Abstract
The invention provides a winding type packaging machine which comprises a packaging device, two rotating devices and a plurality of sliding rails, wherein the two rotating devices are arranged on the packaging device; the rotating device comprises first annular track assemblies and a first driving mechanism, and the central axes of the two first annular track assemblies are arranged in the same straight line; each first annular track assembly corresponds to one first driving mechanism one by one, and the first driving mechanisms are connected with the first annular track assemblies in a sliding mode; each first driving mechanism is provided with a clamping mechanism, and the clamping mechanism is used for clamping the pipe; the two rotating devices are matched for rotating the pipe; the sliding rail is connected between the two first annular rail assemblies and is arranged in parallel with the central axis of each first annular rail assembly; the packaging device is connected with the sliding rail in a sliding manner. The invention solves the problems of low efficiency and easy scratching of the tube in the traditional manual packaging mode, and has the advantages of simple structure and low manufacturing cost.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a wrapping type packaging machine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a packaging device 3, two rotating devices 1 and a plurality of sliding rails 2; the rotating device 1 comprises first annular track assemblies 11 and a first driving mechanism 12, wherein the central axes of the two first annular track assemblies 11 are arranged in the same straight line; each first annular track assembly 11 corresponds to one first driving mechanism 12, and the first driving mechanisms 12 are connected with the first annular track assemblies 11 in a sliding mode; each first driving mechanism 12 is connected with a clamping mechanism 13, and the clamping mechanism 13 is used for clamping a pipe; the first driving mechanism 12 is used for driving the clamping mechanism 13 to move along the first annular track assembly 11; the two rotating devices 1 are matched for rotating the pipe; the sliding rail 2 is connected between the two first annular rail assemblies 11, and the sliding rail 2 is arranged in parallel with the central axis of the first annular rail assemblies 11; packing plant 3 and slide rail 2 sliding connection, packing plant 3 is used for twining the tubular product.
The winding type packaging machine realizes the function of clamping the pipe by arranging the clamping mechanism 13; by arranging the first annular track assembly 11 and the first driving mechanisms 12, the first driving mechanisms 12 drive the clamping mechanism 13 to move along the first annular track assembly 11, and further, the two first driving mechanisms 12 move along the same direction, so that the function of rotating the pipe by the rotating device 1 is realized; through being equipped with slide rail 2 and packing plant 3, packing plant 3 moves along slide rail 2 and first actuating mechanism 12 opposite direction, has realized the function of packing plant 3 to the winding of tubular product packing. The winding type packaging machine solves the problems that the traditional manual packaging mode is low in efficiency and easy to scrape the colored pipes.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the first annular rail assembly 11 includes a first fixing block 111 and two guide rails 112 with annular outer contours, the two guide rails 112 are disposed on the same central axis, and the first fixing block 111 is connected between the two guide rails 112. Thus, the first fixing block 111 is provided to stably fix the two guide rails 112.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first driving mechanism 12 includes a bracket 121 and a moving component 122, and the moving component 122 is disposed on the bracket 121; the moving assembly 122 includes a first gear 1221, a second gear 1222, a transmission shaft 1223 and a first driving block 1224, the first gear 1221 is sleeved on the transmission shaft 1223, the transmission shaft 1223 passes through the bracket 121 and is slidably connected to the bracket 121, and two ends of the transmission shaft 1223 are respectively provided with a first roller 1225; the first driving block 1224 is disposed on the bracket 121, the second gear 1222 is sleeved on an output end of the first driving block 1224, and the second gear 1222 is engaged with the first gear 1221; the bracket 121 is further provided with a plurality of second rollers 123, the first rollers 1225 and the second rollers 123 are both connected with the guide rail 112 in a sliding manner, and the second rollers 123 are matched with the first rollers 1225 to clamp the guide rail 112. Thus, by providing the moving assembly 122 and the second roller 123, the first roller 1225 and the second roller 123 clamp the guide rail 112, and further, the first driving mechanism 12 can stably move along the guide rail 112 with an annular outer contour.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the clamping mechanism 13 includes a second fixed block 131, a worm 132 and two clamping blocks 133, the clamping block 133 includes a clamping portion 1331 and a turbine portion 1332, the clamping portion 1331 is connected with the turbine portion 1332, the clamping block 133 is hinged on the second fixed block 131, the two clamping blocks 133 are matched for clamping and loosening the pipe, and one end of the worm 132 is meshed with the turbine portion 1332; the clamping mechanism 13 further comprises a second driving block 134, the second driving block 134 is used for driving the worm 132 to rotate, the output end of the second driving block 134 is connected with one end of the worm 132 far away from the worm wheel part 1332, and the second driving block 134 is arranged on the second fixing block 131. By providing the second driving block 134, the worm 132 is rotated forward and backward by the forward and backward rotation of the output end of the second driving block 134, and the clamping and releasing operation of the clamping portion 1331 is performed.
In one embodiment, the clamping mechanism 13 further comprises a first telescopic driving block and a clamping mechanism 13 body, wherein the first telescopic driving block is used for driving the clamping mechanism 13 body to perform telescopic motion; one end of the first telescopic driving block is connected with the clamping mechanism 13, and the other end of the first telescopic driving block is connected with the bracket 121. So, through being equipped with first flexible drive block, through the flexible adjustment of first flexible drive block, realize adjusting tubular product to the function of suitable packing angle.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the packaging device 3 includes a second annular rail assembly and a second driving mechanism, the second driving mechanism is slidably connected to the second annular rail assembly, the second annular rail assembly and the first annular rail assembly 11 are disposed on the same central axis, the second annular rail assembly is provided with a plurality of driving assemblies, the driving assemblies are used for driving the second annular rail assembly to move along the sliding rails 2, and each driving assembly is slidably connected to one of the sliding rails 2 in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the packing device 3 further includes a supporting block 31, an installation shaft 32 and a winding film 33, the supporting block 31 is disposed on the second driving mechanism, one end of the installation shaft 32 is connected with the supporting block 31, and the winding film 33 is sleeved on the installation shaft 32 and is slidably connected with the installation shaft 32.
In one embodiment, the second endless track assembly is identical in construction to the first endless track assembly 11 and the second drive mechanism is identical in construction to the first drive mechanism 12.
In one embodiment, the guide rail 112 is a rack structure, the first roller 1225 is a hobbing structure, and the guide rail 112 is engaged with the first roller 1225. In this way, the guide rail 112 with the rack structure and the first roller 1225 with the hobbing structure are provided, so that the friction between the first driving mechanism 12 and the first circular track assembly 11 is further increased, and the occurrence of a slip situation is avoided.
The working principle is as follows:
firstly, a pipe extends into the winding type packaging machine, then the two clamping mechanisms 13 clamp two ends of the pipe respectively, then the packaging device 3 moves to one end of the sliding rail 2, and the winding film 33 is adhered to one end, close to the packaging device 3, of the pipe; then the two first driving mechanisms 12 move along the same direction of the first circular track assembly 11, and then the second driving mechanism moves along the second circular track and the movement direction opposite to the first driving mechanism 12; meanwhile, the packaging device 3 slides to the other end of the slide rail 2; the wrapping film 33 is then cut off, and finally the holding mechanism 13 is released to take out the pipe.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

