The electric power cement rod climbing device is characterized by comprising a mounting plate, a clamping assembly, a cutting assembly and an elastic band, wherein the clamping assembly and the cutting assembly are arranged on two opposite sides of the mounting plate respectively, the clamping assembly comprises a positioning cover and two clamping plates which are oppositely arranged, the positioning cover is used for being sleeved on the periphery of a cement rod, the clamping plates are located on one side face, right opposite to the cement rod, of the positioning cover, the clamping plates are in close contact with the outer peripheral face of the cement rod, a first thread structure is arranged on one side face, in contact with the cement rod, of the clamping plates, the cutting assembly is located above the clamping assembly, the cutting assembly is used for cutting a second thread structure on the outer peripheral face of the cement rod, the first thread structure is matched and screwed with the second thread structure, a protective frame is arranged outside the cutting assembly, the elastic band is fixedly arranged outside the protective frame, the cutting assembly is located between the clamping assembly and the elastic band, and the elastic band is used for being sleeved on thighs or waists of operators;
the cutting assembly comprises a cutting disc and a driving motor, the driving motor is connected with the cutting disc, at least part of the cutting disc penetrates through the mounting plate and faces the direction of the cement rod to extend, the driving motor is arranged in the protective frame, the cutting disc is used for cutting the periphery of the cement rod to form the second threaded structure, and the driving motor is used for driving the cutting disc.
