背景技术
复合材料及其制备方法是复合材料的组成和制备方法,复合材料是人们运用先进的材料制备技术将不同性质的材料组分优化组合而成的新材料,通过材料之间的优化搭配,能够起到保温、耐磨、强度高等特点,因此被大量的使用在航空航天领域、汽车工业、化工、纺织、机械制造领域和医学领域中,普遍的存在生活当中;
现有的一种消毒抗菌复合材料及其制备方法使用时,随着生活水平的提高,人们对复合材料材质要求也越来越高,普通的复合材料已经不能满足人们的需求,例如复合材料无法进行抗菌,导致了接触防止食品时,降低了食品卫生存放的安全,同时,复合材料的耐高温和耐火效果较差,在明火燃烧时,会很快的被点燃,降低复合材料的使用安全性。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种消毒抗菌复合材料及其制备方法 ,可以有效解决背景技术中电缆的屏蔽效果较差和无法保证表面光滑平整度以及无破洞、裂纹和气泡等的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种消毒抗菌复合材料,包括抗菌膜层、第一粘连层、铝箔防护层、第二粘连层、LDPE膜层、第三粘连层、编制加固层、热熔粘合层、帆布底层、第四粘连层、牛皮纸覆膜,所述抗菌膜层、第一粘连层、铝箔防护层、第二粘连层、LDPE膜层、第三粘连层、编制加固层、热熔粘合层、帆布底层、第四粘连层、牛皮纸覆膜由上往下依次排列。
优选的,所述抗菌膜层采用了银离子抗菌纤维,其中银离子抗菌纤维的直径为33.7μm,纤度为246.8dtex,所述抗菌膜层通过第一粘连层与铝箔防护层固定连接。
优选的,所述铝箔防护层的厚度为15-25um之间,所述铝箔防护层的外表面压制有棱形花纹。
优选的,所述LDPE膜层的己烯共聚物的密度为0.9,强度其纵向指数为44.23,横向31.5RMPa,模量337.32MPa,所述LDPE膜层的辛烯共聚物相对密度为0.71-3.77之间。
优选的,所述热熔粘合层在加热后涂抹在帆布底层上,所述编制加固层通过热熔粘合层与帆布底层固定连接。
优选的,所述牛皮纸覆膜内含有阻燃材质,阻燃材质由四氯二溴乙烷、碳酸铵和滑石粉组成。
一种消毒抗菌复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将抗菌膜层、铝箔防护层、LDPE膜层、帆布底层和牛皮纸覆膜进行选料分切,使抗菌膜层、铝箔防护层、LDPE膜层、帆布底层和牛皮纸覆膜之间的尺寸相同;
S2、将铝箔防护层涂抹第一粘连层与抗菌膜层进行连接,并放入烘房内在45-55°C温度条件下保持20-8小时,使第一粘连层融化并在干复后对铝箔防护层和抗菌膜层进行固定连接;
S3、在铝箔防护层的另一面涂抹第二粘连层,并将LDPE膜层在320-350°C条件下挤出与第二粘连层连接,同时对第二粘连层进行热熔,使LDPE膜层通过第二粘连层与铝箔防护层进行连固定;
S4、在加热后挤出后的LDPE膜层上涂抹第三粘连层,再将编制加固层通过第三粘连层与LDPE膜层进行固定连接;
S5、将热熔粘合层加热至200-340°后挤在编制加固层上,再将帆布底层通过热熔粘合层与编制加固层进行连接,使编制加固层与充分的与热熔粘合层进行接触连接;
S6、将采用复合粘合剂的第四粘连层涂抹在帆布底层上,使牛皮纸覆膜通过第四粘连层与帆布底层进行连接,等待第四粘连层凝结后完成材料的加工,第四粘连层主要由766胶水、固化剂和乙酯组成。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“设置有”、“连接”等,应做广义理解,例如“连接”,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1所示的一种消毒抗菌复合材料,包括抗菌膜层1、第一粘连层2、铝箔防护层3、第二粘连层4、LDPE膜层5、第三粘连层6、编制加固层7、热熔粘合层8、帆布底层9、第四粘连层10、牛皮纸覆膜11,抗菌膜层1、第一粘连层2、铝箔防护层3、第二粘连层4、LDPE膜层5、第三粘连层6、编制加固层7、热熔粘合层8、帆布底层9、第四粘连层10、牛皮纸覆膜11由上往下依次排列;
抗菌膜层1采用了银离子抗菌纤维,其中银离子抗菌纤维的直径为33.7μm,纤度为246.8dtex,抗菌膜层1通过第一粘连层2与铝箔防护层3固定连接,银离子抗菌纤维能够阻断细菌的生理过程,从而起到了消毒杀菌的作用;
铝箔防护层3的厚度为15-25um之间,铝箔防护层3的外表面压制有棱形花纹,棱形花纹起到装饰和缓冲的作用;
LDPE膜层5的己烯共聚物的密度为0.9,强度其纵向指数为44.23,横向31.5RMPa,模量337.32MPa,LDPE膜层5的辛烯共聚物相对密度为0.71-3.77之间;
热熔粘合层8在加热后涂抹在帆布底层9上,编制加固层7通过热熔粘合层8与帆布底层9固定连接,热熔粘合层8通过加热融化的原理,充分的渗入至编制加固层7的内部,从而更牢固的对编制加固层7和帆布底层9进行连接固定;
牛皮纸覆膜11内含有阻燃材质,阻燃材质由四氯二溴乙烷、碳酸铵和滑石粉组成,牛皮纸覆膜11起到底层覆盖和防护的作用,阻燃材质能够有效的进行耐高温和阻燃效果。
