The dish of receiving of frying pan below is poured into to the machine of cooking will be accomplished to the dish, will receive the dish and push away on the conveyer belt, will receive the dish and send to getting the meal mouth through the conveyer belt, also can directly will receive the dish and send to client's dining table through the robot on, the fixation clamp of getting meal mouth department will receive the dish fixed back suggestion client to get the meal mouth and get meal, the suggestion mode can be that pronunciation are told or mobile message inform, sweep the sign indicating number through dining table tablet or cell-phone and verify the information of getting meal client, prevent that client from taking wrong dish, when client information verifies successfully, loosen the fixation clamp, the suggestion is got meal client and is got meal.
S5: the automatic cleaning device is characterized in that the frying machine is cleaned, the dish taking mechanism is replaced with the dish distribution box of the frying machine, and the frying machine fries until the frying machine finishes a frying task. Step S5 includes the following steps:

In the embodiment, a customer menu is received by a food ordering machine, a cooking scheme is divided according to the number of idle cooking machines, one customer menu utilizes at most three cooking machines, one customer menu is divided into a plurality of sub-orders, the cooking time of each cooking machine sub-order is evenly distributed according to the cooking completion time and the pot washing time, the time of no sub-order is kept approximately the same as possible, the total time of all dishes in the customer menu can be reduced, a food taking mechanism receives an instruction of the food ordering machine to distribute a distribution box for the cooking machines, food materials of dishes are already distributed in the distribution box in bins, the cover of the distribution box can be slidingly drawn away, the distribution box is arranged on a material placing device of the cooking machines by the food taking mechanism, the cover of the distribution box is in contact with the material placing device, namely the distribution box is reversely buckled on the material placing device, the material placing device can draw the cover of the distribution box, and the material placing device is positioned above the cooking pots of the cooking machines, the cooking machine receives an instruction of the ordering machine to start cooking, the cover of the dish distribution box is automatically pulled out step by step through the material placing device at a designated time according to set dish cooking steps, food materials in the dish distribution box sequentially fall into a cooking pot of the cooking machine in bins, the adding sequence and time of the food materials are automatically controlled, the function of automatically adding the food materials step by step is realized, the cooking machine pours the finished dish into the dish receiving tray, the dish receiving tray can be conveyed to a dish taking port through a conveyor belt and prompts a customer to take dishes, or the dish receiving tray is directly conveyed to a dining table of the customer through a robot, then the cooking machine is cleaned by water injection, the dish taking mechanism takes out the dish distribution box above the cooking machine, if dishes of sub-orders of the cooking machine need to be finished, the dish taking mechanism takes out a new dish distribution box from a storage rack for storing the dish distribution box and places the dish distribution box on the material placing device of the cooking machine, and the cooking machine enters a standby state after all dishes of the sub-orders are finished, waiting for a new cooking instruction of the ordering machine.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of an intelligent cooker is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: the cooking center receives the customer menu and arranges the cooking machine to cook;
s2: the dish taking mechanism distributes dish distribution boxes for the dish frying machine;
s3: the cooker cooks according to the corresponding procedure;
s4: the finished dishes are sent to a meal taking port or a dining table of a customer;
s5: the automatic cleaning device is characterized in that the frying machine is cleaned, the dish taking mechanism is replaced with the dish distribution box of the frying machine, and the frying machine fries until the frying machine finishes a frying task.
2. The control method of the intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step S3 comprises the steps of:
s31 a: the cooker identifies information on the dish distribution box;
s32 a: and the cooker starts to cook according to the program corresponding to the information of the side dish box.
3. The control method of the intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step S3 comprises the steps of:
s31 b: the cooking machine receives order information distributed by a cooking center;
s32 b: and the cooking machine executes the cooking tasks of different dishes on the order information in sequence and starts cooking according to the program corresponding to the executed dishes.
4. The control method of the intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the step S1 comprises the steps of:
s11: the cooking center receives a customer menu;
s12: the cooking center retrieves the information of the data storage module;
s13: the cooking center judges whether the customer is an old customer, if so, the step S14 is carried out, and if not, the step S15 is carried out;
s14: the cooking center transmits the customer information to the selected cooking machine;
s15: the cooking center sends the cooking scheme to the cooking mechanism.
5. The control method of the intelligent cooking machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the step S3 further comprises the steps of:
s31: the cooker receives the dish preparation box;
s32: the cooking machine judges whether the historical information of the customer corresponding to the order is received, if so, the step S33 is carried out, and if not, the step S34 is carried out;
s33: the cooking machine replaces a preset cooking program with the historical information of the customer, and the cooking machine cooks according to the recorded historical information of the customer;
s34: the cooking machine starts to cook, and seasonings are injected into the cooking pot according to the dish information;
s35: the material placing device of the cooker control device sequentially removes the movable covers of the dish matching boxes step by step, and the food materials in different dish matching bins in the dish matching boxes are placed into the cooker in batches.
6. The method as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the cooking center sends the cooking tasks to a plurality of cooking machines, and the step S11 comprises the steps of:
s111: the cooking center receives a customer menu;
s112: calculating the number of idle cooking machines;
s113: judging whether the number of the idle cooking machines is larger than the number x, if so, performing step S114, and if not, performing step S115;
s114: randomly selecting x frying machines, and dividing dishes in a customer menu into x sub-orders;
s115: selecting idle cooking machines, and dividing dishes in a customer menu into sub orders with the number equal to the number of the selected idle cooking machines;
s116: and the cooking center arranges cooking according to the sub-order information.
7. The control method of the intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 6, wherein the cooker comprises at least two models; the side dish box comprises a box body, a movable cover is arranged at the top of the box body and is in sliding connection with the box body, and a plurality of partition plates for separating food materials are arranged inside the box body.
8. The control method of the intelligent cooking machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the step S2 includes the steps of:
s21: the dish taking mechanism receives a dish cooking scheme sent by the dish cooking center;
s22: the dish taking mechanism takes the dish distribution box according to the dish frying scheme;
s23: the dish taking mechanism sends a receiving signal to a corresponding dish frying machine;
s24: the frying machine receives a receiving signal sent by the dish taking mechanism, and lifts the material placing device to a horizontal position;
s25: the dish taking mechanism puts the dish preparation box on the material placing device;
s26: the material feeding device is put back to the original position by the cooker.
9. The control method of the intelligent cooking machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the step S5 includes the steps of:
s51: injecting water into the cooker to start cleaning;
s52: the cooking machine executes corresponding cleaning time according to the finished dishes;
s53: after the cleaning is finished, the cooker sends an instruction for taking out the dish distribution box to the dish taking mechanism;
s54: the dish taking mechanism takes out the dish matching box on the frying machine;
s55: the cooking center judges whether the cooking machine finishes all dishes corresponding to the sub-orders, if so, the step S58 is carried out, and if not, the step S56 is carried out;
s56: the dish taking mechanism distributes dish matching boxes of unfinished dishes on the sub-orders for the dish frying machine, and the dish frying machine starts to fry;
s57: the cooking machine pours the finished dishes into the dish receiving plate and returns to the step S51;
s58: the dish taking mechanism enters a standby state.