and the packaging device is in sliding connection with the sliding rail and is used for winding and packaging the pipe.
2. The wrap-around packaging machine of claim 1, wherein the first annular track assembly comprises a first fixed block and two guide rails having an annular outer profile, the two guide rails being disposed on a same central axis, the first fixed block being connected between the two guide rails.
3. The wrap-around packaging machine of claim 2, wherein the first drive mechanism comprises a support and a moving assembly, the moving assembly being disposed on the support.

The wrapping type packaging machine according to claim 3, wherein the moving assembly comprises a first gear, a second gear, a transmission shaft and a first driving block, the first gear is sleeved on the transmission shaft, the transmission shaft passes through the bracket and is slidably connected with the bracket, and two ends of the transmission shaft are respectively provided with a first roller.
5. The wrapping machine of claim 4, wherein the first driving block is disposed on the support, the second gear is sleeved on an output end of the first driving block, and the second gear is engaged with the first gear.
6. The wrap-around wrapping machine of claim 4, wherein the frame further comprises a plurality of second rollers, the first and second rollers are slidably connected to the rail, and the second rollers cooperate with the first rollers to grip the rail.

The wrapping machine of claim 1, wherein said clamping mechanism comprises a second fixed block, a worm and two clamping blocks, said clamping blocks comprising a clamping portion and a worm gear portion, said clamping portion being connected to said worm gear portion, said clamping blocks being hingedly connected to said second fixed block, said two clamping blocks cooperating to clamp and unclamp said tubing, one end of said worm being engaged with said worm gear portion.

The wrap-around wrapping machine of claim 7, wherein the gripper mechanism further comprises a second drive block, the second drive block being configured to drive the worm to rotate, an output end of the second drive block being connected to an end of the worm away from the turbine portion, the second drive block being disposed on the second fixed block.

The winding type packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the packaging device includes a second annular rail assembly and a second driving mechanism, the second driving mechanism is slidably connected to the second annular rail assembly, the second annular rail assembly and the first annular rail assembly are disposed on the same central axis, the second annular rail assembly is provided with a plurality of driving assemblies, the driving assemblies are used for driving the second annular rail assembly to move along the slide rails, and each driving assembly is slidably connected to one of the slide rails in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
