本发明公开了一种环保型吸管纸及其制备方法、纸吸管的加工工艺,吸管纸包括纤维层,纤维层的两侧分别设置阻隔涂布层,在每个阻隔涂布层的外侧设置热封涂布层,热封涂布层能热封粘合。不需要添加湿强剂,指标参数都满足食品包装纸的要求,通过纤维配比结构的优化,水分的控制,原纸挺度的控制,使纸板满足能实现小曲径卷起,有足够的柔韧性能够卷成管状的工艺需求,而且抗水性能的指标达到30分钟吸水值≤10克/平方米,在长时间浸泡的时候也能够维持很好的挺度,这种吸管纸完全实现可回收、可降解、可重新碎浆、可堆肥;此外还拥有高松厚、高挺度特点,实现零塑、轻量一举两得,并兼具良好的阻隔性、热封性、可微波加热等优良的品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸张生产领域,尤其涉及一种环保型吸管纸及其制备方法、纸吸管加工工艺。
背景技术
随着环保意识的不断提高,特别是全国餐饮行业禁止使用不可降解的一次性塑料吸管的规定。因此,纸吸管应运而生,纸吸管由吸管纸围绕成型。目前市场上的主流吸管纸主要是重施胶的原纸,在生产过程中为了提高其抗液性能,需要加入一定量的湿强剂,湿强剂的加入量视吸管纸最终的使用要求而有所不同,一般吨纸加入量为10-20公斤(以液体湿强剂计,15%固含量),这种吸管纸主要有以下几个缺点:
1.在加工吸管的过程中,必须使用胶水将吸管纸粘接成型,胶水的气味影响客户的使用体验,胶水在浸泡液体的过程中有析出,存在食品安全隐患;
2.该种吸管纸为了增加其抗液性能,在使用过程中为了保持一定的挺硬度,加入了湿强剂,目前市场上的主流湿强剂的生产工艺为环氧氯丙烷聚合工艺,成品湿强剂的氯丙醇含量很高,而氯丙醇作为一种强致癌物,在直接食品包装接触的材料中,氯丙醇的残留量也越来越受到重视。在欧盟ISEGA测试标准中就明确要求1-3-二氯-2-丙醇DCP(<2μg/L),3-氯-1,2-丙二醇MCPD(<12μg/L)(EN645:冷水萃取法)。随之中国国内的食品直接接触包装材料的安全标准也马上提出氯丙醇的限定要求。当前吸管纸的生产工艺,氯丙醇的残留是一个很大的食品安全风险;
3.由于加入了大量的湿强剂,吸管使用后的回收性能受到挑战(在常规的水力碎浆机碎解工艺中无法碎解,需要加入特殊的湿强解离剂,增加回收成本,增大了回收使用难度);由于湿强剂的加入,也增大了吸管纸使用后的降解难度(湿强剂本身很难微生物降解);
4.这种吸管纸在生产加工吸管的时候,只能采用胶水粘合工艺,吸管的内侧和外侧没有抗水层,液体直接接触原纸表面,虽然原纸具有高抗水性能,但在长时间接触液体的时候,很容易吸收液体并***,影响使用体验;
5.这种吸管纸在加工吸管的过程中,只能使用胶水+三层或多层吸管纸缠绕工艺,吸管壁厚过大,体验感不好,尤其是在消费者咬吸管的时候,体验感巨差。
因此本发明专利发明人,针对上述技术问题,旨在发明一种环保型吸管纸及其制备方法、纸吸管加工工艺,开发一种完全不含塑料的可回收、可降解、可堆肥的双面水性涂布吸管纸,并具有自热封功能(超声波或热风),单缝成型的方式,制造成具有双抗水涂层的纸吸管,替代传统的粘胶式纸吸管。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型吸管纸及其制备方法、纸吸管加工工艺。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种环保型吸管纸,包括纤维层,所述纤维层的两侧分别设置阻隔涂布层,且在每个所述阻隔涂布层的外侧还设置热封涂布层,且所述热封涂布层能热封。
