针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料及其制备方法,解决了上述背景技术中提出现有的礼服面料在使用过程中,不便于贴合身形,以及不能很好的为面料提供抗褶皱性能,且不能很好的为面料提供驱虫效用的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料,包括耐高温层,耐高温层的下方安装有隔热层,且隔热层的下方安装有弹性纤维层,弹性纤维层的安装有保温层,且保温层的下方安装有基层,基层的下方安装有抗静电层,且抗静电层的下方安装有驱虫层,驱虫层的下方安装有除菌层,且除菌层的下方安装有防水透气面料。
可选的,耐高温层包括耐高温涂层和无纺布,耐高温涂层的下方安装有无纺布。
可选的,耐高温涂层与无纺布相粘接。
可选的,隔热层包括气凝胶毡、横向通道和纵向气孔,气凝胶毡内设有横向通道,且横向通道上设有纵向气孔。
可选的,横向通道与纵向气孔相连通,且纵向气孔沿横向通道的中轴线方向均匀分布。
可选的,弹性纤维层包括聚氨酯弹性纤维丝线和记忆纤维涤纶丝线,聚氨酯弹性纤维丝线和记忆纤维涤纶丝线呈垂直状交错编织成弹性纤维层。
可选的,保温层为保温毡布,保温层、基层和抗静电层三者两两相互紧密贴合,抗静电层由导电纤维交错编织而成。
可选的,驱虫层包括薄膜外皮、浸药棉线和金属线,薄膜外皮的内部设置有浸药棉线,且浸药棉线的内部设置有金属线,浸药棉线是由棉线浸没入驱虫药液,晾干制备成,薄膜外皮、浸药棉线和金属线三者的中轴线之间相重合。
可选的,除菌层为竹炭纤维布料,除菌层与防水透气面料紧密贴合,防水透气面料与连接布相连接,且连接布沿防水透气面料的表面均匀分布,耐高温层上设有若干个嵌孔。
一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、选取适配原料,搅拌混合均匀后投入挤出机挤出成丝,并通过纺纱机械交织缠绕,制得坯布;
S2、采用上述步骤S1方式,碳纤维丝线和聚乳酸纤维丝线采用加弹机、平牵机和合股机复合成丝,并采用纺织机械编织,以及将耐高温涂层和无纺布通过平牵机夹持两端拉伸,经热压定型,制得耐高温层;
S3、聚氨酯弹性纤维丝线和记忆纤维涤纶丝线采用加弹机、平牵机和合股机复合成丝,并采用纺织机械编织,制得弹性纤维层;
S4、将薄膜外皮浸泡入驱虫药液,烘干定型,以及采用挤压机,将薄膜外皮、浸药棉线和金属线挤压定型制备出驱虫层;
S5、选择蛋白质纤维、黄麻纤维、棉纤维的混纺纱线,经纺织机械织成织物,并加入特殊树脂和无甲醛抗皱整理剂进行免烫整理,水洗,烘干后,制得基层;
S6、将耐高温层、隔热层、弹性纤维层、保温层、基层和抗静电层由外而内紧密贴合,利用平牵机夹持拉伸,采用贴合机加热定型,制得复合布料,以及将驱虫层、除菌层和防水透气面料缝合相连;
S7、将复合布料与驱虫层、除菌层和防水透气面料贴合,通过高温烘干消毒后,采用贴合机定型,制取植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料。
本发明提供了一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料及其制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、该植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料及其制备方法设置有隔热层,通过气凝胶毡能够有效的阻隔高温气体,以及通过横向通道和纵向气孔将高温气体快速排出,避免面料变形。
2、该植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料及其制备方法设置有弹性纤维层,通过聚氨酯弹性纤维丝线和记忆纤维涤纶丝线之间的配合,使得面料更贴合身形,穿戴更舒适。
3、该植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料及其制备方法设置有保温层的保温毡布能够有效的延缓温度的扩散,能够有效的增强面料的保温性能,抗静电层能够有效的避免灰尘或污渍的吸附,保持面料的清洁,减少清洗布料的繁琐,基层通过特殊树脂的设置,能够有效的提高面料的免烫抗皱性能。
4、该植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料及其制备方法设置有驱虫层,通过浸药棉线能够有效的驱除蚊虫,能够有效的提高面料的驱虫效果。
5、该植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料及其制备方法,通过除菌层能够有效的吸附汗水,保持面料的干爽,以及防水透气面料能够有效的阻水排气,嵌孔能够有效的增加纹饰,而连接布能够有效的为物品提供悬挂位置。

