Preferably, the cleaning device comprises a brush, the brush is arranged above the drainage electric push rod and is provided with a water outlet, the water outlet is communicated with a water pipe, one side of the brush is connected with a brush motor, and the top of the brush is connected with a brush electric push rod; and a dryer for drying the excretion box is further arranged on one side of the brush and is connected with the controller.

Preferably, the external heating pipe is connected with an external heating valve, and the internal heating pipe is connected with an internal heating valve; the external cold air pipe is connected with an external cold air valve, and the internal cold air pipe is connected with an internal cold air valve.
Preferably, the discharging electric push rod is connected with a discharging electric push rod lower hook, and one side of the discharging box is fixedly connected with a discharging box upper hook matched with the discharging electric push rod lower hook; the driving device comprises a bottom push rod, and the bottom push rod is connected with the bottom of the electricity discharge push rod.
Preferably, the bottom of the excretion box is hinged with an excretion baffle, the excretion baffle is connected with an excretion motor, and the excretion motor is connected with the inner wall of the excretion box and is controlled by the controller.
The invention also provides a using method of the constant-temperature automatic cleaning device, which comprises the following steps:
s1: firstly, setting a weight threshold value in a controller, moving the post-operation animal to a temperature-controlled box, adjusting the temperature in the temperature-controlled box to be corresponding according to the type of the post-operation animal through a temperature control device, and then moving the post-operation animal to a leakage net of the temperature-controlled box;
s2: after the postoperative animal is excreted, excrement falls into the excretion box below the constant temperature box through the leakage net, the electronic scale is used for detecting the weight of the excretion box, a corresponding signal is transmitted to the controller after the weight reaches a threshold value, a worker moves the insulation board to the bottom of the constant temperature box to separate the constant temperature box from the excretion box, the temperature in the constant temperature box is kept constant, and then the controller moves the excretion box below the cleaning device through the excretion electric push rod to be cleaned by the cleaning device;
s3: after the cleaning device finishes cleaning, the discharging electric push rod drives the cleaned discharging box to restore and reset, a worker adjusts the temperature in the discharging box to be an appropriate temperature, then the heat insulation plate is moved out, the bottom of the constant temperature box is communicated with the discharging box again, the discharging box is located on the electronic scale, and the electronic scale resets and counts;
s4: steps S1-S3 are repeated until the post-operative animal is removed from the incubator.
Preferably, the method for adjusting the temperature in the incubator by the temperature control device comprises the following steps:
the controller starts the air heater, and simultaneously opens the external heating valve and the internal heating valve, and the air heater starts to blow hot air inwards; starting a refrigeration compressor, opening an external cold air valve and an internal heating valve at the same time, and blowing cold air inwards by the refrigeration compressor;
the temperature sensor transmits a temperature signal of the thermostat to the controller, and when the controller detects that the temperature of the thermostat reaches a corresponding value, the controller controls the air heater and the refrigeration compressor to reduce power and keep the temperature in the thermostat unchanged.
Preferably, the method for driving the discharging box to move by the discharging electric push rod comprises the following steps:
the controller drives the discharging electric push rod to rise by controlling the bottom push rod, so that the lower hook of the discharging electric push rod is clamped with the upper hook of the discharging box, and then the discharging electric push rod stretches and retracts to drive the discharging box to move.

Compared with the traditional automatic cleaning device for the constant temperature box, the automatic cleaning device for the constant temperature box is provided with the discharging electric push rod and the automatic cleaning device, when the electronic scale identifies that the quantity of excrement exceeds a set numerical value, the device automatically moves out of the discharging box and carries out cleaning and drying, manual operation is not needed, and the working efficiency is improved.
3. Compared with the traditional automatic cleaning device for the constant temperature box, the device has the advantages that the upper constant temperature structure and the lower constant temperature structure are arranged, so that the internal temperature of the constant temperature box is still kept stable when the excretion box is cleaned, the animals are prevented from being damaged due to temperature change, and the survival rate of the animals is improved.