一种消毒抗菌复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将抗菌膜层1、铝箔防护层3、LDPE膜层5、帆布底层9和牛皮纸覆膜11进行选料分切,使抗菌膜层1、铝箔防护层3、LDPE膜层5、帆布底层9和牛皮纸覆膜11之间的尺寸相同;
S2、将铝箔防护层3涂抹第一粘连层2与抗菌膜层1进行连接,并放入烘房内在45-55°C温度条件下保持20-8小时,使第一粘连层2融化并在干复后对铝箔防护层3和抗菌膜层1进行固定连接;
S3、在铝箔防护层3的另一面涂抹第二粘连层4,并将LDPE膜层5在320-350°C条件下挤出与第二粘连层4连接,同时对第二粘连层4进行热熔,使LDPE膜层5通过第二粘连层4与铝箔防护层3进行连固定;
S4、在加热后挤出后的LDPE膜层5上涂抹第三粘连层6,再将编制加固层7通过第三粘连层6与LDPE膜层5进行固定连接;
S5、将热熔粘合层8加热至200-340°后挤在编制加固层7上,再将帆布底层9通过热熔粘合层8与编制加固层7进行连接,使编制加固层7与充分的与热熔粘合层8进行接触连接;
S6、将采用复合粘合剂的第四粘连层10涂抹在帆布底层9上,使牛皮纸覆膜11通过第四粘连层10与帆布底层9进行连接,等待第四粘连层10凝结后完成材料的加工,第四粘连层10主要由766胶水、固化剂和乙酯组成。

Claims (7)
1.一种消毒抗菌复合材料,其特征在于:包括抗菌膜层(1)、第一粘连层(2)、铝箔防护层(3)、第二粘连层(4)、LDPE膜层(5)、第三粘连层(6)、编制加固层(7)、热熔粘合层(8)、帆布底层(9)、第四粘连层(10)、牛皮纸覆膜(11),所述抗菌膜层(1)、第一粘连层(2)、铝箔防护层(3)、第二粘连层(4)、LDPE膜层(5)、第三粘连层(6)、编制加固层(7)、热熔粘合层(8)、帆布底层(9)、第四粘连层(10)、牛皮纸覆膜(11)由上往下依次排列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消毒抗菌复合材料,其特征在于:所述抗菌膜层(1)采用了银离子抗菌纤维,其中银离子抗菌纤维的直径为33.7μm,纤度为246.8dtex,所述抗菌膜层(1)通过第一粘连层(2)与铝箔防护层(3)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种消毒抗菌复合材料,其特征在于:所述铝箔防护层(3)的厚度为15-25um之间,所述铝箔防护层(3)的外表面压制有棱形花纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种消毒抗菌复合材料,其特征在于:所述LDPE膜层(5)的己烯共聚物的密度为0.9,强度其纵向指数为44.23,横向31.5RMPa,模量337.32MPa,所述LDPE膜层(5)的辛烯共聚物相对密度为0.71-3.77之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种消毒抗菌复合材料,其特征在于:所述热熔粘合层(8)在加热后涂抹在帆布底层(9)上,所述编制加固层(7)通过热熔粘合层(8)与帆布底层(9)固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种消毒抗菌复合材料,其特征在于:所述牛皮纸覆膜(11)内含有阻燃材质,阻燃材质由四氯二溴乙烷、碳酸铵和滑石粉组成。
7.一种消毒抗菌复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将抗菌膜层(1)、铝箔防护层(3)、LDPE膜层(5)、帆布底层(9)和牛皮纸覆膜(11)进行选料分切,使抗菌膜层(1)、铝箔防护层(3)、LDPE膜层(5)、帆布底层(9)和牛皮纸覆膜(11)之间的尺寸相同;
S2、将铝箔防护层(3)涂抹第一粘连层(2)与抗菌膜层(1)进行连接,并放入烘房内在45-55°C温度条件下保持20-8小时,使第一粘连层(2)融化并在干复后对铝箔防护层(3)和抗菌膜层(1)进行固定连接;
S3、在铝箔防护层(3)的另一面涂抹第二粘连层(4),并将LDPE膜层(5)在320-350°C条件下挤出与第二粘连层(4)连接,同时对第二粘连层(4)进行热熔,使LDPE膜层(5)通过第二粘连层(4)与铝箔防护层(3)进行连固定;
S4、在加热后挤出后的LDPE膜层(5)上涂抹第三粘连层(6),再将编制加固层(7)通过第三粘连层(6)与LDPE膜层(5)进行固定连接;
S5、将热熔粘合层(8)加热至200-340°后挤在编制加固层(7)上,再将帆布底层(9)通过热熔粘合层(8)与编制加固层(7)进行连接,使编制加固层(7)与充分的与热熔粘合层(8)进行接触连接;
S6、将采用复合粘合剂的第四粘连层(10)涂抹在帆布底层(9)上,使牛皮纸覆膜(11)通过第四粘连层(10)与帆布底层(9)进行连接,等待第四粘连层(10)凝结后完成材料的加工,第四粘连层(10)主要由766胶水、固化剂和乙酯组成。
