板70形成闭合的截面。车辆座椅62通过支架(未示出)被固定到座椅固定板68。
多个车辆座椅62被布置在车辆前后方向上,并且在本实施例中,作为示例布置有三个车辆座椅62(见图2)。车辆座椅62包括座椅坐垫62A和座椅靠背62B,并且座椅靠背62B的背表面被固定到座椅固定板68。
座椅坐垫62A被可枢转地联接到座椅靠背62B,并且在座椅坐垫62A和座椅靠背62B之间的枢转轴上设有用于将座椅坐垫62A朝向座椅靠背62B偏压的弹簧(未示出)。因此,在无负载状态下,座椅坐垫62A被枢转到座椅靠背62B以被折叠。在乘客就座时,乘客可以通过克服弹簧的偏压力推下座椅坐垫62A而就座来使用车辆座椅62。
构成放热冷却管30的第三流路38构成沿座椅固定板68以迂曲方式铺设的座椅通路38A。座椅通路38A被铺设在车辆座椅62周围。如图3中所示,在从车辆后侧观察的截面中,多个座椅通路38A沿座椅固定板68和座椅靠背62B竖直地布置,并且在本实施例中,作为示例布置有四个座椅通路38A。
硬件构造
如图4中所示,ECU 26包括中央处理单元(CPU)(处理器)40、只读存储器(ROM)42、随机存取存储器(RAM)44、存储器46、通信接口48以及输入输出接口50。每一个构成部分均通过总线41可通信地彼此连接。
CPU 40是执行各种程序并控制每一个单元的中央处理单元。也就是说,CPU 40从ROM 42或存储器46读取程序,并且使用RAM 44作为工作区来执行该程序。CPU 40根据记录在ROM 42或存储器46中的程序来控制每一个构成部分并执行各种算术处理。
ROM 42存储各种程序和各种数据块。RAM 44作为工作区而临时存储程序或数据。存储器46由硬盘驱动器(HDD)或固态驱动器(SSD)制成,并且存储包括操作***的各种程序以及各种数据块。
通信接口48是用于使车辆本体12与外部设备通信的接口,并且例如,使用诸如以太网(注册商标)、光纤分布式数据接口(FDDI)或WiFi(注册商标)之类的标准。
输入输出接口50电连接到风扇24、阀门52、温度传感器54以及座椅传感器56。风扇24通过***作而旋转,从而将外部空气引入散热器22中。多个阀门52被设置在冷却管28中,并且被构造成能够独立地打开和闭合。阀门52被打开和闭合,从而允许制冷剂在任意流路中流动。
温度传感器54被设置在驱动电池18附近,温度传感器54检测驱动电池18的温度,并且将检测到的温度发送到ECU 26。然后,ECU 26根据由温度传感器54检测到的驱动电池18的温度来控制阀门52,由此将驱动电池18的温度维持在固定范围内。例如,当驱动电池18的温度低于预定阈值时,ECU 26控制阀门52,使得制冷剂绕过驱动电池18并直接流动到PCU20。注意,可以沿着驱动电池18布置多个温度传感器54。在这种情况下,阀门52可以被控制成仅冷却驱动电池18的一部分。
座椅传感器56被设置在车辆座椅62上,并且可以直接或间接地检测乘客的就座状态。作为示例,本实施例的座椅传感器56被设置在车辆座椅62的座椅坐垫62A和座椅靠背62B之间的枢转轴上,并且检测座椅坐垫62的打开。当ECU 26根据来自座椅传感器56的信号而间接地检测到乘客坐在车辆座椅62上时,ECU 26打开阀门52,从而允许制冷剂流入座椅通路38A中。代替座椅传感器56地,可以将就座传感器设置在座椅坐垫62A的内部。在这种情况下,能够直接地检测乘客的就座。
作用
接下来,将描述本实施例的作用。
在本实施例的车辆10中,在冷却管28中流动的制冷剂在驱动电池18和PCU 20与散热器22之间循环,从而冷却电气设备。冷却管28的放热冷却管30的一部分被铺设在车辆本体12的车厢中。结果是,已经从驱动电池18和PCU 20吸收了热量的制冷剂在在车厢中流动的同时将热量释放到车厢中,因而能够在不将热量临时储存在缓冲罐等中的情况下使用排热。结果是,能够有效地使用由电气设备产生的热量。
此外,在本实施例中,能够通过将热量从在构成放热冷却管30的座椅通路38A中流动的制冷剂释放到车辆座椅62来温暖车辆座椅62,并且能够提高坐在车辆座椅62上的乘客的舒适性。特别地,在本实施例中,当座椅传感器56检测到乘客就座时,ECU 26使阀门52处于打开状态,并且制冷剂流入座椅通路38A中,使得能够温暖乘客所就座的车辆座椅62。另一方面,当座椅传感器56检测到乘客就座时,阀门52进入闭合状态,并且制冷剂不流入座椅通路38A中,使得能够确保在第一流路34和第二流路36中释放大量的热量。结果是,能够有效地加热车厢的内部。
此外,在本实施例中,第一流路34和第二流路36中的每一个均构成扶手。因而,通过乘客握持扶手,热量能够经由扶手从制冷剂传递到乘客的手部。也就是说,能够直接温暖乘客的手部。另外,通过使第一流路34和第二流路36沿骨架构件(诸如立柱)延伸,能够提高车辆本体12的耐碰撞性能。
