本发明涉及假肢连接技术领域,具体为一种加强型残肢弹性保护硅胶套及其加工工艺,其能够在保证横向张紧前提,增加产品纵向强度,使用时不会因为产品纵向张紧变化而发生松动或脱落,影响正常使用,其包括硅胶套本体,硅胶套本体内设置有横向有拉伸且纵向无拉伸的网兜,将保护硅胶套三次成型,第一次成型时,将编织好的网兜放置在硅胶套外层成型凸模上进行生产,将第一次生产好的半成品修整后放入第二次产品本体成型模具(硅胶套成型模具)中生产,完成后得出一个完整的保护硅胶套产品。第三次对托盘进行成型。

一种加强型残肢弹性保护硅胶套及其加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及假肢连接技术领域,具体为一种加强型残肢弹性保护硅胶套及其加工工艺。
背景技术
假肢就是用工程技术的手段和方法,为弥补截肢者或肢体不完全缺损的肢体而专门设计和制作装配的人工假体,又称“义肢”。它的主要作用是代替失去肢体的部分功能,使截肢者恢复一定的生活自理和工作能力。其适用对象是因疾病、交通事故、工伤事故、运动创伤等原因的截肢者。而假肢与残肢连接是非常重要的部分,为了保护残肢,需要在残肢上套上一个硅胶套,由于硅胶套有一定的弹性,使用时横向和纵向都有一定的拉伸性,横向拉伸是必须的,能够保证硅胶套的贴合密封性,但是纵向拉伸变形后将无法继续为残肢提供有效的帮助,容易松动对患者造成安全事故,目前有部分硅胶套内增加了一层布,虽然能够限制硅胶套的纵向拉伸,但同时横向拉伸也受到限制,人体存在一定的体差,即不同时间段,腿部尺寸会有细微变化,容易造成贴合不牢而漏气,因此增加一层布的硅胶套无法很好的满足要求。
发明内容
为了解决现有硅胶套容易纵向拉伸变形影响正常使用的问题,本发明提供了
一种加强型残肢弹性保护硅胶套及其加工工艺,其能够在保证横向张紧前提,增加产品纵向强度,使用时不会因为产品纵向张紧变化而发生松动或脱落,影响正常使用。
其技术方案是这样的:一种加强型残肢弹性保护硅胶套,其包括硅胶套本体,其特征在于,所述硅胶套本体内设置有横向有拉伸且纵向无拉伸的网兜。
其进一步特征在于,所述网兜由纤维细线构成;
所述硅胶套本体包括圆环部和端部的半球部,所述纤维细线纵向布置于所述圆环部,所述纤维细线端部收拢于所述半球部。
一种加强型残肢弹性保护硅胶套加工工艺,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将托盘骨架放置于硅胶套外层凸模上,再将网兜套于托盘骨架与硅胶套外层成型凸模上;
(2)硅胶套外层成型凹模内注入硅胶原料,硅胶套外层成型凸模和凹模合模,固化后硅胶套外层成型,内部嵌有网兜,取出固化后的硅胶套外层产品;
(3)将成型好的硅胶套外层产品放入硅胶套本体成型凹模内,注入硅胶原料,将硅胶套本体成型凸模和凹模合模,固化后硅胶套内层与外层一体成型硅胶套本体;
(4)将成型好硅胶套本体放入托盘模具内,合模后注入托盘硅胶原料,固化后托盘成型。
其进一步特征在于,步骤(3)与(4)之间还包括固定纺织面料步骤:纺织面料与硅胶套本体两者之间采用硅胶胶水进行粘合,粘合前需将硅胶套本体放置于活化模具凸模上固定,固定好后在硅胶套本体表面涂胶水,胶水涂好后装上纺织面料,面料放好后,活化模具凹模与凸模合起来,从活化模具凸模向硅胶套本体内吹入空气使硅胶套本体通过气压膨胀变大,变大后使硅胶套本体外表面布料与凹模紧密压合,其中活化模具凹模为110-150℃高温模具,吹入空气压力为2-5MPa,压合后使面料与硅胶套本体粘合;
步骤(4)后还包括步骤(5):在硅胶套外表面喷涂硅油涂层;
硅胶套使用零度硅胶,托盘使用40-45度硅胶;
托盘骨架在步骤(1)前先注塑成型。
采用本发明后,在硅胶套本体内增加了有横向有拉伸且纵向无拉伸的内置网兜,穿戴时横向拉伸可以确保与残肢紧密配合不漏气,纵向无拉伸使得硅胶套本体不会被拉伸变形,使用时不会发生松动或脱落,确保正常使用,同时本发明给出了对应的生产工艺,能够有效完成对应硅胶套的生产。

