step 1, a display card to be tested is placed into a positioning groove (18) in a fixed block (17) on a second supporting plate (12), a knob (16) is rotated, the knob (16) drives a screw rod (15) to rotate on the second supporting plate (12) through a movable shaft, and the screw rod (15) drives a screw sleeve (14) to move downwards when rotating;
step 2, the screw sleeve (14) drives the first supporting plate (2) to move downwards through the through groove (13), and the first supporting plate (2) drives the T-shaped sliding block (25) to slide in the T-shaped sliding groove (24) when moving downwards;
step 3, enabling the T-shaped sliding block (25) and the T-shaped sliding groove (24) to keep the movement stability of the first supporting plate (2), and synchronously enabling a positioning groove (18) in a fixing block (17) on the first supporting plate (2) to downwards compress and fix the display card;
step 4, turning on the stepping motor (5) through the external controller, starting the stepping motor (5) to work, and driving the ball screw (6) to start rotating through the bearing seat (19) by the stepping motor (5);
step 5, the ball screw (6) drives the nut support (7) to start moving when rotating, the nut support (7) drives the guide sleeve (20) to slide on the guide rod (21), and meanwhile, the guide sleeve (20) drives the pulley (23) to slide at the bottom of the inner cavity of the base (1) through the mounting seat (22), so that the mounting seat (22) and the pulley (23) increase the bearing capacity of the guide sleeve (20);
and 6, driving the supporting column (8) to start moving by the synchronous nut support (7), driving the integral component on the second side plate (11) to move by the supporting column (8), and enabling the integral component to insert the display card into the slot (3) in a reciprocating mode for testing.