优选地,所述纤维层为原纸,且吸管纸的边渗要求为95度热水且10分钟,边渗值在5mm以内,且所述吸管纸的克重在150-350克/平方米,且所述吸管纸的纵向的伸长率为≥2.5%,横向的伸长率为≥9.0%,且所述吸管纸能沿横向卷曲成型。通过纤维配比结构的优化,水分的控制,原纸挺度的控制等,使纸板满足能实现小曲径卷起,有足够的柔韧性能够卷成管状的工艺需求,此原纸的开发的难点就在于此,探究纤维配比结构的优化,水分的控制,实现原纸伸长率的控制是本专利的出发点,而对原纸伸长率的控制主要依赖于阻隔涂布层和热封涂布层的控制,而且在加工的过程中,由于吸管纸原纸有非常好的柔韧性,单层纸条可以在横向卷曲成型,然后在超声波或热风的作用下,热封涂布层能够迅速粘合在一起,实现热封。
优选地,所述阻隔涂布层为底涂,且包括以下重量份数的组分:瓷土100份,乳胶80-130份,流变剂0.1-0.5份,耐水化剂0.3-0.8份。所用的瓷土(片状土)径厚比20-40,粒径小(小于2um占比≥96%),可赋予涂层较好的平整性和遮盖性能;胶乳为较为环保的SA(苯丙胶乳)胶乳,流变剂为丙烯酸改性的两性高分子聚合物,改善涂料的流变性能,降低涂布刮痕的产生;耐水化剂为锆盐类,符合食品级要求。
优选地,所述底涂中还包括:分散剂0.1-0.3份,氢氧化钠0.1-0.5份,羧甲基纤维素0.3-1.0份,润滑剂0.3-0.8份,消泡剂0.1-0.3份。通过增加这些组分,能进一步改善底涂的性能。
优选地,所述热封涂布层为面涂,且包括改性有机聚合物和无机物,且所述无机物占总质量的0-50%。即改性有机聚合物占50-100%,而且改性有机聚合物主要为丙烯酸酯改性的多种聚合物的混合体,而且可以通过调整聚合物中的种类,达到热封和反沾的平衡,改善反沾主要依靠添加无机物实现,而且无机物为滑石粉、瓷土、碳酸钙中的至少一种。
一种环保型吸管纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
第一,配置涂料,所述涂料包括底涂涂料和面涂涂料,且所述底涂涂料分为正面底涂和背面底涂,所述面涂涂料分为正面面涂和背面面涂;

一种纸吸管加工工艺,包括将吸管纸切成矩形纸条(一般是纸吸管的截面周长长度多2-5mm,实现搭边),利用单缝纸吸管成型设备将吸管纸部分搭边,并在超声波或热风的作用下,搭边部分粘合在一起,形成纸吸管。即将吸管纸裁切成长条形的矩形,沿矩形的宽度方向将吸管纸围成圆,并部分搭边,由于热封涂布层的存在,在超声波或热风的状态下,热封涂布层能粘合在一起,保证吸管的成型。
矩形纸条还可以为将此环保型纸吸管纸按纸吸管直径的需求,沿纸机方向分切成盘纸,利用单缝纸吸管成型设备将吸管纸进行部分搭边,并在超声波或热风的作用下,搭边部分粘合在一起,形成纸吸管。
这种加工工艺,不使用胶水,单层或多层吸管纸在超声波或热风的作用下,在纸吸管芯上缠绕成型,制成纸吸管。
本发明一种环保型吸管纸的有益效果是,这种吸管纸,不需要添加湿强剂,指标参数都满足食品包装纸的要求,而且通过纤维配比结构的优化,水分的控制,原纸挺度的控制等,使纸板满足能实现小曲径卷起,有足够的柔韧性能够卷成管状的工艺需求,而且抗水性能的指标达到30分钟吸水值≤10克/平方米,在长时间浸泡的时候也能够维持很好的挺度,同时这种吸管纸完全实现可回收、可降解、可重新碎浆、可堆肥;此外还拥有高松厚、高挺度特点,实现零塑、轻量一举两得,并兼具良好的阻隔性、热封性、可微波加热等优良的品质。
