Abstract
The invention provides a downhole operation platform which comprises an operation platform, wherein a central hole for lifting and lowering an oil rod and a swing amplitude suspension arm for lifting an oil pipe clamp are arranged on the operation platform, an automatic oil rod conveying device is arranged on one side of the operation platform, in order to prevent oil pollution, the platform is further provided with a pipe column anti-splash clamping device, a liquid collection recovery device and a pollution control device, the pipe column anti-splash clamping device is used for clamping the oil pipe and collecting oil pollution brought out in the lifting process of the oil pipe, the liquid collection recovery device is used for collecting discharged oil pollution, and the pollution control device is used for sealing the upper end of the oil pipe and preventing the oil pollution from being sprayed out.

The downhole workover operation is a routine operation in the field maintenance and repair work, and the tripping of tubing is one of the most important and essential procedures in the downhole workover operation. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a downhole operation platform according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the downhole operation platform of the present invention comprises an operation platform 1, wherein the operation platform 1 is provided with a central hole 5 for lifting and lowering a sucker rod and a swing arm 6 for lifting a tubing tong, and one side of the operation platform is provided with an automatic sucker rod conveying device 7.
In this embodiment, the operation platform is provided with a pipe column splash-proof clamping device 2. The pipe column splash-proof clamping device 2 is used for clamping an oil pipe to complete operation.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the pipe column splash-proof holding device 2 is installed above the central hole 5, and comprises a splash-proof box 21 and a movable arm mechanism 22, the splash-proof box 21 is provided with slips 24 for holding the pipe column, and the movable arm mechanism 22 is movably connected with the splash-proof box 21.
Preferably, the movable arm mechanism 22 is hydraulically driven to move the position of the splash box 21.
The movable arm mechanism 22 includes a first movable arm 22a and a second movable arm 22b, the first movable arm 22a and the second movable arm 22b are connected to a first oil cylinder 25a and a second oil cylinder 25b, the first oil cylinder 25a and the second oil cylinder 25b drive the first movable arm 22a and the second movable arm 22b to move on the XY axis, the first movable arm 22a and the second movable arm 22b are rotatably connected to the first box body 21a and the second box body 21b, and the first oil cylinder 25a and the second oil cylinder 25b drive the first box body 21a and the second box body 21b to rotate on the Z axis.
Preferably, the splashproof box includes first box body 21a and second box body 21b, the bottom of first box body 21a and second box body 21b all is provided with the trompil, holds the tube column through the trompil after first box body and the combination of second box body, install slips 24 and dental lamina on the trompil, slips 24 and dental lamina are removable with the different pipe diameters of adaptation.

In this embodiment, the device 2 below is provided with an album of liquid recovery unit 3 to the tubular column splashproof card, and album of liquid recovery unit 3 is fixed in on operation platform 1.
As shown in fig. 4, the sump recovery device 3 includes a sump 32, and a drain motor 31 is provided in the sump 32, and the drain motor 21 discharges the oil discharged into the sump 32 through the drain pipe 23 to a designated place.
In this embodiment, the platform is further provided with a pollution control device 4, and the upper end of the oil pipe is closed when the pollution control device 4 is used for lifting the oil pipe.
As shown in fig. 5, the contamination control device 4 includes a cylinder 45 for enclosing the oil pipe coupling and a sealing rubber plate 411 for sealing the upper port of the oil pipe.
