The invention discloses a control method and a control device for sterilization of refrigeration equipment, which can improve the intelligent sterilization capability of the refrigeration equipment with a sterilization function, effectively kill viruses, bacteria and the like on the storage materials of the refrigeration equipment and further reduce the propagation risk of the bacteria and the viruses. The following are detailed below.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a control method for sterilization of a refrigeration device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The control method for sterilization of the refrigeration equipment described in fig. 1 is applied to improving the intelligent sterilization capability of the refrigeration equipment with the sterilization function. As shown in fig. 1, the control method for sterilization of the refrigerating apparatus may include the operations of:
101. whether a sterilization request is received is detected, the sterilization request is triggered when a door body of the refrigeration equipment is closed, and the sterilization request comprises a first current time for determining a buffering end time.
In the embodiment of the invention, the refrigeration equipment is various household and commercial refrigeration equipment with a sterilization function, such as a refrigerator provided with a UVLED sterilization lamp panel, a red wine refrigeration cabinet provided with a UV sterilization lamp and the like. The sterilization request is triggered when a door body of the refrigeration equipment is closed, and the sterilization request comprises a first current time for determining the buffer ending time. Optionally, the sterilization request triggered when the door of the refrigeration apparatus is closed may be triggered by a sensor installed on the door of the refrigeration apparatus, or may be triggered by an inductive sensor installed inside the refrigeration apparatus, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Further, the first current time in the sterilization request is a time when the sterilization request is triggered.
102. When the sterilization request is received, the buffering end time is determined according to the first current time.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the buffering end time is a start time for starting a sterilization operation for the stored goods in the refrigerator. Further, the buffering end time is determined according to the first current time.
As an alternative embodiment, the time span from the receipt of the sterilization request to the execution of the operation of determining the storage parameter of the contents in the refrigerator is determined based on the history of the sterilization request of the refrigerator and the history of the interrupted sterilization request, and the buffering end time is determined based on the first current time and the time span. Optionally, between time point a and time point B, the shortest time interval between the historical closing of the door body of the refrigeration apparatus and the historical opening of the door body of the refrigeration apparatus is set as the time span from the receiving of the sterilization request to the execution of the operation of determining the storage parameters of the stored goods in the refrigeration apparatus. Optionally, between the time point a and the time point B, interval time of N times (for example, 2 times, 3 times, 4 times, 5 times, and the like) is selected from time intervals of turning off the door body of the refrigeration apparatus again after the door body of the refrigeration apparatus is historically closed, and an average value of the interval time of N times is determined as a time span from receiving the sterilization request to performing the operation of determining the storage parameter of the storage in the refrigeration apparatus. For example, when the history sterilization request record and the history interrupted sterilization request record show that the user has 5 times to open the door body of the refrigeration apparatus again within 2 minutes (1 minute, 2 minutes, 1.5 minutes, 1 minute, 1.2 minutes and 2 minutes) after closing the door body of the refrigeration apparatus in the period from 6 pm to 8 pm, the average value of the 5 time intervals is set as the time span from the reception of the sterilization request to the execution of the operation of determining the storage parameter of the storage in the refrigeration apparatus, that is, 1.74 minutes is determined as the time span from the reception of the sterilization request to the execution of the operation of determining the storage parameter of the storage in the refrigeration apparatus.
Therefore, the control method for sterilizing the refrigeration equipment, which is described by implementing the embodiment of the invention, can determine the buffering end time through the historical use record of the refrigeration equipment, so as to be beneficial to improving the intelligent sterilization capacity of the refrigeration equipment.
103. Judging whether the current time is equal to the buffering ending time or not to obtain a first judgment result, triggering and executing the step 104 when the first judgment result of the step 103 is yes, and circularly executing the step 103 when the first judgment result of the step 103 is no.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the current time is the time when step 103 is triggered, step 103 is triggered after step 102, and step 103 may be triggered at a fixed time or by a user through an external terminal. Optionally, the time interval of the timing trigger is preset, for example, the step 103 is triggered every 5 seconds.