一种环保型吸管纸的制备方法的有益效果是,在纤维层的两侧增加涂布层(正面两层、背面两层),涂布量为3-15g/m2,较优为3-8g/m2,正面先涂正面底涂,为一次涂布,可对原纸进行修饰,具有更好的平整性和阻隔性,减少正面面涂的涂料过多的向原纸渗透,提高正面面涂涂料的遮盖性,节约正面面涂涂料的用量,正面面涂在涂有正面底涂的基础上再进行涂布,根据涂料对温度的需求进行调整,背面两层涂布的实现方式同正面相同,实现高效的吸管纸的加工。
一种纸吸管加工工艺的有益效果是,采用单缝纸吸管成型设备配合本发明的吸管纸,在超声波或热风的状态下,热封涂布层快速粘合,达到纸吸管的快速成型,达到高效的纸吸管的加工。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
参见附图1-4所示,一种环保型吸管纸,包括纤维层1,纤维层1的两侧分别设置阻隔涂布层2,且在每个阻隔涂布层2的外侧还设置热封涂布层3,且热封涂布层3能热封。
纤维层1为原纸,且吸管纸的边渗要求为95度热水且10分钟,边渗值在5mm以内,且吸管纸的克重在150-350克/平方米,且吸管纸的纵向的伸长率为≥2.5%,横向的伸长率为≥9.0%,且吸管纸能沿横向卷曲成型。通过纤维配比结构的优化,水分的控制,原纸挺度的控制等,使纸板满足能实现小曲径卷起,有足够的柔韧性能够卷成管状的工艺需求,此原纸的开发的难点就在于此,探究纤维配比结构的优化,水分的控制,实现原纸伸长率的控制是本专利的出发点,而对原纸伸长率的控制主要依赖于阻隔涂布层2和热封涂布层3的控制,而且在加工的过程中,由于吸管纸原纸有非常好的柔韧性,单层纸条可以在横向卷曲成型,然后在超声波或热风的作用下,热封涂布层3能够迅速粘合在一起,实现热封。
阻隔涂布层2为底涂,且包括以下重量份数的组分:瓷土100份,乳胶80-130份,流变剂0.1-0.5份,耐水化剂0.3-0.8份。所用的瓷土(片状土)径厚比20-40,粒径小(小于2um占比≥96%),可赋予涂层较好的平整性和遮盖性能;胶乳为较为环保的SA(苯丙胶乳)胶乳,流变剂为丙烯酸改性的两性高分子聚合物,改善涂料的流变性能,降低涂布刮痕的产生;耐水化剂为锆盐类,符合食品级要求。
底涂中还包括:分散剂0.1-0.3份,氢氧化钠0.1-0.5份,羧甲基纤维素0.3-1.0份,润滑剂0.3-0.8份,消泡剂0.1-0.3份。通过增加这些组分,能进一步改善底涂的性能。
热封涂布层3为面涂,且包括改性有机聚合物和无机物,且无机物占总质量的0-50%。即改性有机聚合物占50-100%,而且改性有机聚合物主要为丙烯酸酯改性的多种聚合物的混合体,而且可以通过调整聚合物中的种类,达到热封和反沾的平衡,改善反沾主要依靠添加无机物实现,而且无机物为滑石粉、瓷土、碳酸钙中的至少一种。丙烯酸酯改性的聚合物的混合物,例如2-丙烯酸丁基酯与2-甲基-2-丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸-2-(二甲氨基)乙酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的聚合物;2-甲基-2-丙烯酸、2-丙烯酸乙酯与2-甲基-2-丙烯酸甲酯的聚合物;2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-(二甲氨基)乙酯与2-甲基-2-丙烯酸甲酯的聚合物;2-甲基-2-丙烯酸甲酯与苯乙烯和顺丁烯二酸酐的聚合物;2-甲基-2-丙烯酸乙酯与2-丙烯酸甲酯的聚合物;2-甲基-2-丙烯酸与2-甲基-2-丙烯酸丁酯和2-甲基-2-丙烯酸甲酯的聚合物;2-甲基-2-丙烯酸与2-甲基-2-丙烯酸甲酯的聚合物。
一种环保型吸管纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
