Abstract
本发明公开了一种带自动输送的果干热泵烘干机,包括由网带输送机、物料托盘、热泵主机、干燥箱、热风管、废气管和循环风机组成。通过自动控制***,利用网带输送机自动地将盛有苹果片的物料托盘送至热泵干燥箱内,干燥结束后,在将干燥箱内的物料托盘送出干燥箱外,同时将盛有待干燥物料的托盘送至干燥箱内,本发明由于采用自动送料,大幅降低人工劳动强度,自动化程度高,通用性好。

本发明涉及苹果深加工技术领域,特别涉及一种带自动输送的果干热泵烘干机。
背景技术
苹果及其它水果加工过程必要的一道工艺环节是进行烘干脱水,热泵烘干机属于清洁能源型烘干机,比燃煤、燃油型烘干机有显著节能、无污染、易于控制的技术特征;但根据苹果干的生产工艺需要采用高温热泵烘干机,以便快速、有效和保证干燥品质,同时该热泵烘干机具有良好的通用性,可以用于各类果干和果蔬深加工时的干燥脱水过程。
发明内容
本发明提出一种带自动输送的果干热泵烘干机,包括由网带输送机401、物料托盘402、干燥箱403、循环风机406、废气管408、热泵主机4010、热风管4012组成。
本发明具体内容:
热泵主机4010位于干燥箱403的后方,所述的热泵主机4010上端出口4011与所述的热风管4012左端的入口相连,所述的热风管4012右端出口与干燥箱上端入口404相连,干燥箱下端出口405与所述的废气管408的右端入口相连,所述的废气管408的左端出口与热泵主机下端入口409相连;4个循环风机406安装在干燥箱内上部隔板407上,隔板407与干燥箱403相连;网带输送机401与干燥箱403中上部相连并贯穿干燥箱403,多个物料托盘402位于网带输送机401上。
本发明的特点和优点
一种带自动输送的果干热泵烘干机,采用带自动输送功能的网带输送机,可以有效减少人工劳动强度,而且便于采用自动控制***控制烘干箱内的果片烘干时间和品质。由于采用了自动控制***可以灵活设定干燥工艺参数,因此,该烘干机除适用于苹果干的生产外,对于其他果干和果蔬具有良好的通用性,干燥品质好;而且热泵干燥的显著特点是节能效果显著,因此该果干热泵烘干机干燥成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的一种带自动输送的果干热泵烘干机。
热泵主机4010位于干燥箱403的后方,所述的热泵主机4010上端出口4011与所述的热风管4012左端的入口相连,所述的热风管4012右端出口与干燥箱上端入口404相连,干燥箱下端出口405与所述的废气管408的右端入口相连,所述的废气管408的左端出口与热泵主机下端入口409相连;4个循环风机406安装在干燥箱内上部隔板407上,隔板407与干燥箱403相连;网带输送机401与干燥箱403中上部相连并贯穿干燥箱403,多个物料托盘402位于网带输送机401上。一种带自动输送的果干热泵烘干机的工作过程如下:盛有苹果片的多个物料托盘402由网带输送机401输送至干燥箱内,此时网带输送机401停止输送。热泵主机4010对空气进行升温后,经其上端出口4011和热风管4012进入到干燥箱403的上端入口404,在循环风机406的作用下,与物料托盘上402的苹果片进行热质交换进行脱水,干燥的废气由干燥箱下端出口405经废气管408,进入热泵主机下端入口409,经过热泵主机4010除湿降温后,再进行升温,由热泵主机4010上端的出口进入热风管4012中,完成一次循环,直至果干达到要求的含水率,此时控制***再次对网带输送机进行控制,将盛有干燥后的果干托盘402全部输送至干燥机外,同时将盛有鲜果片的物料托盘输402送至干燥箱内403。
一种带自动输送的果干热泵烘干机由于采用的是高温热泵技术,因此对于果蔬类深加工果干、干制蔬菜等适用性好,而且自动控制***可以实现干燥工艺参数的调整和设定,因此可以达到最优干燥工艺和干燥品质。

1.一种带自动输送的果干热泵烘干机,其特征在于:包括由网带输送机(401)、物料托盘(402)、干燥箱(403)、循环风机(406)、废气管(408)、热泵主机(4010)、热风管(4012)组成:
所述的热泵主机(4010)上端出口(4011)与所述的热风管(4012)左端的入口相连,所述的热风管(4012)右端出口与干燥箱上端入口(404)相连,干燥箱下端出口(405)与所述的废气管(408)的右端入口相连,所述的废气管(408)的左端出口与热泵主机下端入口(409)相连;4个循环风机(406)安装在干燥箱内上部隔板(407)上,隔板(407)与干燥箱(403)相连;网带输送机(401)与干燥箱(403)中上部相连并贯穿干燥箱(403),多个物料托盘(402)位于网带输送机(401)上。
