The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: firstly, fruits of lean fruits such as strawberries and the like are required to be placed in a material placing groove 404, then an operator is required to start a driving motor 205, a motor 402 and an auxiliary motor 602, then manually required to push the fruits of the material placing groove 404 into the inner sides of three sorting main parts 301 and sorting auxiliary parts 302 in batches from three notches formed in the outer side of the material placing groove 404, so that the fruits of the lean fruits are scattered on the inner sides of first limit buckles 303 which are distributed oppositely, the small fruits mixed in the fruits are sorted for the first time by utilizing a gap formed between the sorting main parts 301 and the sorting auxiliary parts 302, the small fruits are scattered in grooves in the inner side of a second material guide belt 209, then the second material guide belt 209 conveys the small fruits into an inner cavity of a small fruit collecting box 103 in the rotating process, then the large fruits in the inner sides of the sorting main parts 301 and the sorting auxiliary parts 302 are conveyed to the inner sides of a secondary sorting main part 501 and a secondary sorting auxiliary part 502 again, the big fruits are limited by the second limiting buckle 503, the fruits are further sorted in a big gap formed by the secondary sorting auxiliary part 502 and the second limiting buckle 503, then the fruits scattered in the groove on the inner side of the secondary sorting main part 501 and the secondary sorting auxiliary part 502 are conveyed to the inner cavity of the big fruit collecting groove 102, and then the remaining big fruits on the inner side of the second limiting buckle 503 which are distributed oppositely are driven by the rotation of the secondary sorting main part 501 and the secondary sorting auxiliary part 502, and are conveyed to the outside of the device from the notch on the inner side of the fruit guide groove 105, so that the big fruits can be obtained.

The fruit diameter sorting device for the electric commercial fruits comprises a protection mechanism (100), a collecting mechanism (200), a primary sorting mechanism (300), a material guiding mechanism (400), a secondary sorting mechanism (500) and a material distributing mechanism (600), it is characterized in that the collecting mechanism (200) is movably connected to the inner side of the protection mechanism (100), used for conveying the sorted fruits, the material guide mechanism (400) is fixedly arranged on one side of the top of the protection mechanism (100), is used for driving the operation of a primary sorting mechanism (300), the primary sorting mechanism (300) is positioned at the bottom of the material guide mechanism (400), used for sorting the lean fruits for the first time, the material distribution mechanism (600) is fixedly arranged at the other side of the top of the protection mechanism (100), the sorting mechanism is used for secondarily sorting the lean fruits by the secondary sorting mechanism (500), and the secondary sorting mechanism (500) is movably connected to the bottom of the distributing mechanism (600);
the collecting mechanism (200) comprises a power rod (201), a main shaft (202), a first rotating wheel (203), a first guide belt (204), a driving motor (205), a moving shaft (206), an auxiliary rod (207), a second rotating wheel (208), a second guide belt (209) and a crawler (210), wherein the driving motor (205) is fixedly installed on the power rod (201) and used for driving the power rod (201) to rotate, the first rotating wheel (203) used for driving the first guide belt (204) is fixedly installed outside the power rod (201) and the main shaft (202), the first guide belt (204) is movably connected to the inner side of the first rotating wheel (203) and used for conveying the thin fruits, the second rotating wheel (208) used for driving is fixedly installed outside the moving shaft (206) and the auxiliary rod (207), and the second guide belt (209) used for conveying the thin fruits is movably connected to the inner side of the second rotating wheel (208), the outer parts of the moving shaft (206) and the power rod (201) are movably connected with a crawler belt (210);
the primary sorting mechanism (300) comprises a sorting main part (301), a sorting auxiliary part (302), a first limiting buckle (303) and a first driving rotating tooth (304), wherein the first limiting buckle (303) is fixedly installed outside the sorting main part (301) and the sorting auxiliary part (302) and used for limiting the fruits and preventing the fruits from being piled and extruded, and the first driving rotating tooth (304) is movably connected to the inner sides of the sorting main part (301) and the sorting auxiliary part (302) and used for driving the sorting main part (301) and the sorting auxiliary part (302) to operate in a single direction;
the material guide mechanism (400) comprises a fixed box (401), a motor (402), a clamping box (403), a material placing groove (404), a tooth piece (405), a sliding tooth (406) and a main chain (407), wherein the material placing groove (404) is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the clamping box (403) and used for placing thin fruits, the motor (402) is fixedly arranged at the top of the fixed box (401), the tooth piece (405) is driven, the sliding tooth (406) and the main chain (407) are arranged, and the tooth piece (405), the sliding tooth (406) and the main chain (407) are movably connected inside the fixed box (401) and the clamping box (407) and used for operation of a transmission device;
