Specifically, the server analyzes an evaluation request aiming at the power grid new technical project sent by the project declaration terminal to obtain project information corresponding to the power grid new technical project; then, obtaining an evaluation table corresponding to the new technical project of the power grid, and simultaneously sending the project information and the evaluation table to at least two evaluation terminals; each evaluation terminal is used for displaying an evaluation table and project information for evaluation by an evaluation user; for example, an evaluation user analyzes the project information, and then marks corresponding scores on each evaluation index in the evaluation table as evaluation data corresponding to each evaluation index; then, the evaluation terminal extracts evaluation data corresponding to each evaluation index from the evaluation table to serve as a group of evaluation data, and then sends the group of evaluation data to the server; in this way, the server can receive the evaluation data returned by the plurality of evaluation terminals, and combine the evaluation data returned by the evaluation terminals, so that the target evaluation data corresponding to the new technical project of the power grid can be obtained.
For example, a technology research and development unit provides new technology-related materials to a technology management department and makes project declaration; the technical management department organizes experts to review and evaluate the project data; the expert group comprehensively evaluates the evaluation items according to the item data to obtain a plurality of groups of evaluation data; subsequently, combining a plurality of groups of evaluation data to obtain an evaluation result of the new technical project of the power grid; finally, an evaluation result is published by a technical management department, and technologies suitable for popularization, application and warehousing enter a popularization and application library and are eliminated if not.
In the embodiment, the evaluation data returned by the plurality of evaluation terminals is acquired by responding to the evaluation request for the new power grid technical project sent by the project declaration terminal, so that the evaluation result of the new power grid technical project is determined according to a plurality of groups of evaluation data, and meanwhile, the evaluation accuracy of the new power grid technical project is improved by comprehensively considering the plurality of groups of evaluation data.
In one embodiment, validating the target evaluation data comprises: acquiring a verification file corresponding to the target evaluation data; the verification file is used for verifying whether each set of evaluation data in the target evaluation data comprises invalid data; judging whether each group of evaluation data in the target evaluation data comprises invalid data or not according to the verification file; and if each group of evaluation data in the target evaluation data does not comprise invalid data, confirming that the target evaluation data passes verification.
Specifically, the server acquires a verification file corresponding to the target evaluation data from the local database, and then verifies each set of evaluation data in the target evaluation data according to the verification file to judge whether each set of evaluation data in the target evaluation data includes invalid data; if each group of evaluation data in the target evaluation data does not comprise invalid data, confirming that the target evaluation data passes verification; and if one group of evaluation data in the target evaluation data comprises invalid data, confirming that the target evaluation data is not verified, and re-acquiring the target evaluation data corresponding to the new technical project of the power grid.
For example, assuming that the target evaluation data includes 3 sets of evaluation data, which are set a, set B, and set C evaluation data, respectively, and none of the set a, set B, and set C evaluation data includes invalid data, the target evaluation data is confirmed to pass the verification.
In this embodiment, after the target evaluation data corresponding to the new power grid technical project is obtained, the target evaluation data is verified, so that the validity of the obtained target evaluation data can be ensured, the defect that the accuracy of the subsequently obtained evaluation result of the new power grid technical project is low due to the fact that the obtained target evaluation data is invalid is avoided, and the evaluation accuracy of the new power grid technical project is further improved.
In one embodiment, before inputting the target evaluation data into a project evaluation model corresponding to the new power grid technical project to obtain an evaluation score corresponding to the new power grid technical project, the method further comprises the following steps: acquiring a technical field identifier corresponding to a new technical project of the power grid; and inquiring the corresponding relation between the preset technical field identification and the project evaluation model to obtain the project evaluation model corresponding to the technical field identification of the new technical project of the power grid, and taking the project evaluation model as the project evaluation model corresponding to the new technical project of the power grid.