104. When the first judgment result indicates that the current time is equal to the buffering end time, determining a storage parameter of the stored item in the refrigeration equipment, wherein the storage parameter comprises the type of the stored item.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the storage parameter may include, but is not limited to, the type of the storage. Specifically, the type of the stored object may be selected and determined by a user through a preset stored object type table, or the type of the stored object may be determined by image recognition model recognition, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Furthermore, the image recognition model is trained according to data samples of storage types possibly stored in the refrigeration equipment and is preset in the refrigeration equipment, image features of the storage are extracted through image acquisition and image processing of the storage in the refrigeration equipment and are used as input of the image recognition model, and the storage types are obtained through recognition and matching of the image recognition model.
Optionally, the storage parameters of the deposit further include a storage area of the deposit and a current temperature of the deposit.
Further, the storage area of the storage includes a storage position of the storage, and/or a storage area of the storage. Optionally, the storage area of the stored object is determined by an image recognition model, specifically, the storage area of the stored object is determined by the image recognition model by extracting the area characteristics of the stored object through image acquisition and image processing of the stored object in the refrigeration equipment. Optionally, the storage position of the stored object may be determined by a position sensor, or may be determined by an image recognition model, or may be determined by a weight sensor, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Further, the current temperature of the stored object is measured by an infrared sensor, specifically, the temperature of the storage area of the stored object is sensed by the infrared sensor, the sensing result of the infrared sensor is collected once every predetermined time (for example, every predetermined time is 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, etc.) to obtain temperature sampling values, a predetermined number of consecutive temperature sampling values (for example, a predetermined number of consecutive temperature sampling values is set to be 5 times, 8 times, 10 times, etc.) are obtained, the maximum sampling value and the minimum sampling value are filtered out from the obtained temperature sampling values, the average value of the temperature sampling values after the maximum sampling value and the minimum sampling value are filtered out is calculated, the average value is used as the temperature measurement value of the infrared sensor, and the temperature measurement value is determined to be the current temperature of the stored object.
105. According to the type of the stored objects and the preset sterilization rule of the refrigerating equipment, the sterilization mode corresponding to the stored objects is determined, the sterilization rule of the refrigerating equipment is related to the type of the stored objects, and the sterilization mode is used for indicating the refrigerating equipment to sterilize the stored objects.
As an alternative embodiment, the sterilization mode corresponding to the deposit is determined according to the type of deposit, the storage area of the deposit, the current temperature of the deposit, and the sterilization rule of the refrigerating apparatus. The refrigerator sterilization rule is used to define a relationship between a type of the item, a storage area of the item, a current temperature of the item, and a sterilization mode corresponding to the item.
As an alternative embodiment, the sterilization mode corresponding to the determined deposit includes a sterilization area and a sterilization level. The sterilization area is used for determining sterilization equipment needing to be started, the sterilization grade comprises sterilization intensity and sterilization termination time, and the sterilization intensity is used for determining an operation mode corresponding to the sterilization equipment needing to be started.
Further, the sterilization area of the refrigeration equipment is determined by the storage area of the stored articles, optionally, when the storage space of the stored articles in the refrigeration equipment is determined, the storage section corresponding to the storage area of the stored articles is determined as the sterilization area according to the determined storage area of the stored articles, for example, only a single storage space of the stored articles is provided in the refrigerator, the storage space of the stored articles is divided into A, B, C three specific storage sections, wherein the section B includes the section a, the section C includes the section a, and when the storage area of the stored articles is judged to be larger than the area of the section a and smaller than the area of the section B, the section B is determined as the sterilization area. Optionally, when the storage space of the stored articles in the refrigeration device is multi-level, the storage position of the stored articles is firstly positioned, that is, the storage layer where the stored articles are located is determined, and then the storage layer is determined as the sterilization area, or the sterilization area is determined according to the storage area of the stored articles. For example, when the refrigerator has three storage spaces, that is, A, B, C storage levels, in which various items can be stored, it is determined that the items are stored in the layer a among the three storage levels of the refrigerator, and the layer a is determined as the sterilization area.
