The evaluation unit 1022 may evaluate the welding process for the weld based on the evaluation logic determined by the evaluation logic determination unit 1021.
Still taking the welding project ISO 15614-1135P BW 1.4t12 ml nb as an example, firstly, forming a welding part meeting the appearance and parameter specifications according to the welding process data determined by the welding process design module 101; then, performing nondestructive detection on the welding part, such as nondestructive detection in two forms of magnetic powder detection and ray detection; finally, performing destructive testing on the welding piece, such as adopting destructive testing modes of macroscopic metallographic testing, stretching experiments, bending experiments, hardness experiments, impact experiments and the like.
The welding process evaluation performed by the evaluation unit 1022 has a plurality of evaluation steps, wherein the result of any one of the evaluation steps is compared with the standard requirement value, and if the result of any one of the evaluation steps does not meet the standard requirement value, the judgment of waste is required, and instructions such as termination and repair are executed. If the process is stopped, the process cannot form a reasonable and effective product, and if the process is repaired, the process needs to be tested again for verification. When all the flows are finished and meet the standard requirement value, the process data designed by the welding process design module is reasonable, and a process rule can be formed.
The evaluation result output unit 1023 is used to output the evaluation result.
The evaluation unit 1022 has two possibilities for evaluating the welding process of the welding part, when the result does not accord with the standard required value, the evaluation result output unit 1023 outputs the prompt information of the termination or the component prompt information; when the result is in accordance with all the standard requirement values, the evaluation result output unit 1023 outputs the process rules to the outside. Obviously, the process is reasonable and can be applied to practice.
The welding process information processing system provided by the invention evaluates the welding process data determined by the welding process design module through the welding process evaluation module to determine whether the welding process data meets the requirements, so that the accuracy of the welding process data determined by the welding process design module is ensured, and the welding quality is ensured.
Based on any one of the above embodiments, in this embodiment, the database module includes: a parent metal database, a groove form diagram library, a welding program parameter database, a welding material database, a welding process evaluation report database and an auxiliary library.
Specifically, the parent metal database is used for storing information of parent metal groups, processing states, performance indexes, manufacturers and the like;
the groove form gallery is used for storing a groove form picture;
the welding program parameter database is used for storing welding program parameters;
the welding material database is used for storing information of welding material manufacturers, batches, verification data, performance, stability and the like of welding materials;
the welding process evaluation report database is used for storing welding process evaluation reports;
the auxiliary library is used for storing stray contents such as tools, software logs, customer information and the like which are convenient for the comparative analysis of the process evaluation information.
The database module of the welding process information processing system provided by the invention stores various data related to welding process design and welding process judgment, and provides support for the welding process design and the welding process judgment.
Based on any of the above embodiments, in this embodiment, fig. 4 is a second schematic diagram of the welding process information processing system provided by the present invention, and the welding process information processing system further includes: and an evaluation module 104 for analyzing the welding process assessment results.
After the welding process assessment is completed, the evaluation module may perform further analysis processing on the welding process. For example, the data for a welding item that has currently been rated by the process may be compared to previously stored data for a welding item that has been rated by the process, and if there are identical or similar welding items, the process data for the two may be compared to form a broader range of process data. As can be seen from the data of a plurality of welding items, when welding 12mm sheet materials, the welding joint has the problem of poor fusion when the welding current is lower than 160A; when the welding current is more than 260A, the problems of widmannstatten structures or element burning loss, cracks and the like of the welding microstructure can occur. Thus, integrating data for a plurality of welding projects can yield: when a 12mm plate is welded, the welding current which can be borne by the welding wire ranges from 160A to 260A.
For another example, when a code is used to represent a welding item, there is a problem that the code of different welding items is the same, but the information on the specific welding process conditions is different, because the meaning that the code can express is limited. The evaluation module can distinguish the data of the welding projects to form a plurality of items of parallel information, so that later retrieval and analysis are facilitated.
For another example, the standard requirement values are derived from the existing data of the welding project evaluated by the process, and are used in the subsequent process evaluation.
The welding process information processing system provided by the invention can further mine the internal relation of the welding data through analyzing the evaluation result of the welding process, realizes the updating of various types of data such as welding parameters, standard required values and the like, and is beneficial to further optimizing the welding process data.
Based on any of the above embodiments, in this embodiment, fig. 5 is a third schematic diagram of a welding process information processing system provided by the present invention, and the welding process information processing system further includes: a welding training and testing module 105.
