Thus, when the seat cushion 21 is turned from the storage state to the seating state, firstly, the pretightening force generated by the second pretightening torsion spring 96 is increased from large to small, and then gradually increased, so that the second pretightening torsion spring 96 provides assistance when the seat cushion 21 is turned from the storage state, the turning force of a user is saved, namely, when the seat cushion 21 is turned to the seating state, the second pretightening torsion spring 96 provides resistance to assist the seat to unfold for buffering and noise reduction, and similarly, when the seat cushion 21 is turned from the seating position to the storage position, the second pretightening torsion spring 96 provides assistance firstly and then provides resistance for buffering and noise reduction;
similarly, when the second support member 5 is turned from the storage position to the seating position or from the seating position to the storage position, the first pre-tightening torsion spring 95 provides assistance, and then provides resistance to cushion and reduce noise.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in order to meet different requirements of different users for the seat position in the vehicle compartment, the multi-link folding seat provided in this embodiment further includes a sliding mechanism 30, the sliding mechanism 30 includes a slider 301 and a slide rail 302 for being fixedly connected to the vehicle floor 1, the slider 301 is slidably disposed on the slide rail 302, a latch 20 is mounted on the slider 301, the locking mechanism 10 is locked in cooperation with the latch 20, and the mounting seat 6 is mounted on the slider 301, so that the seat body 2 can move relative to the slide rail 302 through the slider 301, so that the seat can move to different positions in the vehicle compartment, specifically, the slide rail 302 is disposed in a direction along the front-back direction of the vehicle, so that the seat body 2 can move to different positions in the front-back direction of the vehicle.
In summary, the invention has simple structure, the seat accommodating groove 11 is arranged on the vehicle floor 1, which is beneficial to the hiding and accommodating of the seat, and the seat after being accommodated and the vehicle floor 1 are kept flat, thereby improving the availability of the space in the vehicle; the linkage pull rod 7, the first supporting part 4, the second supporting part 5, the first locking assembly 8 and the second locking assembly 9 form a multi-link mechanism and realize linkage, so that the sitting position and the storage position of the first supporting part 4 and the second supporting part 5 are locked, and the use safety and stability of the seat are ensured.

Claims (10)

1. A multi-link folding seat comprising:
the chair comprises a chair body and a chair seat, wherein the chair seat comprises a seat cushion and a backrest hinged with the seat cushion;
the seat cushion is fixedly arranged on the mounting bracket;
the first supporting part comprises a first connecting end and a first supporting end, the first connecting end is hinged with the front end of the mounting bracket, and the first supporting end is provided with a locking mechanism which is matched and locked with the lock bolt;
the second supporting part comprises a second connecting end and a second supporting end, the second connecting end is hinged with the rear end of the mounting bracket, and the second supporting end is hinged with a mounting seat;
the two ends of the linkage pull rod are respectively connected with the first supporting component and the second supporting component and are used for synchronously unfolding or folding the first supporting component and the second supporting component;
a first locking component for locking the first support member in a stowed position; and
a second locking assembly for locking the seat cushion in the seating position or the second support member in the stowed position;
wherein, first supporting part is equipped with first locking draw-in groove, first locking subassembly draws the piece including the locking, the locking is drawn the piece and is equipped with and draws the piece arch, the guide way has been seted up to the installing support, draw the protruding edge of piece the guide way slides to can block into first locking draw-in groove.

The foldable multi-link seat of claim 1, wherein the latch mechanism includes a latch claw rotatably connected to the first support end for fastening to the latch bolt, and an unlatching linkage member having one end connected to the latch claw and the other end connected to the unlatching handle.

The folding seat chair with multiple connecting rods as claimed in claim 2, wherein the locking claw comprises a claw, a pawl, a tension spring and a locking rotating shaft, the claw and the pawl are respectively rotatably connected with the supporting part through the locking rotating shaft, one end of the tension spring is connected with the claw, the other end of the tension spring is connected with the first supporting part, the pawl is provided with a meshing protrusion, and the claw is provided with a meshing accommodating groove for matching with the meshing protrusion.

The multi-link folding seat according to claim 1, wherein the first locking assembly includes a locking tension spring, one end of the locking tension spring is connected to the mounting bracket, and the other end of the locking tension spring is connected to the locking pull block, so that when the first supporting member is shifted to the storage position, the pull block protrusion is clamped into the first locking slot under the action of the locking tension spring.

The folding seat chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first locking slot is an L-shaped slot, the L-shaped slot includes a slot portion and a guide portion, an opening of the slot portion faces one axial side of the first support member, and the guide portion forms a guide arc surface that transitions from the opening of the first locking slot to the opening of the slot portion.
6. The multi-link folding seat of claim 1, wherein the second locking assembly includes:
the first end of the first pull rod is hinged to the mounting seat, the second end of the first pull rod is connected to the second supporting component in a sliding mode, the hinged position of the first end of the first pull rod, the second supporting component and the mounting seat is arranged in an eccentric mode, the second end of the first pull rod abuts against the outer end face of the mounting bracket, and the outer end face of the mounting bracket is provided with a first positioning groove for the second end of the first pull rod to be embedded into when the second supporting component is located at a sitting position;
the first end of the second pull rod is connected with the second supporting component in a sliding mode, the second end of the second pull rod is hinged to the mounting support, the first end of the second pull rod abuts against the outer end face of the mounting seat, the second end of the second pull rod is eccentrically arranged with the hinged position of the second supporting component and the mounting support, and a second positioning groove used for embedding the first end of the second pull rod when the second supporting component is located at the containing position is formed in the outer end face of the mounting seat.

The multi-link folding seat according to claim 6, wherein an outer end surface of the mounting bracket forms a first guide arc surface along which the second end of the first link slides into the first positioning groove when the second support portion is shifted from the stowed position to the seating position, and an outer end surface of the mounting seat forms a second guide arc surface along which the first end of the second link slides into the second positioning groove when the second support portion is shifted from the seating position to the stowed position.

The multi-link folding seat according to claim 1, wherein the second support end is hinged to the mounting base through a first pivot pin, the second connection end is hinged to the mounting bracket through a second pivot pin, the first pivot pin is sleeved with a first pre-tightening torsion spring for pre-tightening the second support member and the mounting base, and the second pivot pin is sleeved with a second pre-tightening torsion spring for pre-tightening the second support member and the mounting bracket.

The multi-link folding seat according to claim 1, further comprising a sliding mechanism, wherein the sliding mechanism comprises a sliding block and a sliding rail fixedly connected with a vehicle floor, the sliding block is slidably disposed on the sliding rail, a lock bolt is installed on the sliding block, the locking mechanism is locked with the lock bolt in a matching manner, and the installation seat is installed on the sliding block.
