in this embodiment, the guardian terminal may specifically be an intelligent device such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a computer, or the like.
The preset environment range refers to an environment range of a place where a guardian needs to pay attention to and a person under guardianship should go, such as an environment range corresponding to places such as schools and residences.
The preset time period refers to a specified time interval from the monitored person to the preset environment range, for example, if the student needs to go to the school, the preset time range corresponding to the school should be set as a time zone for normally arriving at the school.
The related information of the target WIFI access point may specifically include name information, IP information, preset time period information corresponding to a preset environment in which the target WIFI access point is located, and the like.
It should be noted that the same environmental range may correspond to a plurality of non-overlapping time segments on the same day, for example, a student goes from home to school in the morning, needs to return to home for eating and lunch break after school noon, goes from home to school again in the afternoon, and returns to home after school in the afternoon, the time segment corresponding to the environmental range of school should be the time segment that normally arrives at school in the morning, and the time segment that normally arrives at school in the afternoon. Since the same person cannot be present at two different locations on the same day, the same time zone on the same day is usually set to correspond to one environmental range.
If the guardian needs to monitor the behavior trend of the monitored person, initial networking setting needs to be carried out on monitored equipment carried by the monitored person in advance. The initial networking setup may be specifically the following two ways.
First, field setup. During initial setting, a guardian can check all networking WIFI access point information in a preset environment range on a terminal after the guardian moves forward, then sends a target selection instruction to the terminal based on a mouse, a button or a touch screen and the like, selects one or more WIFI access points, and takes a plurality of WIFI access points appointed by the guardian as target WIFI access points accessed by an appointed person under guardianship after the terminal receives the target selection instruction.
Second, remote setup. This approach is suitable for situations where the guardian cannot go directly to the preset environmental range. After the person under guardianship reaches the preset environment range for the first time, the guardian terminal is positioned to the monitored equipment to enter the preset environment range, and an acquisition request of a WIFI list is sent to the monitored equipment. And after receiving the request, the monitored equipment feeds the WIFI list information in the environment range back to the monitor terminal. After receiving the WIFI list information, the guardian terminal performs similar target selection operation as above, and then can remotely determine a target WIFI access point. And after the target WIFI access point is set and completed by the guardian terminal, the related information is issued to the monitored equipment so as to be stored by the monitored equipment.
Step S400, when a prompt message sent by the monitored device is received in the preset time period, the prompt message is output, wherein the prompt message contains the current position information of the monitored person.
In this embodiment, the guardian device receives a prompt message for informing the monitored person of normal movement, which is fed back from the monitored device, within a preset time period (if the monitored terminal encrypts the message and then sends the message, the monitored terminal needs to decrypt the message, and the encryption and decryption modes can be preset), which indicates that the monitored person has successfully reached the preset environment range within the preset time period.
In this embodiment, an environment WIFI list within a preset environment range is obtained, where the preset environment range corresponds to a preset time period; receiving a target selection instruction sent by a guardian, and determining one or more target WIFI access points from the environmental WIFI list based on the target selection instruction; sending the related information of one or more target WIFI access points to monitored equipment used by a monitored person; and when a prompt message sent by the monitored equipment is received in the preset time period, outputting the prompt message, wherein the prompt message contains the current position information of the monitored person. Through the mode, the target WIFI access point which is required to be accessed within the preset time period and the preset environment range is preset for the monitored device through the guardian terminal, and the monitored device can feed back the prompt message to the guardian terminal only when the specified WIFI access point is accessed, so that the monitored device can successfully reach the preset environment range within the preset time period if the guardian terminal receives the prompt message within the preset time period, the guardian can timely know the behavior trend of the monitored device, an efficient and convenient monitoring channel is provided for the guardian, and the technical problem that the intelligent device used by the existing student is difficult to assist the guardian of the student to monitor the student is solved.
