Abstract
The invention provides a variable-caliber adapter tube, which comprises a bearing tube and two annular elastic bag structures, wherein the bearing tube is provided with a bearing hole; the two annular elastic bag structures are symmetrically arranged in the bearing pipe, and are used for sealing the pipe orifice placed in the bearing pipe. The annular elastic bag structure comprises an elastic bag and a bag interface, the bag interface is arranged on the elastic bag, the bag interface is detachably connected with the bearing pipe, and the elastic bag is used for filling gas or liquid. The invention relates to a variable-caliber adapter tube, which solves the technical problem that a large number of adapter tubes are required to be prepared to connect parts with different calibers because the adapter tube in the prior art only can aim at a pipeline with a specific caliber.

Background
In the fluid test research process, different test research objects and comparison test research objects are often faced, the sizes of interfaces of the research objects are different, in the process of replacing the research objects, even if the sizes of the caliber are very small, a new adapter tube needs to be prepared, because the adapter tube in the prior art can only aim at a pipeline with a specific caliber, a large amount of adapter tubes need to be prepared for connecting parts with different calibers, and the adapter tube in the prior art is difficult to disassemble and assemble, wastes time and labor and cannot be reused.

The maximum connectable orifice diameter of the adapter tube is the natural opening diameter D1 of the free end of the elastic bag 2, the minimum connectable orifice of the adapter tube is the opening diameter D1-L of the elastic bag 2 under the maximum filling pressure, L is a non-specific length, and the value of L depends on the material and the configuration of the elastic bag 2 and the type of the capsule filling material.
Working mode of the example
When the adapter tube is used for connecting the first tube opening 6 and the second tube opening 8, the first tube opening 6 and the second tube opening 8 are respectively inserted into the elastic bag 2 in a natural state, then the elastic bag 2 on the left side and the right side are respectively pressurized through the bag interface 3 plug, when one elastic bag 2 expands to fill the space between the first tube opening 6 and the bearing tube 1, the other elastic bag 2 expands to fill the space between the second tube opening 8 and the bearing tube 1, and the internal pressure of the elastic bag 2 reaches 4MPa, the pressurization is stopped, the first tube opening 6 is communicated with the second tube opening 8, and the adapter tube is combined with the first tube opening 6 and the second tube opening 8;
when the pipe orifice is disassembled and replaced, the bag interface 3 plug of the adapter tube is rotated and loosened, the elastic bag 2 naturally releases pressure, the adapter tube is disconnected with the two pipe orifices, and the disassembly is completed.
