Referring to fig. 4, in order to scrape off the glue on the surface of the glue roller 1902, a strip-shaped scraper 1904 is fixedly installed at the top end of the left side of the strip-shaped glue tank 1903, and the strip-shaped scraper 1904 abuts against the glue roller 1902.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

during processing operation, a person starts the conveyor 2, the stepping motor of the conveyor 2 can pull the end part of the paper bag upper layer and paper bag lower layer bonding body to move to the rear end of the rack 1 by a fixed length distance (so that the punching mechanism 16 can punch attachment preformed holes at equal intervals), and the punching mechanism 16 positioned at the front end of the rack can punch the paper bag upper layer in advance to form the reserved attachment preformed holes; the gluing mechanism 19 can carry out gluing treatment before the lower layer of the paper bag is tightly attached to the upper layer of the paper bag, so that the lower layer of the paper bag and the upper layer of the paper bag can be conveniently adhered; the hot pressing mechanism 24 is arranged between the gluing mechanism 19 and the labeling machine 9, so that the upper layer and the lower layer of the glued and connected paper bag can be subjected to hot pressing treatment, and the connection strength of the upper layer and the lower layer of the paper bag is guaranteed; the labeller 9 that is located 8 front ends of drawing mechanism can attach radium-shine labeling in the attached preformed hole, and then forms and level and independent radium-shine mark with container bag upper surface, has ensured the striking nature of decorating the subsides, and the container bag that attached processing was accomplished can carry out cutting and bonding of next process and seal, finally forms the packing container bag that has the decoration subsides one by one.
