目前已经可以用PABX(专用自动小交换机)的分机用户号码形成一组用户,比如在一公司内,这就允许在使用PABX分机用户号码的一组用户中进行内部呼叫。当PABX组内的一用户使用组内分机进行呼叫时,分机号和呼叫者号被转换成呼叫初始消息,并通过基台进入移动电话交换局,在那里从连接至交换局的一用户寄存器,用前述消息中的信息检测用户是否有权使用该分机号,然后,用一号码转换表将该号码转换成一PSTN(公众交换电话网)的用户号码。关于这个呼叫交换局给出一单独的计费信息声明,以便该呼叫可以一种特殊的方式计费。这种方案的问题是:这种连接的完成被限制至一特定的PABX组或一特定的基台区域。

用户可以是NMT(Nordic移动电话)或GSM(全球移动通信***)等的用户。短号表由使用的短号构成。短号可以是,比如以701…709开头的数字,其中70是这种服务的所有用户的共同首字,1…9是用户的可能的短号。
在上述方法中,在移动电话交换局进行计费记录,其中B-号码被记录为A-用户拨通的短号。从移动电话交换局至B-用户的连接被标记为转移呼叫,这将阻止进一步的呼叫转移。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于由移动台打电话实现移动通信网A-用户连接至移动通信网或其它电信网B-用户连接的连接方法,移动通信***包括移动台和移动通信网,该移动通信网包括至少一个具有有限覆盖区域并且移动台与之相连的基台,和至少一个用于在移动通信网内及由该网至其它通信网或由其它网络至该网交换连接的移动电话交换局,其特征在于由A-用户的移动台拨一个预定号码实现移动台与移动电话交换局的连接,所述预定号码包括一所有A-用户共用的首字号码和一A-用户从属选定短号,所述从属选定短号预先存贮在移动电话交换局的A-用户从属短号表中;在移动电话交换局A-用户的拨号被分析,当用A-用户识别时,象A-用户身份,A-用户使用短号服务的权利被识别;用A-用户从属短号表将所述短号转换成普通移动网或其它电信网的号码;用相应于上述短号的号码实现从移动电话交换局至B-用户的连接,所述号码为公众电信网的号码。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于在移动电话交换局进行计费记录,其中B-号码被记录为A-用户拨的短号。
3.如权利要求1和/或2所述的方法,其特征在于从移动电话中心至B-用户的连接被标记为转移呼叫,它阻止进一步的呼叫转移。

7.如权利要求1,2,3,4,5或6所述的方法,其特征在于移动电话中心(MSC)与智能网中心(INC)之间的通信使用公众电信网(PSTN),闭合专用网,固定连接或直通信道。
8.如权利要求1,2,3,4,5,或6所述的方法,其特征在于智能网交换局(INC)的交换部分(SSP)被集成为移动电话中心的一部分,智能网交换局(INC)的交换部分(SSP)之间的通信使用公众电信网(PSTN),闭合专用网,固定连接或直通信道。