Specifically, the server acquires the instruction through the technical field identifier to acquire the technical field identifier corresponding to the new technical project of the power grid; and then, according to the technical field identification corresponding to the new technical project of the power grid, inquiring the corresponding relation between the preset technical field identification and the project evaluation model to obtain the project evaluation model corresponding to the technical field identification of the new technical project of the power grid, wherein the project evaluation model is used as the project evaluation model corresponding to the new technical project of the power grid.

In addition, the secondary indexes corresponding to the evaluation indexes in the technical research and development process are establishment basis sufficiency, application principle accuracy, target rationality, technical route feasibility, problem-opening completion condition, intermediate-term inspection completion condition and acceptance completion condition; the secondary indexes corresponding to the technical and achievement evaluation indexes are technical safety, technical maturity, technical advancement, technical qualification, achievement level and winning conditions; the secondary indexes corresponding to the pilot points and the application effect evaluation indexes are economic benefits, market benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits.
The weights of the secondary indexes corresponding to each primary index in each group of evaluation data in the target evaluation data are different, and are determined by an entropy method to reflect the objectivity of project evaluation.
Specifically, the server determines the weight of each secondary index corresponding to each primary index in each set of evaluation data in the target evaluation data through a project evaluation model; and according to the weight of each secondary index corresponding to each primary index in each group of evaluation data, carrying out weighted summation on the evaluation data of each secondary index corresponding to each primary index in each group of evaluation data to obtain an evaluation score corresponding to each primary index in each group of evaluation data.
Step S302, the evaluation scores corresponding to each primary index in each group of evaluation data are weighted and summed to obtain the evaluation score corresponding to each group of evaluation data.
The weights corresponding to each first-level index in each set of evaluation data are different, and specifically, experts assign weights according to different technical fields by adopting an analytic hierarchy process so as to reflect differences among the first-level indexes in the different technical fields.

For example, the server comprehensively evaluates the new technical project of the power grid based on a comprehensive evaluation model of a hierarchical weighting method and an entropy method, and preferentially selects the project which meets the conditions and has excellent evaluation results to be put in storage and popularized and applied; specifically, referring to table 1, table 1 is a new technology popularization and application warehousing evaluation index system; wherein, the scores of each index in the new technology popularization and application warehousing evaluation index system adopt an expert scoring method to select 7 experts, the new technology popularization and application warehousing administration department 2 persons leave 5 persons of experts in the relevant technical field randomly selected by the expert warehouse; and the expert group scores all indexes according to the data of the new evaluation technology, and obtains the comprehensive scores of all the new evaluation technologies by using the new technology popularization and application warehousing comprehensive evaluation model, wherein the new technology reaching or exceeding 85 points can be popularized and applied, and the popularization and application are not suitable when the score is lower than 85 points.

The evaluation method of the new technical project of the power grid can achieve the following technical effects: (1) the evaluation accuracy of the new technical project of the power grid is improved; (2) the evaluation method has high containment degree and strong practical operability; (3) by combining quantitative and qualitative weighting methods, expert experience and an evaluation theory are combined, and the popularization and application values of new technologies in different technical fields are evaluated and compared in a comprehensive scoring mode through a weighting method, so that practical guiding significance can be provided for scientific and technological innovation and technical management work of a power grid company.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-4 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-4 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided an evaluation apparatus for a new technical project of a power grid, including: a data acquisition module 510, a data verification module 520, a score determination module 530, a result determination module 540, and a result transmission module 550, wherein:
the data acquisition module 510 is configured to respond to an evaluation request for a power grid new technology project sent by a project declaration terminal, and obtain target evaluation data corresponding to the power grid new technology project; the target evaluation data comprises at least two groups of evaluation data, and each group of evaluation data is obtained by evaluating a new technical project of the power grid according to the same evaluation table; the evaluation table includes a plurality of evaluation indexes.
And a data verification module 520, configured to verify the target evaluation data.
And the score determining module 530 is configured to, if the target evaluation data passes verification, input the target evaluation data into a project evaluation model corresponding to the new power grid technical project to obtain an evaluation score corresponding to the new power grid technical project.
