In a first aspect, and with reference to fig. 1 and 2, there is provided a fan blade storage mechanism comprising: a head bracket 1 for supporting a head of a fan blade; a tail bracket 2 for supporting a tail of the fan blade; the head bracket 1 and the tail bracket 2 are respectively arranged on a support seat 3, and each support seat 3 is used for fixing the head bracket 1 and the tail bracket 2.
The supporting of head bracket 1 and afterbody bracket 2 pertinence plays the head and the afterbody of fan blade, and supporting seat 3 is used for placing and fixed head bracket 1 and afterbody bracket 2, and supporting seat 3 plays the effect of maintaining stability.
In this embodiment, the head bracket 1 is arc-shaped, so that the flange part of the head of the fan blade can be conveniently stored. The tail bracket 2 is in an elliptic arc shape, so that the tail structure of the fan blade is convenient to store. The shape design of pertinence is favorable to the protection to fan blade, avoids causing the fan blade to lead to the fact the destruction.
The supporting seat 3 all includes: the two vertical frames 31 are arranged in parallel, and the two vertical frames 31 are triangular; the two ends of the transverse frame 32 in the length direction are respectively connected with the two vertical frames 31, and the head bracket 1 or the tail bracket 2 is arranged on the transverse frame 32; and the reinforcing rods 33, wherein the reinforcing rods 33 are respectively connected with the transverse frames 32 and the vertical frames 31. Two perpendicular framves 31 play stabilizing effect, connect crossbearer 32 between two perpendicular framves 31, and head bracket 1 and afterbody bracket 2 have guaranteed the stability of being connected head bracket 1 and afterbody bracket 2 on the crossbearer 32 between two perpendicular framves 31.

In a second aspect, referring to fig. 1 to 5, there is provided a combined fan blade storage mechanism, to which the above-mentioned fan blade storage mechanism is applied, including: the support comprises at least two head brackets 1, a tail bracket 2 and at least four support seats 3; the supporting frame is arranged between the supporting seats 3 of the two head brackets 1 which are stacked; the tail support is connected with the two supporting seats 3 of the tail bracket 2, and the two tail brackets 2 are stacked on the tail support.
Each supporting seat 3 and the supporting frame and the tail support can be detachably connected. It should be understood that each head bracket 1 and each tail bracket 2 are respectively connected to the supporting frame and the tail bracket through the supporting seat 3, and specifically, each supporting seat 3, the supporting frame and the tail bracket are respectively provided with a plurality of through holes correspondingly arranged for bolt threaded connection. Through the detachable connection between each bracket and each supporting seat 3, the arrangement that can stack between each supporting seat 3 is guaranteed, so that the multilayer storage of fan blades can be guaranteed, and the flexibility of the combined mechanism is increased.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the support frame includes: a connecting frame 11 connecting between the top end of the lower support base 3 and the bottom end of the upper support base 3; and a reinforcing frame 12 connecting between the bottom ends of the lower support base 3 and the upper support base 3.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the base triangular structure of the support seat 3 for mounting the head rest 1 may be divided into various forms to facilitate the connection between the lower support seat 3 and the upper support seat 3 and the stability after the connection. And at least two reinforcing frames 12 are arranged between the lower supporting seat 3 and the upper supporting seat 3 for further stable supporting.

and the reinforcing rods are respectively connected with the transverse frame and the vertical frame.
5. A fan blade storage combined mechanism using the fan blade storage mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising:
the support comprises at least two head brackets, a tail bracket and at least four support seats;
the supporting frame is arranged between the two supporting seats of the head bracket which are stacked;
the tail support is connected with the two supporting seats of the tail bracket, and the two tail brackets are stacked on the tail support.
6. The fan blade storage assembly of claim 5, wherein each support base is removably attachable to the support frame and the aft frame.
7. The combined fan blade storage mechanism of claim 6, wherein each of the support base, the support frame and the tail support has a plurality of through holes for screw connection.
8. The fan blade storage cluster mechanism of claim 5, wherein the support frame comprises:
the connecting frame is connected between the top end of the lower supporting seat and the bottom end of the upper supporting seat;
and the reinforcing frame is connected between the bottom end of the lower supporting seat and the bottom end of the upper supporting seat.
9. The fan blade storage cluster mechanism of claim 5, wherein the aft bracket comprises:
the net rack structure comprises at least four upright posts and a plurality of cross rods, wherein the four upright posts are arranged in parallel;
the connecting rods are connected among the upright rods;
the supporting seat at the lower part is connected between the bottom ends of the four vertical rods, and the top ends of the four vertical rods are connected with the supporting seat at the upper part.
10. The combined fan blade storage mechanism of claim 9, wherein a bottom end of each upright is provided with a stabilizing base, and each stabilizing base is used for increasing a contact area between the upright and the ground.