第一,配置涂料,涂料包括底涂涂料和面涂涂料,且底涂涂料分为正面底涂和背面底涂,面涂涂料分为正面面涂和背面面涂;
第二,采用涂布工艺进行涂布,先在原纸的正面进行正面底涂,干燥,再次进行正面面涂,干燥,进行背面底涂,干燥,进行背面面涂,干燥,且干燥温度≥90℃。
涂布采用帘式涂布、气刀涂布、计量棒涂布、刮刀涂布、柔印中的至少一种。较优的涂布方式可以是帘式涂布、气刀涂布、计量棒。
涂布工艺包括在线涂布工艺和机外涂布工艺中的一种。在线涂布加工工艺:流送***-网部-压榨部-前干燥部-表面施胶-硬压光-涂布-软压光-卷取;离线涂布加工工艺:1.原纸工艺流送***-网部-压榨部-前干燥部-表面施胶-硬压光-卷取2.涂布工艺:原纸-涂布-卷取。

正面面涂:涂料配方:丙烯酸酯改性聚合物90%,无机物10%;总涂布量7.2g/m2,两次涂布,干燥温度110℃。
背面底涂:涂料配方:瓷土100、胶乳80、分散剂0.2、NaOH 0.3、耐水化剂0.4、羧甲基纤维素0.8、润滑剂0.5、消泡剂0.1、流变剂0.2;总涂布量6.0g/m2,一次涂布,干燥温度90℃。
背面面涂:涂料配方:丙烯酸酯改性聚合物100%,无机物0%;总涂布量4.6g/m2,两次涂布,干燥温度120℃。
实施例2:
正面底涂:涂料配方:瓷土100、胶乳90、分散剂0.2、NaOH 0.3、耐水化剂0.4、羧甲基纤维素0.8、润滑剂0.5、消泡剂0.1、流变剂0.2;总涂布量6.0g/m2,一次涂布,干燥温度100℃。
正面面涂:涂料配方:丙烯酸酯改性聚合物90%,无机物10%;两次涂布,总涂布量6.8g/m2,,干燥温度100℃。
背面底涂:涂料配方:瓷土100、胶乳90、分散剂0.2、NaOH 0.3、耐水化剂0.4、羧甲基纤维素0.8、润滑剂0.5、消泡剂0.1、流变剂0.2;总涂布量6.0g/m2,一次涂布,干燥温度100℃。
背面面涂:涂料配方:丙烯酸酯改性聚合物90%,无机物10%;总涂布量7.2g/m2,两次涂布,干燥温度110℃。
实施例3:
正面底涂:涂料配方:瓷土(片状土)100、胶乳100、分散剂0.15、NaOH0.25、耐水化剂0.4、羧甲基纤维素0.8、润滑剂0.5、消泡剂0.1、流变剂0.2;总涂布量6.0g/m2,一次涂布,干燥温度110℃。
正面面涂:涂料配方:丙烯酸酯改性聚合物90%,无机物10%;两次涂布,总涂布量6.8g/m2,干燥温度110℃
背面面涂:涂料配方:丙烯酸酯改性聚合物90%,无机物10%;两次涂布,总涂布量8.0g/m2,干燥温度120℃。
背面底涂:涂料配方:瓷土100、胶乳100、分散剂0.2、NaOH0.25、耐水化剂0.4、羧甲基纤维素0.8、润滑剂0.5、消泡剂0.1、流变剂0.2;总涂布量6.0g/m2,一次涂布,干燥温度110℃。
按照,实施例1-3的配方,对原纸的两侧设置涂层,并按照纸吸管加工工艺,加工成与对照组同样大小,同样粗细的纸吸管,进行测试。
测试的项目包括:将不同的吸管放置在95℃±3的热水中浸泡30分钟;在咖啡中浸泡4小时;在乳酸中浸泡30分钟,将吸管放置在渗透液(1%浓度的洗手液)中浸泡15分钟,吸管的可回收性测试,具体的测试步骤:设备为实验室用水力碎浆机,操作方法如下:向槽内放入含绝干量为500g的制备碎片(5cm大小),添加40℃的水至浓度为9%浸泡5min;盖好盖子,接通电源及电热按钮,调节控制面板转速至最低145rpm,按下Rev键开始碎解,不断提高转速至410rpm,直到废纸充分碎解,该过程用时10min,可回收性能为:碎完的浆料进行抄片(不经任何除渣设备),在抄片器上无大的碎片,即为具有可回收性。

