The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
Referring now to fig. 1-7, a waterway system 100 of a drinking device according to an embodiment of the present invention is described, the waterway system 100 including: storage water tank 10, water route board 20, waste water tank 50 and water route detection module, water route board 20 integrates hot water course 21, cold water course 22, return water course 23 and drainage water course 24 at least, and waste water tank 50 detachably sets up in the downside of water route board 20, like this, after waste water is collected to waste water tank 50, can directly take out from water route board 20, makes things convenient for waste water tank 50's cleanness. In order to facilitate the drawing of the waste water tank 50, a handle 52 is provided at the front side of the waste water tank 50. Wherein the water storage tank 10 is connected with a water source 200, and a delivery pump 201 for driving water flow into the water storage tank 10 can be arranged between the water source 200 and the water storage tank 10. The delivery pump 201 may also be integrated on the circuit board 20.
In the case where the water passage system 100 has only a water heating function, that is, the water passage system 100 does not have the cold water passage 22; or a case where only the cooling water function is provided in the waterway system 100, that is, the waterway system 100 does not have the hot water waterway 21; or in the case where the water path system 100 has both the functions of cooling water and heating water, that is, the water path system 100 has both the hot water path 21 and the cold water path 22.
The inlet of the hot water channel 21 and/or the cold water channel 22 is connected to the water outlet of the water tank, the hot water channel 21 is at least provided with a hot tank 30, that is, the hot tank 30 is used for heating water, of course, the hot water channel 21 may also be provided with an instant heating assembly 91, and the purpose of rapidly heating water is achieved through the instant heating assembly 91. At least an ice container 40 is arranged on the cold water channel 22, namely, the cold water is prepared by the ice container 40. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the hot water path 21 and the cold water path 22 may be provided with valves for controlling the flow of water or driving a water flow pump.
After the waterway system 100 is used for a period of time, the hot water channel 21 or the cold water channel 22 may accumulate scale, or in case the drinking water apparatus is not used for a long time, the residual water in the waterway system 100 may be a health hazard by drinking again.
Based on the above, the drinking water apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention has a cleaning mode, and when the cleaning mode is started, the water return channel 23 communicates with the outlets of the water storage tank 10, the hot water channel 21 and/or the cold water channel 22, and the water return channel 23, the water storage tank 10, the hot tank 30 and/or the ice container 40 form a closed-loop circulation water channel.
That is, the water flow circulates among the return water passage 23, the storage tank 10, and the hot tank 30, and/or the water flow circulates among the return water passage 23, the storage tank 10, and the ice bank 40. In order to improve the cleaning effect, the water in the hot tank 30 can be heated in advance and then circularly cleaned in a flowing manner; or a scale remover is added into the circulating water path to improve the cleaning effect.
The drainage channel 24 is communicated with the circulating water channel, after the cleaning mode is finished, the water level detection module 60 is arranged on the waste water tank 50, and when the prompt module detects that waste water exists in the waste water tank 50, the user is reminded to empty the waste water tank 50.
That is, after the washing mode is finished, the wastewater is collected to the wastewater tank 50, and the water level detection module 60 may detect whether wastewater is present in the wastewater tank 50 in real time, and may alert the user when the presence of wastewater is detected. The means for reminding the user can include various forms, for example, a 'water pouring warning lamp' is arranged on a control interface of the drinking equipment; or a buzzer module is arranged to remind the user.
Therefore, according to the waterway system 100 of the drinking water device of the embodiment of the invention, the waste water tank 50 is provided with the water level detection module 60 for detecting whether waste water exists in the waste water tank 50, so that a user can be reminded to empty the waste water in the waste water tank 50 in time after the cleaning mode is finished, and therefore, microorganisms are prevented from breeding in the waste water tank 50 and the waste water is prevented from seeping out.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 in conjunction with fig. 3, the water level detection module 60 includes: a box 61 and a sensing assembly 62, wherein, as shown in fig. 4-6, the box 61 defines a chamber 611 communicating with the waste water tank 50, a float 612 is arranged in the chamber 611, and a magnetic element is arranged in the float 612. The sensing assembly 62 is arranged on the outer wall of the box body 61, the sensing assembly 62 comprises a reed switch 621, and the reed switch 621 generates a closing signal or an opening signal according to the position change of the floater 612, so that the water level of the waste water tank 50 is judged.