And the result determining module 540 is used for determining an evaluation result of the power grid new technology project according to the evaluation score.
And a result sending module 550, configured to send the evaluation result to the project declaration terminal, so that the project declaration terminal displays the evaluation result.
In an embodiment, the data obtaining module 510 is further configured to obtain project information corresponding to a new power grid technical project in response to an evaluation request for the new power grid technical project sent by a project declaration terminal; sending the project information and the evaluation table to at least two evaluation terminals; each evaluation terminal is used for acquiring evaluation data obtained by evaluating the project information by the corresponding evaluation user based on the evaluation table; and receiving the evaluation data returned by the at least two evaluation terminals to obtain target evaluation data corresponding to the new technical project of the power grid.
In one embodiment, the data verification module 520 is further configured to obtain a verification file corresponding to the target evaluation data; the verification file is used for verifying whether each set of evaluation data in the target evaluation data comprises invalid data; judging whether each group of evaluation data in the target evaluation data comprises invalid data or not according to the verification file; and if each group of evaluation data in the target evaluation data does not comprise invalid data, confirming that the target evaluation data passes verification.
In one embodiment, the device for evaluating the new technical project of the power grid further comprises a model determining module, configured to obtain a technical field identifier corresponding to the new technical project of the power grid; and inquiring the corresponding relation between the preset technical field identification and the project evaluation model to obtain the project evaluation model corresponding to the technical field identification of the new technical project of the power grid, and taking the project evaluation model as the project evaluation model corresponding to the new technical project of the power grid.
In one embodiment, the evaluation table includes at least two primary indicators, each primary indicator including at least two secondary indicators; each set of evaluation data includes evaluation data of each secondary index corresponding to each primary index in the evaluation table, and the score determining module 530 is further configured to perform weighted summation on the evaluation data of each secondary index corresponding to each primary index in each set of evaluation data in the target evaluation data through the project evaluation model, so as to obtain an evaluation score corresponding to each primary index in each set of evaluation data; respectively carrying out weighted summation on the evaluation scores corresponding to each primary index in each group of evaluation data to obtain the evaluation scores corresponding to each group of evaluation data; and obtaining the average value of the evaluation scores corresponding to each group of evaluation data to obtain the evaluation score corresponding to the new technical project of the power grid.
In one embodiment, the score determining module 530 is further configured to determine, through the project evaluation model, a weight of each secondary indicator corresponding to each primary indicator in each set of evaluation data in the target evaluation data; and according to the weight of each secondary index corresponding to each primary index in each group of evaluation data, carrying out weighted summation on the evaluation data of each secondary index corresponding to each primary index in each group of evaluation data to obtain an evaluation score corresponding to each primary index in each group of evaluation data.
In one embodiment, the result determining module 540 is further configured to obtain a project type of the new technical project of the power grid; inquiring the corresponding relation between the project type and the preset score to obtain the preset score corresponding to the project type of the power grid new technical project, and taking the preset score as the preset score of the power grid new technical project; and if the evaluation score is larger than the preset score, determining that the evaluation result of the new power grid technical project is that the evaluation of the new power grid technical project is passed.