具体实施方式
见图1,图2所示,一种残肢弹性加强保护硅胶套,其包括硅胶套本体1,硅胶套本体1内设置有横向有拉伸且纵向无拉伸的网兜3。
网兜3由纤维细线构成,一般线的的直径小于1mm,可采用氨纶线、腈纶线等,具备很高的抗拉伸强度。
硅胶套本体1包括圆环部和端部的半球部,纤维细线纵向布置于圆环部,纤维细线端部收拢于半球部,纵向布置的纤维细线确保了不会存在纵向拉伸,同时横向拉伸不受限制。
一种残肢弹性加强保护硅胶套的加工工艺,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将托盘骨架2放置于硅胶套外层凸模的固定装上,再将网兜3套于托盘骨架2与硅胶套外层成型凸模上;
(2)将硅胶套凹模注入硅胶原料后,硅胶套外层成型凸模和凹模合模,固化后硅胶套外层成型,内部嵌有网兜3,取出固化后的硅胶套外层产品4;
(3)将成型好的硅胶套外层产品4放入硅胶套本体成型凹模具内,注入硅胶原料,将硅胶套本体模具凸模和凹模合模,固化后硅胶套内层5与外层一体成型;
(4)在硅胶套本体1上固定纺织面料,纺织面料与硅胶套本体两者之间采用硅胶胶水进行粘合,粘合前需将硅胶套本体放置于活化模具凸模上固定,固定好后进行硅胶套表面涂胶水,胶水涂好后装上纺织面料,面料放好后,活化凹模与凸模合起来,从凸模向硅胶套本体内吹入空气使产品通过气压膨胀变大,变大后使硅胶套外表面布料与凹模紧密压合(凹模为120度高温模具,吹入空气压力为3MPa),压合后使面料与硅胶套粘合结实;
(5)将成型好的硅胶套本体放入托盘模具内,合模后注入托盘硅胶原料,固化后托盘6成型。
虽然增加纺织面料套是比较常规的操作,但是在实际使用中,纺织面料无法做到很好的密封性,拉伸后很容易漏气,为此,可以取消纺织面料套,将硅胶套本体和网兜尺寸拉长,由拉长的部分代替原来的纺织面料套,将步骤(5)完成后增加以下步骤:在保护硅胶套外表面喷涂硅油涂层,让保护硅胶套表面形型一个保护层,起到保护硅胶套表面强化而又保证了产品要求的弹性,解决了保护硅胶套密封不严的问题。
硅胶套使用零度硅胶,确保与残肢接触的柔软性,托盘使用40-45度硅胶,具备一定的硬度。
托盘骨架在步骤(1)前先注塑成型。图中7为残肢。
本发明中,将保护硅胶套三次成型,第一次成型时,将编织好的网兜放置在硅胶套外层成型凸模上进行生产,将第一次生产好的半成品修整后放入第二次产品本体成型模具(硅胶套成型模具)中生产,完成后得出一个完整的保护硅胶套产品。第三次对托盘进行成型。
本发明对安装假肢的人来说,由于产品的可靠性提高,患者外出活动范围更宽广,减少了专业护理,在调整好残肢保护套合适的尺码后再不需要通繁锁的操作,可以做到一次穿戴,全天使用。

Claims (4)

1.一种加强型残肢弹性保护硅胶套加工工艺,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将托盘骨架放置于硅胶套外层凸模上,再将网兜套于托盘骨架与硅胶套外层成型凸模上;
(2)硅胶套外层成型凹模内注入硅胶原料,硅胶套外层成型凸模和凹模合模,固化后硅胶套外层成型,内部嵌有网兜,取出固化后的硅胶套外层产品;
(3)将成型好的硅胶套外层产品放入硅胶套本体成型凹模内,注入硅胶原料,将硅胶套本体成型凸模和凹模合模,固化后硅胶套内层与外层一体成型硅胶套本体;
(4)将成型好硅胶套本体放入托盘模具内,合模后注入托盘硅胶原料,固化后托盘成型;
步骤(3)与(4)之间还包括固定纺织面料步骤:纺织面料与硅胶套本体两者之间采用硅胶胶水进行粘合,粘合前需将硅胶套本体放置于活化模具凸模上固定,固定好后在硅胶套本体表面涂胶水,胶水涂好后装上纺织面料,面料放好后,活化模具凹模与凸模合起来,从活化模具凸模向硅胶套本体内吹入空气使硅胶套本体通过气压膨胀变大,变大后使硅胶套本体外表面布料与凹模紧密压合,其中活化模具凹模为110-150℃高温模具,吹入空气压力为2-5MPa,压合后使面料与硅胶套本体粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型残肢弹性保护硅胶套加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)后还包括步骤(5):在硅胶套外表面喷涂硅油涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型残肢弹性保护硅胶套加工工艺,其特征在于,硅胶套使用零度硅胶,托盘使用40-45度硅胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型残肢弹性保护硅胶套加工工艺,其特征在于,托盘骨架在步骤(1)前先注塑成型。