Further, after the sterilization area is determined, the sterilization equipment (e.g., UVC LED sterilization lamp, ozone generator, ultraviolet sterilizer, etc.) corresponding to the sterilization area is determined to be the sterilization equipment to be activated. For example, when the refrigerator has three storage spaces, that is, the refrigerator has A, B, C three storage levels for storing various articles, level a is determined as a sterilization area, the sterilization apparatus corresponding to level a is determined as the sterilization apparatus that needs to be activated, and the sterilization apparatuses of level B and level C are determined as the sterilization apparatuses that do not need to be activated.
Further, a sterilization level is determined according to the type of the deposit and the current temperature of the deposit, and the determination of the sterilization level includes determination of sterilization intensity and sterilization end time. Further, determining the sterilization intensity and the sterilization termination time according to the determined sterilization grade may specifically include:
and when the high sterilization level is reached, the sterilization equipment is used for sterilizing the stored objects at a first preset sterilization intensity within a first preset time period. Namely, the first preset time is determined as the sterilization termination time, and the first preset sterilization intensity is determined as the sterilization intensity.
And when the medium sterilization level is reached, the sterilization equipment is enabled to sterilize the stored objects with a second preset sterilization intensity in a second preset time period. Namely, the second preset time is determined as the sterilization termination time, and the second preset sterilization intensity is determined as the sterilization intensity.
And when the mild sterilization grade is reached, the sterilization equipment is enabled to sterilize the stored objects within a third preset time period and with a third preset sterilization intensity. Namely, the third preset time is determined as the sterilization termination time, and the third preset sterilization intensity is determined as the sterilization intensity.
Optionally, different sterilization intensities correspond to different operation modes of the sterilization device, specifically, a first preset sterilization intensity corresponds to a sterilization operation mode with a maximum power, a second preset sterilization intensity corresponds to a sterilization operation mode with a medium power, and a third preset sterilization intensity corresponds to a sterilization operation mode with a low power.
Optionally, the preset time is set for different sterilization times corresponding to the preset time in different sterilization levels.
Optionally, the sterilization levels of different levels may be determined according to types of the stored items, and specifically, the user may preset a type table using the stored items with high, medium, and light sterilization levels, match the type of the stored item with the preset type table of the stored item, and match the sterilization level corresponding to the type of the stored item. For example, if the types of the stored items included in the type table of the stored items with the high sterilization level are meat and cooked food, the types of the stored items included in the type table of the stored items with the medium sterilization level are fruit and vegetable, the types of the stored items included in the type table of the stored items with the light sterilization level are egg and bagged, and the type of the stored item identified is egg, the first sterilization level is selected as the light sterilization level.
Optionally, the sterilization levels of different levels may be determined according to the current temperature of the stored object, and specifically, the user may preset a current temperature table for using the stored objects with high, medium, and light sterilization levels, match the current temperature of the stored object with the preset current temperature table for storage, and match the sterilization level corresponding to the current temperature of the stored object. For example, if the current temperature of the stored items included in the current temperature table for the stored items of the high sterilization level is set to 8 ℃ or higher, the current temperature of the stored items included in the current temperature table for the stored items of the medium sterilization level is 4 ℃ to 8 ℃, the current temperature of the stored items included in the current temperature table for the stored items of the light sterilization level is 4 ℃ or lower, and the current temperature of the stored items identified is 5 ℃, the second sterilization level is selected as the medium sterilization level.
It should be noted that after the first sterilization level determined according to the type of the stored item and the second sterilization level determined according to the current temperature of the stored item, the selected final sterilization level is determined. Optionally, the higher sterilization grade of the first sterilization grade and the second sterilization grade is selected as the final sterilization grade, for example, when the first sterilization grade is determined as a light sterilization grade and the second sterilization grade is determined as a medium sterilization grade, the final sterilization grade is determined as a medium sterilization grade.
As an alternative embodiment, it is determined whether the buffering end time is less than the latest historical sterilization end time, and a third determination result is obtained. Further, the latest historical sterilization end time is the sterilization end time corresponding to the sterilization mode which is determined to be used last time.
