Abstract
本发明属于针织技术领域。针对抽针氨纶罗纹面料存在的布面容易出现漏氨纶疵点的问题,本发明提供一种粗细抽针搭配的氨纶罗纹面料的编织方法。所述的氨纶罗纹面料采用双面针织大圆机编织,抽针组合横向排列,罗纹组织结构对上、下针出针,上、下针各48枚针为一个编织循环,上针3组4枚抽针加2枚出针成圈,10组1枚抽针加2枚出针成圈,下针为对应上针的3组5枚出针成圈加1枚抽针,10组2枚出针成圈加1枚抽针,三角排列为全针织成圈三角,氨纶丝的编织方式是上针和下针都参加编织。本发明的编织方法,添加氨纶丝且上针和下针同时参加编织,解决了传统抽针面料拉伸回复不好和布面有反氨纶丝的问题,并且达到四面弹的标准。

技术领域
本发明属于针织技术领域,具体涉及一种粗细抽针搭配的氨纶罗纹面料的编织方法。
背景技术
传统的抽针氨纶罗纹面料,达不到所述面料上、下机针同时抽针,上、下氨纶同吃且不漏氨纶的外观效果,坯布在编制过程中,布面容易出现漏氨纶疵点,影响布面质量和外观效果,从而给成衣生产造成很大浪费。目前的同类面料基本上都存在漏氨纶疵点,而且是一种很难改善的编织技术瓶颈,亟需通过设计和改进,解决以上面料问题,保证面料四面弹的特性。
发明内容
针对抽针氨纶罗纹面料存在的布面容易出现漏氨纶疵点的上述问题,本发明提供一种粗细抽针搭配的氨纶罗纹面料的编织方法,通过氨纶丝上针和下针同时参加编织,解决传统抽针氨纶罗纹布面存在反氨纶丝的问题,并且达到四面弹的标准。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种粗细抽针搭配的氨纶罗纹面料的编织方法,所述的氨纶罗纹面料采用双面针织大圆机编织,抽针组合横向排列,罗纹组织结构对上、下针出针,上、下针各48枚针为一个编织循环,上针3组4枚抽针加2枚出针成圈,10组1枚抽针加2枚出针成圈,下针为对应上针的3组5枚出针成圈加1枚抽针,10组2枚出针成圈加1枚抽针,三角排列为全针织成圈三角,氨纶丝的编织方式是上针和下针都参加编织。
进一步的,所述的氨纶罗纹面料使用棉纱线的纱支选用范围为14.7tex-36.9tex,氨纶丝的纱支选用范围为22.2dtex-77.8dtex,使用上述纱线所达到的面料克重180g/m2-380g/m2。
进一步的,所述的氨纶罗纹面料使用棉纱线的纱支选用范围为20tex-30tex,氨纶丝的纱支选用范围为40dtex-60dtex。
进一步的,所述棉纱线长范围为360mm-550mm/100针,氨纶丝线长范围为175mm-230mm/100针。
进一步的,所述棉纱线长范围为400mm-500mm/100针,氨纶丝线长范围为190mm-210mm/100针。
本发明的编织方法,通过添加氨纶丝且上针和下针同时参加编织,解决了传统抽针面料拉伸回复不好的问题,还解决了传统抽针氨纶罗纹布面有反氨纶丝的问题。采用上针3组4枚抽针加2枚出针成圈,10组1枚抽针加2枚出针成圈为上针48枚抽针与出针组合,下针为对应上针的3组5枚出针成圈加1枚抽针,10组2枚出针成圈加1枚抽针的抽针方式,从而达到粗细抽针搭配组合,解决了传统面料组织结构单一的现状,改进后面料表面变化有规律,布面纹理清晰,效果明显,织出来的面料布面平整,没有反氨纶的问题,面料手感丰满。通过添加氨纶丝,面料特征达到四面弹标准,这里所述四面弹的标准是指面料横向最大拉伸与直向最大拉伸,均达到1.5倍以上,且回复率要达到85%以上,比传统的抽针罗纹弹性更优越,布面质量更稳定。
粗细抽针搭配的抽针氨纶罗纹,可以进行产业化生产的新型坯布组织,这种组织做出来的面料应用广泛,可以做外观挺括有骨感、纹理清晰的外衣面料,也可以做手感柔软四面弹的家居面料,这种四面弹面料的弹性拉伸及恢复性优秀,穿着舒适。此组织结构做出来的面料,缩水性能优于其他抽针罗纹面料,面料幅度稳定,克重均匀,顶破强力好,做出来的成衣尺寸稳定,提高了裁成率,减少了浪费。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例及附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例
本实施例选用纱支是24.6tex紧密纺和22.2dtex氨纶丝,设备使用18G双面针织大圆机。组织结构如图1所述,代表抽针,代表出针成圈,共48枚针(包含抽针)为一个循环。24.6tex紧密纺和22.2dtex氨纶丝两种纱线同时参与编织。采用上针3组4枚抽针加2枚出针成圈,10组1枚抽针加2枚出针成圈为上针48枚抽针与出针组合,下针为对应上针的3组5枚出针成圈加1枚抽针,10组2枚出针成圈加1枚抽针的抽针方式。氨纶丝的编织方式是上针和下针都参加编织。工艺丝长,24.6tex紧密纺:406mm/100针;22.2dtex氨纶丝:175mm/100针。
如图2和图3所示,做出来的面料布面光洁平整,手感丰满,竖条纹理清晰,抽条宽度一致,弹性拉伸和回复性都非常好,达到四面弹的标准;面料缩水和坯布幅度稳定,坯布克重280g/m2,布面没有任何质量问题,极大地提高了成衣裁成率。

1.一种粗细抽针搭配的氨纶罗纹面料的编织方法,其特征在于,所述的氨纶罗纹面料采用双面针织大圆机编织,棉纱线和氨纶丝两种纱线同时参与编织,抽针组合横向排列,罗纹组织结构对上、下针出针,上、下针各48枚针为一个编织循环,上针3组4枚抽针加2枚出针成圈,10组1枚抽针加2枚出针成圈,下针为对应上针的3组5枚出针成圈加1枚抽针,10组2枚出针成圈加1枚抽针,三角排列为全针织成圈三角,氨纶丝的编织方式是上针和下针都参加编织。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粗细抽针搭配的氨纶罗纹面料的编织方法,其特征在于,所述的氨纶罗纹面料使用棉纱线的纱支选用范围为14.7tex-36.9tex,氨纶丝的纱支选用范围为22.2dtex-77.8dtex,使用上述纱线所达到的面料克重180g/m2-380g/m2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种粗细抽针搭配的氨纶罗纹面料的编织方法,其特征在于,所述的氨纶罗纹面料使用棉纱线的纱支选用范围为20tex-30tex,氨纶丝的纱支选用范围为40dtex-60dtex。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种粗细抽针搭配的氨纶罗纹面料的编织方法,其特征在于,所述棉纱线长范围为360mm-550mm/100针,氨纶丝线长范围为175mm-230mm/100针。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种粗细抽针搭配的氨纶罗纹面料的编织方法,其特征在于,所述棉纱线长范围为400mm-500mm/100针,氨纶丝线长范围为190mm-210mm/100针。