As shown in fig. 1-7, the present invention provides an automatic cleaning device for an incubator, which comprises an incubator 32, wherein the incubator 32 is rectangular and hollow, the bottom of the incubator 32 is provided with a perforated net sandwich structure, an animal 33 after operation directly stands on the perforated net 32-1, and excrement falls into the sandwich layer through the perforated net 32-1 and then falls into a excretion box 21 through a layer of perforated net 32-1;
an opening matched with the interlayer is formed in the side wall of the constant temperature box 32, a baffle plate 16 matched with the opening in size is arranged above the opening, and the baffle plate 16 is connected to the side wall of the constant temperature box 32 in a sliding mode and used for sealing the constant temperature box 32 when cleaning work is not performed; the top of the baffle 16 is fixedly connected with a baffle rack 13, one side of the baffle rack 13 is connected with a baffle gear 14, the baffle rack 13 is meshed with the baffle gear 14, one side of the baffle gear 14 is connected with a baffle motor 15, and the baffle motor 15 is used for driving the baffle gear 14 to rotate so as to drive the baffle 16 to move to a proper position;

the temperature control device is controlled by a controller and comprises an external heating pipe 1 arranged on the left side of the constant temperature box 32, and the length of the external heating pipe 1 is matched with the height of the constant temperature box 32 and used for conveying the hot air blown out by the air heater 3 to a proper position; the top of the external heating pipe 1 is connected with the air heater 3, the air heater 3 is fixedly connected with the top of the outer wall of the constant temperature box 32, the inner heating pipe 5 is arranged on the left side in the constant temperature box 32 in a matched mode, one end of the inner heating pipe 5 is connected with the air heater 3 and used for diffusing the heating air blown out by the air heater 3 into the constant temperature box 32; the bottom of the external heating pipe 1 is connected with the drainage box 21 through a bottom heating pipe 26, one end of the bottom heating pipe 26 is fixedly connected and extends into the drainage box 21, and the other end of the bottom heating pipe is clamped with the external heating pipe 1 and used for diffusing the heating air blown out by the air heater 3 into the drainage box 21; the external heating pipe 1 is connected with an external heating valve 2, and the internal heating pipe 5 is connected with an internal heating valve 4 for controlling the inlet and outlet intensity of the heating air;
the refrigerator also comprises an external cold air pipe 11 arranged on the right side of the constant temperature box 32, wherein the length of the external cold air pipe 11 is matched with the height of the constant temperature box 32, and the external cold air pipe 11 is used for conveying cold air blown out by the refrigeration compressor 7 to a proper position; the top of the external cold air pipe 11 is connected with the refrigeration compressor 7, the refrigeration compressor 7 is fixedly connected with the top of the outer wall of the constant temperature box 32, the internal cold air pipe 10 is arranged on the left side in the constant temperature box 32 in a matched mode, and one end of the internal cold air pipe 10 is connected with the refrigeration compressor 7 and used for diffusing cold air blown out by the refrigeration compressor 7 into the constant temperature box 32; the bottom of the external cold air pipe 11 is connected with the drainage box 21 through the bottom cold air pipe 20, one end of the bottom cold air pipe 20 is fixedly connected and extends into the drainage box 21, and the other end of the bottom cold air pipe 20 is clamped with the external cold air pipe 11 and is used for diffusing cold air blown out by the refrigeration compressor 7 into the drainage box 21; the external cold air pipe 11 is connected with an external cold air valve 9, and the internal cold air pipe 10 is connected with an internal cold air valve 8 for controlling the inlet and outlet intensity of cold air.
The top of the inner wall of the incubator 32 is rotatably connected with a turbulent fan 6 for scattering cold and hot air in the incubator 32 so that no temperature difference exists in the incubator 32; there are two temperature sensors 12, one high, one low, in the incubator 32, and one similar temperature sensor 12 in the drainage box 21; the turbulent fan 6 and the temperature sensors 12 are controlled by the controller, and when the three temperature sensors 12 detect the temperature reaching the requirement, the internal temperature is stable.