In this optional embodiment, as an optional implementation manner, when the third determination result indicates that the buffering end time is less than the latest historical sterilization end time, the latest used historical sterilization mode is determined as the sterilization mode corresponding to the current sterilization request. For example, the latest historical sterilization ending time is 9: 35, the buffering ending time determined according to the first current time and the time span is 9: 34, it is determined that the buffering ending time is less than the latest historical sterilization ending time, and the sterilization mode corresponding to the historical sterilization ending time of 9: 35 is determined as the sterilization mode of the sterilization request corresponding to the buffering ending time of 9: 34.
In this optional embodiment, as another optional implementation manner, when the third determination result indicates that the buffering end time is equal to or greater than the latest historical sterilization end time, the latest historical sterilization stop time is obtained, and the continuous sterilization mode information is determined according to the buffering end time, the sterilization stop time, the type of the deposit, the storage area of the deposit, and the current temperature of the deposit, and the continuous sterilization mode information includes the type of the deposit, the storage area of the deposit, the current temperature of the deposit, and the sterilization interval time span determined according to the buffering end time and the sterilization stop time. And determining a sterilization mode corresponding to the deposit according to the continuous sterilization mode information. Further, the sterilization interval time span is a time difference between the buffer end time and the sterilization stop time. Optionally, the latest historical sterilization stop time may be the latest historical sterilization stop time, or may be the latest time when the historical sterilization apparatus stops operating, specifically, when the latest time when the historical sterilization apparatus stops operating is less than the latest historical sterilization stop time, the latest time when the historical sterilization apparatus stops operating is determined to be the latest historical sterilization stop time, and when the latest time when the historical sterilization apparatus stops operating is greater than the latest historical sterilization stop time, the latest historical sterilization stop time is determined to be the latest historical sterilization stop time.
As another optional implementation manner, the specific manner of determining the sterilization mode corresponding to the deposit according to the splicing sterilization mode information is as follows:
and judging whether the sterilization interval time span is less than or equal to a preset interruption interval time span threshold value or not, and obtaining a time interval judgment result. Optionally, the preset interruption interval time span threshold may be set for different types of stored items, or may be set for different time periods, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
And when the time interval judgment result shows that the sterilization interval time span is larger than the preset interruption interval time span threshold value, triggering and executing the operation of determining the sterilization mode corresponding to the stored object according to the type of the stored object and the preset sterilization rule of the refrigeration equipment. Specifically, when the sterilization interval time span is greater than the preset interruption interval time span threshold, the process of determining the sterilization mode corresponding to the stored object according to the continuous sterilization mode information is stopped, and the operation of determining the sterilization mode corresponding to the stored object according to the type of the stored object and the preset sterilization rule of the refrigeration equipment is triggered and executed.
And when the time interval judgment result shows that the sterilization interval time span is less than or equal to the preset interruption interval time span threshold, judging whether the type of the stored object is the same as the type of the latest historical stored object, and obtaining a type judgment result. Optionally, the type of the storage may be the same as that of the latest historical storage, all types of the storage may be all the same as those of the latest historical storage, or all types of the latest historical storage include all types of the storage, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
And when the type judgment result shows that the type of the stored object is different from the type of the latest historical stored object, triggering and executing the operation of determining the sterilization mode corresponding to the stored object according to the type of the stored object and the preset sterilization rule of the refrigeration equipment. Specifically, when the type of the stored object is different from the type of the latest historical stored object, the process of determining the sterilization mode corresponding to the stored object according to the continuous sterilization mode information is stopped, and the operation of determining the sterilization mode corresponding to the stored object according to the type of the stored object and the preset sterilization rule of the refrigeration equipment is triggered and executed.
And when the type judgment result shows that the type of the stored object is the same as the type of the latest historical stored object, judging whether the storage area of the stored object is smaller than or equal to the storage area of the latest historical stored object or not, and obtaining an area judgment result. Optionally, the storage area of the stored object is smaller than or equal to the storage area of the latest historical stored object, where the storage area of the stored object is smaller than or equal to the storage area of the latest historical stored object, or the number of storage layers corresponding to the storage position of the stored object is smaller than or equal to the number of storage layers corresponding to the latest historical stored object, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
