3) the PLC system calculates the width of a gap between two plates through signals fed back by the photoelectric sensor, compensates the width of the gap between the two plates through controlling the starting and stopping action instructions of the servo motor, drives the discharge roller to rotate through the servo motor, drives the film cutter to move downwards after the discharge roller transmits the first plate to the position below the film cutter, and the cutting knife pierces through a film on a plate gap;
4) the transmission motor drives the synchronous belt to rotate, the synchronous belt drives the tool apron fixing frame to move, the film cutting knife is made to move to a position close to one of the memorial archways, and the air cylinder drives the film cutting knife to move downwards to cut the film on the surface of the plate;
5) the transmission motor drives the cutter holder fixing frame to move towards the memorial archway on the other side, and the film cutter cuts the film on the surface of the plate in the longitudinal direction.