The bottom of the incubator 32 is connected with a drainage box 21 in a sliding manner, the drainage box 21 is cuboid and hollow, and the top of the drainage box 21 is provided with an opening for receiving excrement falling in the incubator 32; the bottom of the drainage box 21 is hinged with two groups of drainage baffles 24, the hinged part of the top of each group of drainage baffles 24 is respectively connected with a drainage motor 22, the drainage motors 22 are controlled by a controller and are used for driving the drainage baffles 24 to rotate, so that the bottom of the drainage box 21 is opened, waste in the box after cleaning is poured out, and after cleaning is finished, the drainage baffles 24 are driven to rotate and reset, so that the box is closed again;
the electronic scale 23 is arranged at the bottom of the excretion box 21, the electronic scale 23 is in contact connection with the bottom of the excretion box 21, the electronic scale 23 is controlled by the central controller and is used for monitoring the weight of excrement in the excretion box 21 and transmitting data in real time, manual real-time monitoring is not needed, and labor cost is saved;
the left side of the discharging box 21 is provided with a discharging electric push rod 25, and the discharging box 21 is driven to move to a proper position by the telescopic action of the push rod; the left side of the excretion box 21 is fixedly connected with a 21-1 excretion box upper hook, and the right side of the excretion electric push rod 25 is fixedly connected with a 25-1 excretion electric push rod lower hook matched with the 21-1 excretion box upper hook, so that the excretion electric push rod 25 is connected with the excretion box 21; the driving device is matched with the controller and comprises a bottom push rod 35, the bottom push rod 35 is fixedly connected to one side of a bottom top plate 34, the other side of the bottom top plate 34 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the electric discharging push rod 25 and used for driving the bottom push rod 35 to drive the electric discharging push rod 25 to longitudinally move to a proper position;
the cleaning device is controlled by a controller and comprises a brush 28 arranged above the electricity discharging push rod 25, a water inlet 28-1 is arranged at the top of the brush 28, and the water inlet 28-1 is connected with a water pipe 30; a plurality of groups of bristles 28-3 are arranged on two sides of the brush 28, a group of water outlets 28-2 are formed between two adjacent groups of bristles 28-3, and the water outlets 28-2 are used for spraying disinfectant water when the bristles 28-3 are cleaned; the top of the brush 28 is connected with a brush motor 29 for driving the brush 28 to clean, the top of the brush motor 29 is fixedly connected to a brush electric push rod 31, and the brush electric push rod 31 is used for driving the brush 28 to move up and down to a proper position; a set of dryers 27 are provided on both sides of the brush 28, respectively, for drying the waste box 21 after the washing is finished.
The invention also provides a using method of the automatic cleaning device for the incubator, which comprises the following steps:
s1: firstly, setting a weight threshold value in a controller, transferring the animal 33 after operation to a thermostat 32, adjusting the temperature in the thermostat 32 to be corresponding according to the type of the animal 33 after operation through a temperature control device, and then transferring the animal 33 after operation to a leakage net 32-1 of the thermostat 32;
s2: after the postoperative animal 33 is excreted, excrement falls into the excretion box 21 below the constant temperature box 32 through the leakage net 32-1, the electronic scale 23 is used for detecting the weight of the excretion box 21, when the weight reaches a threshold value, a corresponding signal is transmitted to the controller, a worker moves the heat insulation plate 17 to the bottom of the constant temperature box 32 to separate the constant temperature box 32 from the excretion box 21, the temperature in the constant temperature box 32 is kept constant, then the controller moves the excretion box 21 below the cleaning device through the excretion electric push rod 25, and the cleaning device is used for cleaning;
s3: after the cleaning device finishes cleaning, the discharging electric push rod 25 drives the cleaned discharging box 21 to restore and reset, a worker adjusts the temperature in the discharging box 21 to be proper, then the heat insulation plate 17 is moved out, the bottom of the constant temperature box 32 is communicated with the discharging box 21 again, the discharging box 21 is located on the electronic scale 23, and the electronic scale 23 is reset and counted;
s4: steps S2-S3 are repeated until the post-operative animal 33 is removed from incubator 32.
In addition, in step S1, the method of adjusting the temperature inside the oven 32 includes:
the controller starts the air heater 3, simultaneously opens the external heating valve 2 and the internal heating valve 4, and the air heater 3 starts to blow hot air inwards; starting the refrigeration compressor 7, simultaneously opening the external cold air valve 9 and the internal heating valve 8, and starting the refrigeration compressor 7 to blow cold air inwards;
the temperature sensor 12 transmits the temperature signal of the oven 32 to the controller, and when the controller detects that the temperature of the oven 32 reaches a corresponding value, the controller controls the air heater 3 and the refrigeration compressor 7 to reduce power and keep the temperature in the oven 32 unchanged.
The method for driving the draining box 21 to move by the draining electric push rod 25 comprises the following steps:
the controller drives the discharging electric push rod 25 to ascend by controlling the bottom push rod 35, so that the discharging electric push rod lower hook 25-1 is tightly clamped with the discharging box upper hook 21-1, and then the discharging electric push rod 25 stretches and drives the discharging box 21 to move.
In step S2, the method of cleaning the drain box 21 includes:
when the discharging electric push rod 25 pulls out the discharging box 21, the brush electric push rod 31 descends at the moment, the brush motor 29 drives the brush 28 to rotate, the water pipe 30 sends the sterilizing water into the brush 28, and then the brush 28 sprays the sterilizing water from the periphery to clean and sterilize the discharging box 21; after the cleaning is finished, the draining motor 22 is started, the draining motor 22 drives the draining baffle 24 to rotate and open, the brush electric push rod 31 drives the brush 28 to ascend, and at the moment, the dryer 27 starts to work to dry the inside of the draining box 21; after drying, the discharging motor 22 drives the discharging baffle 24 to rotate and recover, so that the discharging box 21 is closed again.