And a welding training and examination module 105 for performing welding training and welding examination on a welder.
In a database module of the welding process information processing system, standards according to which the welding process is evaluated, the set evaluation steps, and the determined standard requirement values are stored. Based on these data, welding training and welding exams may be performed on the welder.
Specifically, the welding training and examination module can disassemble the welding process, teach knowledge points to welding workers and propose questions based on the standard or standard requirement values, the welding workers fill answers to the questions according to the learned knowledge points, and the welding training and examination module compares the answers with the standard or standard requirement values to obtain training effects or examination scores.
The welding training and examination module can also comprise training operation key points and guidance videos so that welding personnel can learn the key points independently and master the welding training more skillfully.
The welding process information processing system provided by the invention is used for training and examining welding workers according to standards, steps and standard required values adopted in welding process design and welding process evaluation, and has the advantages of high simulation degree and good training effect.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. Claims (10)

1. A welding process information processing system, comprising: the welding process evaluation system comprises a welding process design module (101), a welding process evaluation module (102) and a database module (103);
the welding process design module (101) is used for determining welding process data according to welding process condition information of a welding project;
the welding process evaluation module (102) is used for evaluating the welding process of the welding part manufactured according to the welding process data;
the database module (103) is used for storing data.
2. The welding process information processing system of claim 1, wherein the welding process design module (101) comprises a data input unit (1011) and a process data recommendation unit (1012);
the data input unit (1011) is used for receiving welding process condition information of a welding item; the welding process condition information of the welding project comprises base material information, a joint form and a welding method;
the process data recommendation unit (1012) is used for searching candidate process data of the welding item according to the welding process condition information of the welding item, and determining the welding process data of the welding item according to the candidate process data.
3. The welding process information processing system according to claim 2, wherein the process data recommendation unit (1012) searches for candidate process data having a weak correlation with the welding process condition information of the welding item in the historical welding data if candidate process data corresponding to the welding process condition information of the welding item cannot be found in the historical welding data when searching for candidate process data of the welding item.
4. The welding process information processing system according to claim 2, wherein the welding process design module (101) further comprises an early warning unit;
the early warning unit is used for checking the welding process condition information of the welding project and sending warning information when the welding process condition information triggers a limit condition.
5. The welding process information processing system of claim 4, wherein the early warning unit generates a proposed solution based on historical welding data after issuing the warning message.
6. The welding process information processing system according to claim 1, wherein the welding process assessment module (102) comprises an assessment logic determination unit (1021), an assessment unit (1022), and an assessment result output unit (1023);
the assessment logic determination unit (1021) is used for determining assessment logic of the welding item, wherein the assessment logic at least comprises a standard, an assessment step and a standard requirement value;
the evaluation unit (1022) is used for evaluating the welding process of the welding part manufactured according to the welding process data according to the evaluation logic to obtain a welding process evaluation result;
the assessment result output unit (1023) is used for outputting the welding process assessment result.

The welding process information processing system of claim 1, wherein the database module comprises: a parent metal database, a groove form diagram library, a welding program parameter database, a welding material database, a welding process evaluation report database and an auxiliary library; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the parent material database is used for storing one or more of the following information: group, processing state, performance index and manufacturer of parent metal;
the groove form gallery is used for storing a groove form picture;
the welding program parameter database is used for storing welding program parameters;
the welding material database is used to store one or more of the following information: welding material manufacturers, batches, verification data, and performance and stability of welding materials;
the welding process evaluation report database is used for storing welding process evaluation reports;
the auxiliary library is used for storing one or more of the following information: tools, software logs and customer information which are convenient for the comparative analysis of the process assessment information.
8. The welding process information processing system of any of claims 1 to 7, further comprising an evaluation module (104);
the evaluation module (104) is used for analyzing the welding process evaluation result of the welding item, and obtaining or updating one or more of the following information: the value range of the welding parameters, the standard required value and the evaluation results of a plurality of parallel welding processes of the same welding project.
9. The welding process information processing system of any of claims 1 to 7, further comprising: a welding training and testing module (105);
the welding training and testing module (105) is used for performing welding training and welding test on welding workers according to data during welding process design and welding process evaluation.
10. The welding process information processing system of claim 9, wherein the welding training and testing module (105) further comprises training operational gist and instructional videos.
