In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, a handheld dust collector host structure comprises a dust cup assembly 2, a motor assembly 1, a handle assembly 3 and a battery assembly 4, wherein the dust cup assembly 2 comprises a dust cup body 31, a filtering assembly and a dust cup bottom cover 40, the filtering assembly is installed in the dust cup body 31, the dust cup bottom cover 40 is installed at the bottom of the dust cup body 31 and is rotationally connected with the dust cup body 31, the top of the dust cup body 31 is connected with the motor assembly 1, a limit clamping block is arranged on the side face of the motor assembly 1, the motor assembly 1 is installed at the rear end of the top of the handle assembly 3 and is rotationally connected with the handle assembly 3, the dust cup body 31 is provided with a limit clamping groove matched with the limit clamping block through the dust cup bottom cover 40, a dust cup lock catch 22 matched with the limit clamping block is arranged at the position of the handle assembly 3, and the battery assembly 4 is installed at the bottom of the handle assembly 3 through the dust cup lock catch 22 and the limit clamping block matched with the limit clamping block.

As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the filter assembly comprises a filter screen 38, a filter element 34, a filter cone 35 and a filter cone bracket 36, wherein the filter cone bracket 36 is arranged in the filter screen 38, the lower end of the filter cone 35 is arranged on the filter cone bracket 36, the filter element 34 is arranged at the upper end of the filter cone 35, the filter element 34 is arranged at the inner side of the upper end of the filter screen 38 and contacts with the inner side of the upper end of the filter screen 38, a side sealing ring 37 is arranged at the outer side of the upper end of the filter screen 38, the filter screen 38 is in sealing connection with the interior of the dust cup body 31 through the side sealing ring 37, a bottom sealing ring 39 is arranged at the lower end of the filter screen 38, and the filter screen 38 is in sealing connection with the dust cup bottom cover 40 through the bottom sealing ring 39. The upper end face of the filter element 34 is provided with a semicircular groove 49, a semicircular handle 50 is arranged in the semicircular groove 49, two ends of the semicircular handle 50 are rotatably connected with the filter element 34 and are arranged in the semicircular groove 49, and a handle block 51 is arranged in the middle of the semicircular handle 50.
As shown in fig. 11, the filter screen cover 38 includes a filter element frame 84 and a dust outlet tube 87, the filter element frame 84 is cylindrical, the diameter of the filter element frame 84 is larger than that of the dust outlet tube 87, the filter element frame 84 and the dust outlet tube 87 are integrally formed, a side hollow of the filter element frame 84 is provided with a filter element net 85, a filter element 34, a filter cone 35 and a filter cone bracket 36 are all arranged in the filter element frame 84, the filter element net 85 corresponds to the filter cone 35, the filter element 34 is arranged at one end of the filter element frame 84, the filter cone bracket 36 is arranged at the other end of the filter element frame 84, the other end of the filter element frame 84 is connected with one end of the dust outlet tube 87, a side sealing ring 37 is arranged at the outer side of one end of the filter element frame 84 provided with the filter element 34, a bottom sealing ring 39 is arranged at the outer side of the other end of the dust outlet tube 87, a circular guide flange 86 is arranged at the outer edge of the joint of the filter element frame 84 and the dust outlet tube 87, and the guide flange 86 is inclined towards the dust outlet tube 87.

The specific operation steps for the dust collector (HJC-2008) are as follows:
First, when the handle assembly 3 is installed, the power switch 20, the speed regulating switch 14 and the speed regulating circuit board 15 are installed on the handle support 24, the dust cup lock catch 22 is installed on the handle support 24 and at a position corresponding to the position of the limit clamping groove on the mounting support 5, and then the mounting support 5 is installed on the top of the handle support 24, so that the dust cup lock catch 22 is placed in the limit clamping groove of the handle support 24.
In the second step, when the motor assembly 1 is installed, the dust collection motor 59 is firstly installed in the motor housing cover 58, the motor housing cover 58 is installed in the motor front cover 60 and the motor rear cover 57, the motor rear cover 53 is fixed after the motor rear cover is installed on the motor rear cover 55, then the motor rear cover 57 is placed on the motor rear cover 57 and is connected with the motor rear cover 57 through the motor rear cover 52 by placing the motor rear cover 52 in the motor cover 52, finally the rotating seat 61 on the outer side of the motor rear cover 57 is installed in the rotating groove 6 of the mounting bracket 5 through the rotating shaft 62, meanwhile the limiting seat 64 on the outer side of the motor front cover 60 is placed in the limiting groove 17 of the mounting bracket 5, and the limiting seat 64 is limited with the positioning hole 8 in the limiting groove 17 through the limiting stop block 65 on the limiting seat 64.
Third, when the dust cup assembly 2 is installed, firstly, the filter cone bracket 36, the filter cone 35 and the filter core 34 are sequentially installed in the filter screen cover 38, the filter screen cover 38 is sealed with the inner wall of the dust cup body 31 through the side sealing ring 37, then the upper end of the dust cup body 31 is installed on the motor front cover 60, then the dust cup bottom cover 40 is installed in the rotating groove 33 of the dust cup body 31 through the bottom spring bracket 82 on the rotating seat 41, at the moment, the sheet-shaped baffle plate 44 on the bottom spring bracket 82 is matched with the guide piece 32 in the rotating groove 33 for limiting, the dust cup bottom cover 40 is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the dust cup body 31 through the bottom sealing ring 47, meanwhile, the filter screen cover 38 is in sealing connection with the dust cup bottom cover 40 through the bottom sealing ring 39, and finally, the guide groove 48 on the outer edge of the dust cup bottom cover 40 is matched with the guide block 68 on the convex plate 19 of the mounting bracket 5 after the dust cup bottom cover 40 is sealed and covered on the bottom of the dust cup body 31. Fourth, when the battery assembly 4 is installed, the battery is first installed on the battery cell support 72, the battery cell support 72 is installed between the battery box upper cover 70 and the battery box lower cover 79, and then the battery cell support is installed at the bottom of the handle support 24 through the limiting hole 69 of the battery box upper cover 70, and meanwhile, the lock 76 in the lock hole 71 of the battery box upper cover 70 is clamped with the bottom of the handle support 24. When the battery assembly 4 is disassembled, only the battery button 78 is needed to be pressed, and the locking head 77 on the battery button 78 drives the battery lock 74 to move downwards along with the cooperation of the wedge surface and the guiding inclined surface, so that the locking head 76 on the battery lock 74 also moves downwards to be separated from the handle bracket 24, and then the battery assembly 4 is removed from the limiting hole 69.
