Compared with marketing schemes for offline communication in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a contactless marketing scheme for bank financial products, which improves the transaction efficiency of the financial products, and can realize accurate pushing of the financial products by pushing the financial products to target clients based on the user figures of the target clients.
By the embodiment of the invention, the following technical effects can be realized but not limited: adopt the mode of B end page service + C end atom component to construct pluggable front end subassembly, provide for implanting the service module at any time for facing the internet scene, can touch channels such as visitor APP and marketing APP and come-to-line fast at the difference according to the practical application scene of bank application. 1. An online marketing system for bank financing products, comprising: the system comprises a client terminal, a sales terminal, a message server, an audio and video server, a marketing management server and a customer service server;
the client terminal is used for a target client to purchase financial products of a bank outlet;
the sales terminal is communicated with the client terminal and used for acquiring the user portrait of the target client and pushing one or more financial products to the client terminal according to the user portrait of the target client;
the message server is communicated with the sales terminal and the client terminal respectively and is used for transmitting the conversation messages between the sales terminal and the client terminal;
the audio and video server is respectively communicated with the sales terminal and the client terminal and is used for collecting audio data or video data of a target client and sales personnel in a conversation process;
the marketing management server is communicated with the sales terminal and the client terminal respectively and is used for providing product information of each financial product to the sales terminal and the client terminal;
and the customer contacting server is communicated with the client terminal and is used for completing the purchasing business process of the financial product after receiving the purchasing operation instruction of the target client to the financial product.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the client terminal comprises:
the user information verification module is used for verifying the identity information of the target client;
the first message communication module is used for sending a conversation message of a client terminal or receiving a conversation message of a sales terminal;
the first audio/video interaction module is used for sending audio data or video data of a target client in a conversation process;
the product browsing module is used for receiving product information of one or more financial products, wherein the product information comprises: a product purchase link;
and the product purchasing module is used for entering the product purchasing link and executing the purchasing operation of the financial product.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the point-of-sale terminal comprises:
a client representation module for generating a user representation of a target client;
the second message communication module is used for sending the conversation message of the sales terminal or receiving the conversation message of the client terminal;
the marketing product information module is used for providing product information of each financial product;
the second audio and video interaction module is used for sending audio data or video data of the salesperson in the conversation process;
and the product recommendation module is used for pushing one or more financial products to the client terminal according to the user portrait of the target client.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the audio-video server comprises:
the system comprises an online studio creating module, a sales terminal and a display module, wherein the online studio creating module is used for creating one or more online studios, and each online studio corresponds to one sales terminal;
the audio and video call module is used for decoding audio data or video data to be sent and decoding the received audio data or video data;
the audio recording and video recording module is used for acquiring audio data or video data of a target client and a salesperson in a conversation process;
and the double-record information filing module is used for storing the transaction information of the financial product, the conversation messages of the target client and the salespersons and the audio data or the video data of the target client and the salespersons in a conversation process in a correlated manner.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the audio video call module is configured to decode and decode audio data or video data based on an RTP video transport protocol.
6. The system of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the client terminal, the sales terminal, the message server, the audio-visual server, the marketing management server and the touch server communicate with each other via a wide area network.
7. An online marketing method for bank financing products is characterized by comprising the following steps:
creating one or more online workrooms, wherein each online workroom corresponds to one sales terminal;
under the condition that the client terminal of a target client is monitored to log in any online studio, establishing a message transmission channel between the client terminal and a corresponding sales terminal;
transmitting a dialogue message between the sales terminal and the client terminal through the message transmission channel;
pushing product information of one or more financial products to a client terminal of a target client through a sales terminal according to a user portrait of the target client, wherein the product information comprises: a product purchase link;
and receiving a purchase operation instruction issued by a target client through a client terminal to enter a product purchase link of any financial product, and completing a purchase business process of the corresponding financial product according to the purchase operation instruction.
8. An online marketing device for bank financing products, comprising:
the virtual studio creating module is used for creating one or more online studios, wherein each online studio corresponds to one sales terminal;
the system comprises a message transmission channel establishing module, a message transmission channel establishing module and a message sending module, wherein the message transmission channel establishing module is used for establishing a message transmission channel between a client terminal and a corresponding sales terminal under the condition that the client terminal of a target client is monitored to log in any online studio;
the message transmission module is used for transmitting the dialogue message between the sales terminal and the client terminal through the message transmission channel;
the product pushing module is used for pushing product information of one or more financial products to a client terminal of a target client through a sales terminal according to a user portrait of the target client, wherein the product information comprises: a product purchase link;
and the product transaction module is used for receiving a purchase operation instruction issued by a target customer through a product purchase link of any financial product entered by the customer terminal and completing a purchase business process of the corresponding financial product according to the purchase operation instruction.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the method of online marketing of bank financing products of claim 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program for executing the online marketing method of a banking product of claim 7.