此外,在本实施例中,驱动电池18由制冷剂冷却,从而被维持在适当的温度下,由此延长了车辆10的驱动范围。能够通过使用驱动电池18的热量来温暖车厢的内部。也就是说,能够在冷却驱动电池的同时温暖车厢的内部。
在本实施例中,PCU 20由制冷剂冷却,使得能够良好地维持算术处理能力。能够通过使用PCU 20的热量来温暖车厢的内部。也就是说,能够在冷却PCU 20的同时温暖车厢的内部。
虽然上文已经描述了根据实施例的车辆10,但是毋庸赘述,在不脱离本发明的要旨的情况下,可以以各种形式来实现本发明。例如,在上述实施例中,如图2中所示,扶手34A由第一流路34构成,并且扶手36A由第二流路36构成,但是本发明不限于此。也就是说,可以仅设置第一流路34。扶手可以与扶手34A和扶手36A分开地设置。此外,第一流路34和第二流路36的在车辆前后方向上延伸的部分可以作为扶手暴露在车厢中。
在上述实施例中,冷却管28完全具有相同构造,但是本发明不限于此。例如,绝热结构可以在构成冷却管28的散热冷却管30和吸热冷却管32之间变化。由于需要在低温状态下使已经与散热器22中的外部空气进行热交换的制冷剂流动到驱动电池18和PCU 20,所以吸热冷却管32可以具有绝热性能更高的结构。另一方面,放热冷却管30可以具有绝热性能低的结构,以便促进在车厢中的热量释放。特别是当构成扶手34A和扶手36A中的每一个扶手的部分的放热冷却管30由高导热率的材料制成时,乘客的手部能够被更有效地温暖,并且能够温暖车厢的内部。
在上述实施例中,如图3中所示,座椅通路38A被设置在侧构件外面板70和座椅固定板68之间的空间中,但是本发明不限于此,并且可以通过在车辆座椅62周围铺设座椅通路38A而实现相同的作用。例如,座椅通路38A可以被铺设在构成车辆座椅62的座椅靠背62B的内部。座椅通路38A可以被铺设在座椅坐垫62A的内部。此外,座椅通路可以被单独地铺设在如图2中所示的长条座椅60的内部。
虽然在上述实施例中设置了座椅传感器56,但是本发明不限于此,并且可以不设置座椅传感器56。
虽然在本实施例中,已经冷却了作为电气设备的驱动电池18和PCU 20,但是本发明不限于此。例如,可以使用电动机(未示出)作为电气设备。可以使用将用于在自动驾驶期间进行控制的ECU等作为电气设备。与驱动电池18不同,PCU 20和ECU 26在行驶期间需要始终被冷却,使得能够通过使用排热而高效地温暖车厢的内部。
虽然在上述实施例中已经使用了散热器22作为热交换器,但是本发明不限于此。也就是说,可以使用另一个热交换器,只要该热交换器是能够在外部空气和制冷剂之间交换热量的设备即可。
此外,上述实施例的车辆10已经是以电动机作为驱动源的电动车辆,但是本发明不限于此。例如,本发明可以被应用于以发动机和电动机作为驱动源的混合动力车辆。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆,包括:
车辆本体,所述车辆本体配备有在行驶期间产生热量的电气设备;
热交换器,所述热交换器在外部空气与制冷剂之间交换热量;以及
冷却管,所述冷却管构成用于使所述制冷剂在所述电气设备与所述热交换器之间循环的流路,并且在所述冷却管中,从所述电气设备到所述热交换器的所述流路的一部分被铺设在所述车辆本体的车厢中,
其中,所述冷却管的一部分沿着所述车辆本体的立柱向上延伸到所述车辆本体的顶板,并且所述冷却管的另一部分从所述顶板朝向所述车辆本体的地板面板悬挂下来,从而所述冷却管的上述另一部分构成待由乘客握持的扶手,并且通过在所述冷却管的上述另一部分中流过的制冷剂而使得所述扶手的表面温度升高。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中:
车辆座椅被布置在所述车厢中,并且
所述冷却管的另外一部分构成在所述车辆座椅的周围铺设的座椅通路。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆,其中:
所述车辆座椅设有座椅传感器,所述座椅传感器能够直接或间接地检测乘客的就座状态,
所述冷却管设有阀门,所述阀门能够通过被控制单元控制而打开和关闭所述座椅通路,并且
所述控制单元根据来自所述座椅传感器的信号当所述乘客坐在所述车辆座椅上时打开所述阀门以允许所述制冷剂流入所述座椅通路中。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的车辆,其中,所述电气设备包括驱动电池。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆,其中,所述电气设备包括用于控制所述驱动电池的输出的电力控制单元。