That is, the float 612 is confined in the box 61, water in the waste water tank 50 can flow into the chamber 611 of the box 61, the position of the float 612 relative to the chamber 611 changes as water in the chamber 611 increases, and the reed pipe 621 generates a closing signal when the reed pipe 621 can sense a magnetic element in the float 612; the reed switch 621 generates a trip signal when the reed switch 621 fails to sense a magnetic element within the float 612. That is, when the water level in the chamber 611 rises to a certain level, the distance between the float 612 and the reed switch 621 is too far, so that the reed switch 621 cannot sense the magnetic element of the float 612, thereby generating a disconnection signal; when there is no waste water in the chamber 611, the float 612 is closest to the reed switch 621, and the reed switch 621 senses the magnetic element of the float 612, thereby generating a closing signal.
In other words, when the reed switch 621 of the water level detection module 60 generates the off signal, the information that the wastewater is stored in the wastewater tank 50 can be given, and the user is informed to empty the wastewater in the wastewater tank 50 in time.
Since the waste water tank 50 is frequently mounted on and dismounted from the waterway plate 20, in order to ensure the accuracy of the detection of the water level detection module 60, the reliability of the assembly of the water level detection module 60 is highly required.
In an alternative embodiment, the sensing assembly 62 further includes a rubber element 622, and the reed switch 621 is embedded in the rubber element 622. That is, the reed switch 621 is wrapped in the rubber member 622, so that the rubber member 622 can be fixed to the outer wall of the case body 61, for example, by locking the rubber member 622 to the outer wall of the case body 61 by a screw. Since the rubber member 622 is strongly adhesive, the reed pipe 621 can be stably held in the rubber member 622. That is, the position of the reed switch 621 with respect to the case 61 can be maintained at a predetermined position, and thus, the position of the float 612 in the chamber 611 of the case 61 can be accurately sensed, thereby improving the accuracy of the water level detecting module 60.
In a further alternative example, the lowest level of the box 61 is the same as the lowest level of the waste water tank 50. That is, the bottom surface of the chamber 611 of the case 61 and the bottom surface of the waste water tank 50 are located at the same level, so that the water level of the chamber 611 can accurately reflect the water level of the waste water tank 50, and the response speed to the water level change of the waste water tank 50 through the water level detection module 60 is fast and accurate, and the user can be informed of emptying the waste water tank 50 in time.
Optionally, the outer wall of the bottom of the waste water tank 50 forms a containing groove 51, and the box body 61 is embedded in the containing groove 51. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the box 61 is located at the rear lower corner of the waste water tank 50, and forms a part of the bottom of the waste water tank 50, so that the structural layout of the waterway system 100 is more reasonable, and the integral installation and disassembly are facilitated.
In a further alternative, as shown in figure 2, the side walls of the box 61 are flush with the outer walls of the waste tank 50. That is, the box body 61 and the outer wall of the waste water tank 50 are maintained on the same plane, so that the compatibility between the water level detection module 60 and the structure of the waste water tank 50 can be further improved, and the structural layout of each component of the waterway system 100 is more reasonable.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the outlet of the hot water path 21 and the outlet of the cold water path 22 form a common water port.
That is, the waterway plate 20 is formed with a common opening, which can be communicated with the hot water channel 21, and the common opening can be communicated with the cold water channel 22, and in case the drinking water apparatus is in the water producing mode, the cold water channel 22 and the hot water channel 21 can both deliver the drinking water through the common water port to the outside. In other words, the waterway plate 20 does not need to separately provide interfaces for the outlets of the cold water waterway 22 and the hot water waterway 21, and the waterway connection structure of the waterway plate 20 is simplified.