可重新碎浆(可回收)
通过上述实验可知,环保型的吸管不含塑料成分,完全实现可回收、可降解、可重新碎浆、可堆肥;此外产品还拥有高松厚、高挺度特点,实现零塑、轻量一举两得,并兼具良好的阻隔性、热封性、可微波加热等优良的品质。以上实施方式只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人了解本发明的内容并加以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡根据本发明精神实质所做的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种环保型吸管纸,其特征在于:包括纤维层,所述纤维层的两侧分别设置阻隔涂布层,且在每个所述阻隔涂布层的外侧还设置热封涂布层,且所述热封涂布层能热封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型吸管纸,其特征在于:所述纤维层为原纸,且吸管纸的边渗为95度热水且10分钟,边渗值在5mm以内,且所述吸管纸的克重在150-350克/平方米,且所述吸管纸的纵向的伸长率为≥2.5%,横向的伸长率为≥9.0%,且所述吸管纸能沿横向卷曲成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型吸管纸,其特征在于:所述阻隔涂布层为底涂,且包括以下重量份数的组分:瓷土100份,乳胶80-130份,流变剂0.1-0.5份,耐水化剂0.3-0.8份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种环保型吸管纸,其特征在于:所述底涂中还包括:分散剂0.1-0.3份,氢氧化钠0.1-0.5份,羧甲基纤维素0.3-1.0份,润滑剂0.3-0.8份,消泡剂0.1-0.3份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型吸管纸,其特征在于:所述热封涂布层为面涂,且包括改性有机聚合物和无机物,且所述无机物占总质量的0-50%。
6.一种环保型吸管纸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
第一,配置涂料,所述涂料包括底涂涂料和面涂涂料,且所述底涂涂料分为正面底涂和背面底涂,所述面涂涂料分为正面面涂和背面面涂;
第二,采用涂布工艺进行涂布,先在原纸的正面进行正面底涂,干燥,再次进行正面面涂,干燥,进行背面底涂,干燥,进行背面面涂,干燥,且干燥温度≥90℃。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种环保型吸管纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述涂布采用帘式涂布、气刀涂布、计量棒涂布、刮刀涂布、柔印中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种环保型吸管纸,其特征在于:所述正面面涂和背面面涂的次数为2次。
9.一种纸吸管加工工艺,其特征在于:将吸管纸沿纸机方向分切成矩形纸条,利用单缝纸吸管成型设备将吸管纸进行部分搭边,并在超声波或热风的作用下,搭边部分粘合在一起,形成纸吸管。
10.一种纸吸管加工工艺,其特征在于:将吸管纸沿纸机方向分切成矩形纸条,利用常规纸吸管机,不使用胶水,单层或多层吸管纸在超声波或热风的作用下,在纸吸管芯上缠绕成型,制成纸吸管。