请参阅图1至图9,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料,包括耐高温层1,耐高温层1的下方安装有隔热层2,且隔热层2的下方安装有弹性纤维层3,弹性纤维层3的安装有保温层4,且保温层4的下方安装有基层5,基层5的下方安装有抗静电层6,且抗静电层6的下方安装有驱虫层7,驱虫层7的下方安装有除菌层8,且除菌层8的下方安装有防水透气面料9。
发明中:耐高温层1包括耐高温层1包括耐高温涂层101和无纺布102,耐高温涂层101的下方安装有无纺布102。
发明中:耐高温涂层101与无纺布102相粘接。
发明中:隔热层2包括气凝胶毡201、横向通道202和纵向气孔203,气凝胶毡201内设有横向通道202,且横向通道202上设有纵向气孔203。
发明中:横向通道202与纵向气孔203相连通,且纵向气孔203沿横向通道202的中轴线方向均匀分布;通过气凝胶毡201能够有效的阻隔高温气体,以及通过横向通道202和纵向气孔203将高温气体快速排出,避免面料变形。
发明中:弹性纤维层3包括聚氨酯弹性纤维丝线301和记忆纤维涤纶丝线302,聚氨酯弹性纤维丝线301和记忆纤维涤纶丝线302呈垂直状交错编织成弹性纤维层3;通过聚氨酯弹性纤维丝线301和记忆纤维涤纶丝线302之间的配合,使得面料更贴合身形,穿戴更舒适。
发明中:保温层4为保温毡布,保温层4、基层5和抗静电层6三者两两相互紧密贴合,抗静电层6由导电纤维交错编织而成;保温层4的保温毡布能够有效的延缓温度的扩散,能够有效的增强面料的保温性能,抗静电层6能够有效的避免灰尘或污渍的吸附,保持面料的清洁,减少清洗布料的繁琐,基层5通过特殊树脂的设置,能够有效的提高面料的免烫抗皱性能。
发明中:驱虫层7包括薄膜外皮701、浸药棉线702和金属线703,薄膜外皮701的内部设置有浸药棉线702,且浸药棉线702的内部设置有金属线703,浸药棉线702是由棉线浸没入驱虫药液,晾干制备成,薄膜外皮701、浸药棉线702和金属线703三者的中轴线之间相重合;通过浸药棉线702能够有效的驱除蚊虫,能够有效的提高面料的驱虫效果。
发明中:除菌层8为竹炭纤维布料,除菌层8与防水透气面料9紧密贴合,防水透气面料9与连接布11相连接,且连接布11沿防水透气面料9的表面均匀分布,耐高温层1上设有若干个嵌孔10;通过除菌层8能够有效的吸附汗水,保持面料的干爽,以及防水透气面料9能够有效的阻水排气,嵌孔10能够有效的增加纹饰,而连接布11能够有效的为物品提供悬挂位置。
一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、选取适配原料,搅拌混合均匀后投入挤出机挤出成丝,并通过纺纱机械交织缠绕,制得坯布;
S2、采用上述步骤S1方式,碳纤维丝线102和聚乳酸纤维丝线103采用加弹机、平牵机和合股机复合成丝,并采用纺织机械编织,以及将耐高温涂层101和无纺布102通过平牵机夹持两端拉伸,经热压定型,制得耐高温层1;
S3、聚氨酯弹性纤维丝线301和记忆纤维涤纶丝线302采用加弹机、平牵机和合股机复合成丝,并采用纺织机械编织,制得弹性纤维层3;
S4、将薄膜外皮701浸泡入驱虫药液,烘干定型,以及采用挤压机,将薄膜外皮701、浸药棉线702和金属线703挤压定型制备出驱虫层7;
S5、选择蛋白质纤维、黄麻纤维、棉纤维的混纺纱线,经纺织机械织成织物,并加入特殊树脂和无甲醛抗皱整理剂进行免烫整理,水洗,烘干后,制得基层5;
S6、将耐高温层1、隔热层2、弹性纤维层3、保温层4、基层5和抗静电层6由外而内紧密贴合,利用平牵机夹持拉伸,采用贴合机加热定型,制得复合布料,以及将驱虫层7、除菌层8和防水透气面料9缝合相连;
S7、将复合布料与驱虫层7、除菌层8和防水透气面料9贴合,通过高温烘干消毒后,采用贴合机定型,制取植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料。
综上,该植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料及其制备方法,使用时,首先,将碳纤维丝线102和聚乳酸纤维丝线103采用加弹机、平牵机和合股机复合成丝,并采用纺织机械编织,以及将耐高温涂层101、碳纤维丝线102和聚乳酸纤维丝线103的编织物、粘接层104、无纺布105通过平牵机夹持两端拉伸,经热压定型,制得耐高温层1;其次,聚氨酯弹性纤维丝线301和记忆纤维涤纶丝线302采用加弹机、平牵机和合股机复合成丝,并采用纺织机械编织,制得弹性纤维层3;再其次,将薄膜外皮701浸泡入驱虫药液,烘干定型,以及采用挤压机,将薄膜外皮701、浸药棉线702和金属线703挤压定型制备出驱虫层7;
S5、选择蛋白质纤维、黄麻纤维、棉纤维的混纺纱线,经纺织机械织成织物,并加入特殊树脂和无甲醛抗皱整理剂进行免烫整理,水洗,烘干后,制得基层5;然后,将耐高温层1、隔热层2、弹性纤维层3、保温层4、基层5和抗静电层6由外而内紧密贴合,利用平牵机夹持拉伸,采用贴合机加热定型,制得复合布料,以及将驱虫层7、除菌层8和防水透气面料9缝合相连;
