The air deflector 1 integrates air flow and flame-retardant materials provided by the centrifugal fan 2 and the flame-retardant box 3 into a four-side flame-retardant air curtain wall, so that the whole kitchen is surrounded, and the spread of fire is prevented. The air outlets of the other two centrifugal fans 2 do not need to be provided with the air outlet guide pipe 10, so that a negative pressure environment is created in the rectification chamber 9, and the flame-retardant materials in the flame-retardant box 3 can be discharged into the air deflector 1 more conveniently.
The air deflector 1 is provided with six bolt holes 11, threaded holes are drilled in corresponding positions of the roof, and the air deflector 1 can be fixed on the roof by using bolts 12, so that the installation, rotation and disassembly are convenient.
The centrifugal fan 2 is positioned above the air deflector 1, is parallel to the flame-retardant box 3, is a main power device of the air curtain machine, and is provided with 6 centrifugal fans 2 in total in order to enhance the wind power of the air curtain machine. The centrifugal fan 2 and the flame-retardant box 3 are both designed in a concealed mode, so that the attractiveness of a kitchen is not affected.
