The invention provides a neutral elastomer material for a carpet, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2 to 10 weight percent of polypropylene, 5 to 15 weight percent of styrene elastomer, 5 to 15 weight percent of white oil, 5 to 30 weight percent of filler, 0.1 to 3 weight percent of lubricant, 0.1 to 3 weight percent of compatilizer, 0.1 to 3 weight percent of surface treating agent, 0.1 to 3 weight percent of coupling agent, 0.1 to 3 weight percent of surfactant and 0.1 to 2 weight percent of antioxidant. The neutral elastomer material for the carpet provided by the invention is a neutral material, has a good surface effect, is harmless to human bodies when being used for the carpet, and is simple and easy to prepare, green, environment-friendly and odorless.

Therefore, a neutral, non-corrosive neutral elastomeric material was invented to solve the above problems.

The preparation method of the neutral elastomer material for the carpet provided by the invention can realize the coating effect on the filler, and a very small amount of calcium carbonate filler can be dissolved in water, so that the aim of neutral detection value is fulfilled.

Example 1
The method comprises the following steps: dissolving 300g of calcium carbonate filler in 200g of white oil, and stirring for 30mins at room temperature until the calcium carbonate filler and the white oil are uniformly mixed to obtain a mixed solution I;
step two: adding 100g of SEBS, 0.1g of titanate coupling agent and 0.1g of quaternary ammonium salt into the mixed solution I obtained in the step one, and stirring at room temperature for 90mins to obtain a mixed solution II;
step three: and (3) adding 10g of compatilizer CMG5805-L, 100g of SEBS-g-MAH, 50g of polypropylene, 2g of EBS, 4g of silicone master batch, 2gAC wax and 2g of antioxidant 168 into the mixed solution II prepared in the step two, and stirring at room temperature for 30mins to prepare the neutral elastomer material for the carpet.
Further, the processing and forming adopts a 48:1 double-screw extruder to extrude and granulate, and the temperature of the extrusion and granulation is 100-300 ℃.
And extruding and processing the granulated particles, simulating actual application conditions, taking out the materials, shearing the materials, putting the materials into a beaker, dissolving the materials in water, and oscillating the materials for 3 hours at room temperature.
Example 2, example 3, and example 4 were prepared in the same manner as in example 1, except that the contents of the respective components are shown in Table 1 below

The results show that the content of stearic acid has a great influence on the performance of the neutral elastomer material for the carpet provided by the invention.