The waterway system 100 further includes: a diverter valve 70, said diverter valve 70 having a valve inlet 71, a first outlet 72 and a second outlet 73, said valve inlet 71 being connected to said common water port, said first outlet 72 being connected to said water return channel 23, said second outlet 73 being connected to a water outlet nozzle of the drinking device, said valve inlet 71 selectively communicating with one of said first outlet 72 and said second outlet 73.
As shown in fig. 1, the diverter valve 70 is connected to the hot water channel 21, the cold water channel 22 and the return water channel 23, respectively, and when the drinking water apparatus enters the cleaning mode, the valve inlet 71 is communicated with the first outlet 72, and the water flow of the cold water channel 22 or the hot water channel 21 can flow to the return water channel 23, that is, the circulation water channel formed by the cold water channel 22, the ice container 40 and the water tank or the circulation water channel formed by the hot water channel 21, the hot tank 30 and the water tank is communicated. When the drinking water apparatus enters the water producing mode, the valve inlet 71 is communicated with the second outlet 73, and the water flows out of the cold water channel 22 or the hot water channel 21.
In other words, the switching between the water production mode and the washing mode of the drinking water device can be realized by the diverter valve 70. Generally, after the drinking water apparatus is used for a period of time, it may be automatically switched to a washing mode. Of course, in some special cases, the cleaning mode may also be selected manually.
In an optional embodiment, the waterway system 100 further includes: the first water pump 81 is connected with the hot water channel 21 and used for driving water to circularly flow among the hot tank 30, the water tank and the water return channel 23; and/or the second water pump 82, the second water pump 82 is connected with the cold water channel 22 and is used for driving water to circularly flow among the ice container 40, the water tank and the return water channel 23, and when the drinking water device is in the cleaning mode, at least one of the first water pump 81 and the second water pump 82 works.
I.e., the water in the water tank is driven to the hot tank 30 by the first water pump 81 and/or the water in the water tank is driven to the ice bladder 40 by the second water pump 82.
When the drinking water apparatus is in the washing mode, at least one of the first and second water pumps 81 and 82 is operated, and thus, washing of at least one of the ice bladder 40 and the hot tank 30 can be achieved, that is, by controlling the first and second water pumps 81 and 82 to be operated or not operated, the ice bladder 40 and the hot tank 30 can be controlled to be washed or not washed, respectively. Alternatively, in the water heating mode, the drinking water apparatus may be controlled to provide cold water or hot water to the user by controlling the first and second water pumps 81 and 82 to be operated or not operated.
Further alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the hot tank 30, the ice bladder 40, the steering valve 70, the first water pump 81 and the second water pump 82 are all integrally disposed on the upper side of the water path plate 20. The functional devices of the drinking water equipment are integrated on the water path board 20, so that the use can be reduced or the pipeline connection is not needed, the water path system 100 of the drinking water equipment is simpler, and the problems of wrong pipe connection or pipe connection leakage and the like are not easy to occur. The waterway board 20 may also be integrated with an electrical control box 92, which facilitates the connection of the circuit by integrating the electrical control box 92 into the waterway board 21.
Optionally, the waste water inlet of the waste water tank 50 is connected to the drainage channel 24, and a normally-closed valve 90 is arranged on the drainage channel 24. The normally closed valve 90 is mounted on the water passage plate 20 and is used for connecting the drainage channel 24 and the water receiving port of the sewage tank. The normally-closed valve 90 is normally closed, and ensures that the cold water channel 22 and the hot water channel 21 normally send water to the outside in the water making mode; in the cleaning mode, after water flows circularly among the water storage tank 10, the ice container 40 assembly and the water return channel 23 and among the water storage tank 10, the hot tank 30 and the water return channel 23, that is, after the water storage tank 10, the hot tank 30 and the ice container 40 are cleaned, the normally-closed valve 90 can be opened to conduct the water drainage channel 24 and the waste water tank 50, so as to collect waste water.
The drinking water device according to the embodiment of the invention comprises the waterway system 100 of the above-mentioned embodiment, and the waterway system 100 according to the embodiment of the invention has a cleaning function, and can remind a user to timely empty the waste water of the waste water tank.