最后,将复合布料与驱虫层7、除菌层8和防水透气面料9贴合,通过高温烘干消毒后,采用贴合机定型,制取植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料。

1.一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料,包括耐高温层(1),其特征在于:所述耐高温层(1)的下方安装有隔热层(2),且隔热层(2)的下方安装有弹性纤维层(3),所述弹性纤维层(3)的安装有保温层(4),且保温层(4)的下方安装有基层(5),所述基层(5)的下方安装有抗静电层(6),且抗静电层(6)的下方安装有驱虫层(7),所述驱虫层(7)的下方安装有除菌层(8),且除菌层(8)的下方安装有防水透气面料(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料,其特征在于:所述耐高温层(1)包括耐高温涂层(101)和无纺布(102),所述耐高温涂层(101)的下方安装有无纺布(102)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料,其特征在于:所述耐高温涂层(101)与无纺布(102)相粘接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料,其特征在于:所述隔热层(2)包括气凝胶毡(201)、横向通道(202)和纵向气孔(203),所述气凝胶毡(201)内设有横向通道(202),且横向通道(202)上设有纵向气孔(203)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料,其特征在于:所述横向通道(202)与纵向气孔(203)相连通,且纵向气孔(203)沿横向通道(202)的中轴线方向均匀分布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料,其特征在于:所述弹性纤维层(3)包括聚氨酯弹性纤维丝线(301)和记忆纤维涤纶丝线(302),所述聚氨酯弹性纤维丝线(301)和记忆纤维涤纶丝线(302)呈垂直状交错编织成弹性纤维层(3)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料,其特征在于:所述保温层(4)为保温毡布,所述保温层(4)、基层(5)和抗静电层(6)三者两两相互紧密贴合,所述抗静电层(6)由导电纤维交错编织而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料,其特征在于:所述驱虫层(7)包括薄膜外皮(701)、浸药棉线(702)和金属线(703),所述薄膜外皮(701)的内部设置有浸药棉线(702),且浸药棉线(702)的内部设置有金属线(703),所述浸药棉线(702)是由棉线浸没入驱虫药液,晾干制备成,所述薄膜外皮(701)、浸药棉线(702)和金属线(703)三者的中轴线之间相重合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料,其特征在于:所述除菌层(8)为竹炭纤维布料,所述除菌层(8)与防水透气面料(9)紧密贴合,所述防水透气面料(9)与连接布(11)相连接,且连接布(11)沿防水透气面料(9)的表面均匀分布,所述耐高温层(1)上设有若干个嵌孔(10)。
10.一种植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、选取适配原料,搅拌混合均匀后投入挤出机挤出成丝,并通过纺纱机械交织缠绕,制得坯布;
S2、采用上述步骤S1方式,碳纤维丝线(102)和聚乳酸纤维丝线(103)采用加弹机、平牵机和合股机复合成丝,并采用纺织机械编织,以及将耐高温涂层(101)和无纺布(102)通过平牵机夹持两端拉伸,经热压定型,制得耐高温层(1);
S3、聚氨酯弹性纤维丝线(301)和记忆纤维涤纶丝线(302)采用加弹机、平牵机和合股机复合成丝,并采用纺织机械编织,制得弹性纤维层(3);
S4、将薄膜外皮(701)浸泡入驱虫药液,烘干定型,以及采用挤压机,将薄膜外皮(701)、浸药棉线(702)和金属线(703)挤压定型制备出驱虫层(7);
S5、选择蛋白质纤维、黄麻纤维、棉纤维的混纺纱线,经纺织机械织成织物,并加入特殊树脂和无甲醛抗皱整理剂进行免烫整理,水洗,烘干后,制得基层(5);
S6、将耐高温层(1)、隔热层(2)、弹性纤维层(3)、保温层(4)、基层(5)和抗静电层(6)由外而内紧密贴合,利用平牵机夹持拉伸,采用贴合机加热定型,制得复合布料,以及将驱虫层(7)、除菌层(8)和防水透气面料(9)缝合相连;
S7、将复合布料与驱虫层(7)、除菌层(8)和防水透气面料(9)贴合,通过高温烘干消毒后,采用贴合机定型,制取植入特殊树脂免烫抗皱型高技术礼服面料。
