Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of detergents, in particular to a guanidyl disinfection and sterilization detergent for public textiles and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The public textile washing industry is a field of providing washing products and services to enterprise-level users, such as lodging, dining, convention, hospitals, aviation, railways, factories, and the like, rather than civil textile washing for home users. With the specialized development of the washing market, the industries such as hotels, hospitals, railways and the like gradually separate the logistics washing business and contract the washing business to qualified enterprises for washing. The prospect of the textile washing industry is not small, and the potential demand is vigorous
Because the traditional detergent only focuses on the washing effect and neglects the sterilization effect of washing products in the washing process of public textiles, the washing process flow of firstly removing dirt and then sterilizing is generally adopted in the washing industry of public textiles at present, and the public textile washing enterprises can only select the process flow of 'firstly cleaning dirt and then sterilizing' on the selection of washing equipment, thereby limiting the development of the whole washing industry. In the disinfection and sterilization process, sodium hypochlorite which is easy to obtain and low in price is generally adopted as a bactericide, so that the public textiles have strong pungent taste of residual chlorine indirectly after being washed, and the quality of the public textiles is further influenced.
The existing textile washing products generally have the problems of low active matter content, high content of non-effective components, incapability of realizing washing and sterilizing integration and the like.
