Description

Vending machine, display control method thereof and vending machine system
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a vending machine, a vending machine system, and a display control method for a vending machine, which enable a customer to quickly understand the reason why a product sale is stopped due to an expiration date or a violation of a temperature control rule, thereby reducing the stress on the customer.
Background
Conventionally, in an automatic vending machine that sells commodities, commodities stored in commodity racks of a commodity storage box are discharged to a conveyance tray, and then conveyed by the conveyance tray and discharged to a predetermined commodity discharge area. The commodity taking out region is a space communicating with the outside of the commodity storage through the commodity taking out port, and a user can take out a purchased commodity by inserting a hand from the commodity taking out port.
In such an automatic vending machine, the door body constituting the front surface is generally formed of a transparent panel such as glass, and the door body can visually recognize and select products stored in the product racks of the product storage box from the outside and can observe a state in which the purchased products discharged from the product racks are conveyed to the product discharge area by the conveyance tray. According to the vending machine which can visually recognize the inside of the commodity storage, the purchase desire of the user can be improved.
The commodity shelf in such a vending machine is configured by arranging a plurality of commodity storage devices in parallel in the left and right direction. Each of the commodity storage devices constituting the commodity shelf is configured to include a column case (column case), a screw (spiral), and a base (base).
The column housing extends in the front-rear direction and forms a commodity storage passage in an upper region. The spiral is formed by winding the spiral in the extending direction of the column case. When a driving force is transmitted from a motor as a driving source to the screw via a transmission member, the screw rotates around the central axis. The base is formed by processing a long strip-shaped metal plate. The base extends in the extension direction of the column case inside the screw in a state where the front end portion thereof is fixed to the column case, and the commodity is placed on the upper surface. The rear end of the base is connected to a disk-shaped member. The disk-shaped member has a through hole, and the disk-shaped member is supported by the transmission member by the shaft portion of the transmission member penetrating the through hole.
In the commodity storage device having such a configuration, in a normal state, commodities mounted on the base are restricted between the respective pitches of the screw, and when the screw is rotated, the commodities restricted between the respective pitches are gradually carried out forward to discharge the forefront commodity (for example, see patent document 1).

The communication unit 15 is a communication interface that is connected to the management server and the settlement server via an external network by a communication method such as LTE (registered trademark). The communication unit 15 has a function of performing short-range wireless communication such as WiFi (registered trademark) or Bluetooth (registered trademark) with a portable terminal device such as a smartphone, a tablet terminal, or a handheld terminal.
The cooling and heating device 31 and the carrying-out device 32 are connected to the main body control unit 30. The main body control unit 30 controls the cooling/heating unit 31 and the carrying-out unit 32 based on the control of the main controller 10 of the vending machine.
The cooling/heating device 31 controls the above-described freezing cycle so that the food is at a predetermined temperature, for example, 10 ℃ or lower, based on the control of the main controller 10 of the vending machine.
The carrying-out device 32 carries the commodity carried out of the storage column 120 from the storage column 120 to the commodity takeout area E10 near the commodity takeout port 22 via the carrying tray 112. The main body control unit 30 carries out the product from the front end of the storage column 120 in accordance with a carry-out command transmitted from the vending machine main control unit 10. When all the products stored in the storage column 120 are carried out, the carrying-out device 32 outputs a sold-out signal to the main body control unit 30. A sold-out signal is a signal detected by a sold-out actuator 51.
The coin mechanism 33 sorts the number of input coins and transmits the sorted coins to the main vending machine control unit 10, and discharges the coins in accordance with a command from the main vending machine control unit 10. The coin mechanism 33 has a money discriminating function for discriminating the authenticity and denomination of the coin.
The bill validator 34 sorts the number of inserted bills and sends the sorted bills to the main vending machine controller 10, and discharges the bills in accordance with a command from the main vending machine controller 10. The sales control unit 11 performs discharge and settlement processing of the commodity in the vending machine 1 selected by the commodity selection button B1.
