Claims (8)

1. The push type automatic straw bundling machine for the rice field comprises a protection mechanism (100), a ridge turning mechanism (200), a soil separating mechanism (300), a screening and filtering mechanism (400) and a pushing mechanism (500), and is characterized in that the ridge turning mechanism (200) is located at the bottom of the protection mechanism (100) and used for breaking soil, straws and wheat straws, the soil separating mechanism (300) is movably installed inside the protection mechanism (100) and used for screening the straws and the wheat straws on a part of the ridge turning mechanism (200), the screening and filtering mechanism (400) is movably connected to the middle of an inner cavity of the protection mechanism (100) and used for conveying and loosening the straws and the wheat straws, and the pushing mechanism (500) is fixedly connected to one side of the outside of the protection mechanism (100) and used for bundling the straws and the wheat straws;
the ridge turning mechanism (200) comprises a separation chamber (201), a fixing piece (202), a movable transverse shaft (203), a power belt (204), a positioning ring (205) and a twisting piece (206), wherein the fixing piece (202) is located on the outer side of the separation chamber (201), the inner side of the fixing piece (202) is movably connected with the movable transverse shaft (203) to ensure that the positioning ring (205) and the twisting piece (206) rotate stably, the positioning ring (205) is fixedly installed on the outer portion of the movable transverse shaft (203), the twisting piece (206) is fixedly connected to the outer portion of the positioning ring (205) to break soil and straws on a gully in an acre, and the power belt (204) is movably connected to the outer side of the movable transverse shaft (203) to drive the movable transverse shaft (203) to operate stably;
the screening and filtering mechanism (400) comprises a first driving belt (401), a second driving belt (402), four upper sliding rods (403), four lower sliding rods (404), a conveying belt (405), a reverse crawler belt (406), a metal cone (407), a motor (408), a baffle (409) and a chain moving ring (410), wherein the first driving belt (401) is movably connected to a gear fixedly connected to the outside of the upper sliding rods (403) and used for driving the upper sliding rods (403) to rotate clockwise, the second driving belt (402) is movably connected to a gear fixedly connected to the outside of the lower sliding rods (404) and used for driving the lower sliding rods (404) to rotate anticlockwise, the conveying belt (405) is movably connected to the outside of the upper sliding rods (403), the outside of the upper sliding rods (403) is fixedly connected with uniformly distributed metal cones (407) and used for pulling and wheat straw, the outside of the lower sliding rods (404) is movably connected with the reverse crawler belt (406), the outer part of the reverse track (406) is fixedly connected with uniformly distributed metal cones (407) for driving straws and wheat straws to rotate anticlockwise, the motor (408) is fixedly installed at the outer end of the lower sliding rod (404) and used for driving power, the baffle (409) is arranged at the bottom of the reverse track (406) and used for dredging and discharging soil, and the chain moving ring (410) is movably connected to the outer side of the lower sliding rod (404) and used for driving power;
the pushing mechanism (500) comprises a case (501), a compression groove (502), a material guide ring (503), a metal block (504), a main pile (505), a bolt (506), a telescopic plate (507), two rotating pieces (508), an auxiliary rod (509), a rotating shaft (510) and a transmission belt (511), wherein the compression groove (502) is formed in the separation chamber (201) and used for compressing the bundled straws and wheat straws, the material guide ring (503) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the inner cavity of the case (501) and used for conveying the straws and the wheat straws, the metal block (504) is positioned on the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the case (501) and used for propelling the straws and the wheat straws, the main pile (505) is fixedly arranged on one side of the outer portion of the metal block (504) and used for controlling the horizontal sliding of the metal block (504), the bolt (506) is fixedly arranged in the main pile (505) and used for controlling the stable operation of the telescopic plate (507), one end swing joint of expansion plate (507) is on the U-shaped pole of rotating piece (508) for the circular rotation realizes the removal of horizontal thrust control metal block (504), auxiliary rod (509) fixed connection is adjacent two the inboard of rotating piece (508) is used for stabilizing two rotate piece (508), rotation axis (510) fixed connection is in the outside of rotating piece (508) for the normal operating of transmission rotation piece (508), drive belt (511) swing joint is on rotation axis (510) for the normal rotation of transmission rotation axis (510).
