Abstract

The driving pulley 32 rotates the driven pulley 35 via a timing belt 36. The timing belts 36 are provided on the left and right sides of the frame 1. A tool holder fixing plate 37 is provided for each timing belt 36. One end of the tool rest fixing plate 37 is fixed to the timing belt 36, and the other end thereof is fixed to the storage rack 2 on the side. The two synchronous belts 36 respectively drive the storage rack 2 to move up and down along the guide post 5 through the knife rest fixing plate 37 on the synchronous belts. The synchronous belt technology is used, so that the structure of the driving device 3 is simplified, the position repeatability of the storage rack 2 in up-and-down operation is improved, and the operation stability is improved.
The left side and the right side of the storage rack 2 are respectively provided with a plurality of slideways 7 for placing the knife templates A from top to bottom, and the right side of the storage rack 2 is provided with a knife template locking device 8 for positioning the knife templates A in the slideways 7.
The die plate locking device 8 comprises a locking cylinder 81, a locking operating rod 82, a locking bearing 83, a driving rod 84, a locking rod 85, a locking rod rotating shaft 86 and a rotating shaft fixing rod 87. The lock cylinder 81, the lock bearing 83 and the rotation shaft fixing rod 87 are fixed to the storage rack 2, respectively.
The lock cylinder 81 is fixed to the upper portion of the storage rack 2, and the lock operation lever 82 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the lock cylinder 81. The locking operation rod 82 is disposed through two locking bearings 83, the two locking bearings 83 are fixed on the storage rack 2 and located at two ends of the locking operation rod 82, and the locking operation rod 82 slides up and down along the locking bearings 83 under the driving of the locking cylinder 81. The rotating shaft fixing rod 87 is fixed on the side surface of the storage rack 2, and a plurality of avoiding holes 871 corresponding to the placing positions of the cutting templates A on each layer are arranged on the rotating shaft fixing rod 87.
The driving lever 84, the locking lever 85 and the locking lever rotating shaft 86 are respectively provided in a set at the side of the placement position of each layer of blade form a.