The food management unit 12 detects a product for which a reason for stopping sales related to food management has occurred. As described above, the reason why sales stop related to food management is that shelf life is passed or temperature management regulations are violated. Regarding the expiration date, for example, in the case where the commercial product is "rice ball", the expiration date is 1 day. The food management unit 12 performs expiration date management, for example, every 1 hour, and detects that the stored "rice ball" has passed the expiration date when the expiration date has passed. The violation of the temperature control regulation means that the temperature in the storage is not maintained in the temperature range for storing food regulated by the food sanitation act, for example, 10 ℃ or lower. The food management unit 12 manages the temperature management state in the warehouse, and detects whether or not a temperature management regulation is violated. Food products that violate temperature regulations must be discarded and not sold. Therefore, the food is considered to be out of the temperature control regulation and the sale of the food is stopped.
When the reason for stopping sales is generated, the display control unit 13 displays the reason for stopping sales of the product on the display unit 37. For example, as "shelf life over".
< sales control processing >
Next, a sales control process performed by the sales control unit 11 will be described. Fig. 5 is a flowchart showing a sales control processing procedure of the sales control section 11. As shown in fig. 5, first, the sales control unit 11 determines whether or not the article selection button B1 is pressed (step S110). If the product selection button B1 is not pressed (no in step S110), the present determination process is repeated.
On the other hand, when the article selection button B1 is pressed (yes in step S110), it is further determined whether or not the purchase decision button B2 is pressed (step S120). If the purchase decision button B2 is not pressed (no in step S120), the process proceeds to step S110. On the other hand, when the purchase decision button B2 is pressed (yes in step S120), it is further determined whether or not the selected product has a reason for stopping the sale related to the food management based on the management contents of the food management unit 12 (step S130).
If there is no reason for stopping the sales (no in step S130), it is determined whether the settlement is completed (step S140). If the settlement is not completed (no in step S140), the present determination process is repeated. On the other hand, when the settlement is completed (yes in step S140), the product of the selected product is carried out (step S150), and the present process is ended.
On the other hand, if there is a reason for stopping sales (yes in step S130), the selected product is stopped for sales (step S160), the reason for stopping sales is displayed on the display unit 37 of the selected product (step S170), and the present process is ended.
In the present embodiment, in the see-through type vending machine capable of visually recognizing the storage state of the stored product, when the selected product has a shelf life and a reason for sales stoppage related to food management such as a violation of temperature management regulations, the reason for sales stoppage is displayed on the display unit 37 at the front end of the storage column 120, and therefore, a customer who wants to purchase the product quickly understands the reason for sales stoppage and the pressure to be unable to purchase the product is reduced.
In the above-described embodiment, the sales stoppage reason related to food management is displayed when the product is selected and purchase is decided through the display operation unit 35, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the sales stoppage reason related to food management may be maintained to be displayed when the sales stoppage reason related to food management occurs.
< modification 1>
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing an external configuration of the vending machine 1 according to modification 1. In the above-described embodiment, the reason for stopping sales is displayed on the display unit 37, but in the present modification 1, as shown in fig. 6, a display unit 60 is provided on the front surface of the opening/closing door 20, specifically, on the upper portion of the display operation unit 35. The display unit 60 includes a reduced display screen 61 and a reason display screen 62, the reduced display screen 61 displays the arrangement of the storage field 120 in a reduced size together with the field number of the storage field 120, and the reason display screen 62 displays the reason for the stoppage of sales.
When a reason for sales stoppage related to food management has occurred or when there is a reason for sales stoppage related to food management when selecting a product is determined, the display unit 60 displays the reason display screen 62 in text while highlighting the position of the reduced display screen 61 corresponding to the storage field 120 in which the reason for sales stoppage has occurred. The highlight display on the reduced display screen 61 may be, for example, a red display in which the value of a color element such as luminance is larger than the value of a color element such as luminance displayed on another background, or a blinking display in addition to the lighting display.
In addition, the reason for stopping sales may be displayed on the conventional display operation unit 35 without providing the display unit 37 or the display unit 60 for displaying the reason for stopping sales. In this case, the reason for stopping sales may be displayed in the display unit 36, and when the front surface of the display operation unit 35 is a touch panel, the screen may be changed to a screen displaying the reason for stopping sales when the selection of a product is determined. In order to shift from the sales stop reason screen to the initial screen, for example, an "OK" button or the like may be displayed, and the screen may be shifted to the initial screen at the time when the "OK" button is pressed, or may be shifted to the initial screen after a predetermined time has elapsed.
