In one embodiment, the real-time information of the elevator collected by the collection module 2 includes the real-time running state of the elevator and the elevator fault information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the processing module includes: the elevator information analysis unit, the information classification unit, the elevator information coding unit, the information compression unit and the information encryption unit.
The elevator information analysis unit is used for analyzing all information reported by the elevator according to elevators of different brands. The information classification unit is used for sorting and classifying the information reported by the elevator and sorting and classifying the elevator according to at least one of basic information of the elevator, state information of the elevator, fault codes, event information, trapping codes, alarm codes, statistical information and function codes.
The elevator information coding unit is used for refining according to different classifications, so that the coding of the elevator information is completed. The information compression unit is used for compressing the encoded information; and compressing by bits by using a bit compression method, namely, performing information expression on the same-class same-attribute information by bits. The information encryption unit is used for encrypting the compressed information; and (4) simple dictionary encryption is used, namely, the sending end and the receiving end use the same dictionary for encryption and decryption.
The transmission module 3 is connected with the processing module 2 and used for transmitting the data generated by the processing module 2 to a set area. In an embodiment, the transmission module is configured to send the data generated by the processing module to a target server.

The invention also discloses an elevator information acquisition and analysis method, and FIG. 2 is a flow chart of the elevator information acquisition and analysis method in one embodiment of the invention; referring to fig. 2, the elevator information collecting and analyzing method includes:
and (S1) a collecting step, wherein the elevator mainboard is connected through the board-to-board connector and the communication interface, and the specific information of the elevator is collected.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the communication interface may be a general interface, and may include at least one of an RS-485 communication interface, an RS-232 communication interface, and a CAN communication interface. The communication interface supports multiple RS485/CAN connection modes, and CAN enable the elevator mainboard to be butted without modifying a hardware interface. In addition, the RS485/CAN adopts balanced transmission and differential reception, so that the anti-interference capability is good. A detailed schematic of a specific board-to-board connector is shown in fig. 3.
In one embodiment, in the collecting step, the information collected by the elevator includes information such as basic information of the elevator (e.g., may include a factory number of the elevator, an elevator registration code, a manufacturer, etc.), real-time information (e.g., may include real-time floor information, a running state, a car door state, etc.), fault information (e.g., may include a door opening and closing fault, a car fault, a control fault, a traction machine fault, etc.), and the like.

step S24, compressing the coded information; compressing the same-class same-attribute information by bits by using a bit compression method, namely performing information expression on the same-class same-attribute information by bits;
step S25, encrypting the compressed information; in order to improve the security of information, simple dictionary encryption can be used, that is, a sending end and a receiving end use the same dictionary for encryption and decryption. The simple dictionary encryption mode has the advantages of high speed and difficult cracking; of course, other encryption schemes may be used.
A transmission step of transmitting the data generated in the processing step to a setting area [ step S3 ]. In one embodiment, the data generated by the processing step is sent to a target server. In a use scene of the invention, all information of the elevator can be viewed in real time at the terminal through the steps S1 and S2; namely, the elevator can realize the function of the internet of things without adding any hardware.
In conclusion, the elevator information acquisition and analysis system and method provided by the invention can effectively reduce the layout of cable lines, reduce the layout difficulty and save the cost. Meanwhile, the system of the invention arranges, compresses and encrypts the data, thereby greatly increasing the security of the data.
It should be noted that the present application may be implemented in software and/or a combination of software and hardware; for example, it may be implemented using Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), general purpose computers, or any other similar hardware devices. In some embodiments, the software programs of the present application may be executed by a processor to implement the above steps or functions. As such, the software programs (including associated data structures) of the present application can be stored in a computer-readable recording medium; such as RAM memory, magnetic or optical drives or diskettes, and the like. In addition, some steps or functions of the present application may be implemented using hardware; for example, as circuitry that cooperates with the processor to perform various steps or functions.