For specific limitations of the evaluation device for the new power grid technical project, reference may be made to the above limitations of the evaluation method for the new power grid technical project, and details are not described here. All or part of each module in the evaluation device of the new technical project of the power grid can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing target evaluation data, evaluation scores, evaluation results and other data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method for evaluating a new technical project of a power grid.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A method for evaluating a new technical project of a power grid is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to an evaluation request aiming at a power grid new technical project sent by a project declaration terminal, and obtaining target evaluation data corresponding to the power grid new technical project; the target evaluation data comprises at least two groups of evaluation data, and each group of evaluation data is obtained by evaluating the new technical project of the power grid according to the same evaluation table; the evaluation table comprises a plurality of evaluation indexes;
verifying the target evaluation data;
if the target evaluation data passes the verification, inputting the target evaluation data into a project evaluation model corresponding to the power grid new technical project to obtain an evaluation score corresponding to the power grid new technical project;
determining an evaluation result of the new technical project of the power grid according to the evaluation score;
and sending the evaluation result to the project declaration terminal so that the project declaration terminal can display the evaluation result.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of target evaluation data corresponding to the power grid new technology project in response to an evaluation request for the power grid new technology project sent by a project declaration terminal comprises:
responding to an evaluation request aiming at a power grid new technical project sent by a project declaration terminal, and obtaining project information corresponding to the power grid new technical project;
sending the project information and the evaluation table to at least two evaluation terminals; each evaluation terminal is used for acquiring evaluation data obtained by evaluating the project information by a corresponding evaluation user based on the evaluation table;
and receiving the evaluation data returned by the at least two evaluation terminals to obtain target evaluation data corresponding to the new power grid technical project.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the validating the target assessment data comprises:
acquiring a verification file corresponding to the target evaluation data; the verification file is used for verifying whether each set of evaluation data in the target evaluation data comprises invalid data;
judging whether each group of evaluation data in the target evaluation data comprises invalid data or not according to the verification file;
and if each group of evaluation data in the target evaluation data does not comprise invalid data, confirming that the target evaluation data passes verification.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising, before inputting the target evaluation data into a project evaluation model corresponding to the new power grid technical project to obtain an evaluation score corresponding to the new power grid technical project:
acquiring a technical field identifier corresponding to the new technical project of the power grid;
and inquiring the corresponding relation between the preset technical field identification and the project evaluation model to obtain the project evaluation model corresponding to the technical field identification of the power grid new technical project, wherein the project evaluation model is used as the project evaluation model corresponding to the power grid new technical project.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the evaluation table includes at least two primary metrics, each primary metric including at least two secondary metrics; each group of evaluation data comprises evaluation data of each secondary index corresponding to each primary index in the evaluation table;
the inputting the target evaluation data into a project evaluation model corresponding to the power grid new technical project to obtain an evaluation score corresponding to the power grid new technical project includes:

The method according to claim 5, wherein the obtaining, by the project evaluation model, the evaluation score corresponding to each primary index in each set of evaluation data by performing weighted summation on the evaluation data of each secondary index corresponding to each primary index in each set of evaluation data in the target evaluation data respectively comprises:
determining the weight of each secondary index corresponding to each primary index in each group of evaluation data in the target evaluation data through the project evaluation model;
and according to the weight of each secondary index corresponding to each primary index in each group of evaluation data, carrying out weighted summation on the evaluation data of each secondary index corresponding to each primary index in each group of evaluation data to obtain an evaluation score corresponding to each primary index in each group of evaluation data.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the determining an evaluation result of the grid new technology project according to the evaluation score comprises:
acquiring the project type of the new technical project of the power grid;
inquiring the corresponding relation between the project type and a preset score to obtain the preset score corresponding to the project type of the power grid new technical project, wherein the preset score is used as the preset score of the power grid new technical project;
and if the evaluation score is larger than the preset score, determining that the evaluation result of the power grid new technical project is that the power grid new technical project evaluation is passed.
8. An evaluation device for a new technical project of a power grid, the device comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for responding to an evaluation request aiming at a power grid new technical project sent by a project declaration terminal and obtaining target evaluation data corresponding to the power grid new technical project; the target evaluation data comprises at least two groups of evaluation data, and each group of evaluation data is obtained by evaluating the new technical project of the power grid according to the same evaluation table; the evaluation table comprises a plurality of evaluation indexes;
the data verification module is used for verifying the target evaluation data;
the score determining module is used for inputting the target evaluation data into a project evaluation model corresponding to the power grid new technical project to obtain an evaluation score corresponding to the power grid new technical project if the target evaluation data passes verification;
the result determining module is used for determining an evaluation result of the power grid new technology project according to the evaluation score;
and the result sending module is used for sending the evaluation result to the project declaration terminal so that the project declaration terminal can display the evaluation result.