Further, based on the third embodiment shown in fig. 3, a fourth embodiment of the monitoring method based on a wireless network according to the present invention is provided. In this embodiment, after step S300, the method further includes:
when the prompt message sent by the monitored equipment is not received within the preset time period, monitoring alarm information is generated, and abnormal position information of the monitored equipment at the moment is obtained through positioning;
and associating and outputting the monitoring alarm information and the abnormal position information.
In this embodiment, it may also be a case that the person under guardianship fails to reach the preset environment within the preset time period in reality. Take students as an example for study. When the student fails to arrive at the school at the preset arrival time, the guardian terminal cannot receive the prompt message fed back by the monitored device at the preset arrival time, when the preset arrival time is over, the guardian terminal automatically positions the geographical position of the monitored device at the moment, then generates abnormal position information, generates monitoring alarm information at the same time, and outputs the monitoring alarm information in association with the abnormal position information, and then the guardian terminal can track the positioning information of the monitored device in real time so that the guardian can timely master the abnormal movement of the monitored person.
Further, step S100 includes:
when the monitored equipment is detected to be located in the preset environment range, a list acquisition instruction is sent to the monitored equipment;
receiving a current WIFI list fed back by the monitored equipment based on the list acquisition instruction, and taking the current WIFI list as the environment WIFI list.
In this embodiment, the method is a remote setting method, and is suitable for a situation where a guardian cannot go directly to a preset environment range. After the person under guardianship reaches the preset environment range for the first time, the guardian terminal is positioned to the monitored equipment to enter the preset environment range, and an acquisition request of a WIFI list is sent to the monitored equipment. And after receiving the request, the monitored equipment feeds the current WIFI list information in the environment range back to the monitor terminal. And the monitor terminal displays the current WIFI list information after receiving the current WIFI list information so that the monitor can remotely select the target WIFI access point.
Further, the target selection instruction comprises a first selection instruction or a second selection instruction,
the step of determining one or more target WIFI access points from the environmental WIFI list based on the target selection instruction comprises:
based on the first selection instruction, each WIFI access point in the environment WIFI list is used as the target WIFI access point; or the like, or, alternatively,
and selecting a specified WIFI access point in the environmental WIFI list as the target WIFI access point based on the second selection instruction.
In this embodiment, two ways of setting a target WIFI access point are provided for the guardian. Firstly, in a single setting mode, a guardian can select only one WIFI access point in an environment WIFI list in a preset environment range as a target WIFI access point; and secondly, monitoring all available WIFI access points which can be summarized by an environment WIFI list in a preset environment range by a plurality of setting modes to serve as target WIFI access points. The setting mode is to avoid the problems of WIFI access point failure which may be encountered in single setting, or network speed which is caused by too many networking accounts accessed at the same time, and the like.
The embodiment further positions the actual position of the person under guardianship in time and gives an alarm in time when the guardian terminal does not receive the prompt message within the preset time period, so that the guardian can know the abnormal behavior condition of the person under guardianship in time; the method has the advantages that convenience is brought to the monitoring operation of the guardian by providing the guardian with a mode of remotely setting the target WIFI access point; the number of target WIFI access points which can be set is not limited, so that the guardian can flexibly set the number of the target WIFI access points in the same time period and the same environment range according to actual requirements.
The invention also provides a monitoring system based on the wireless network. The monitoring system based on the wireless network comprises a guardian terminal and a monitored device used by a monitored person, and the monitoring system based on the wireless network realizes the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a guardian terminal obtains an environment WIFI list in a preset environment range, wherein the preset environment range corresponds to a preset time period;
the guardian terminal receives a target selection instruction sent by a guardian, and determines one or more target WIFI access points from the environment WIFI list based on the target selection instruction;
the guardian terminal sends the related information of one or more target WIFI access points to the monitored equipment;
the monitored equipment acquires a connectable WIFI list under the current environment within a preset time period;
when one or more target WIFI access points in the preset environment range exist in the WIFI list, the monitored equipment selects one target WIFI access point in the preset environment range to carry out wireless network connection;
the monitored equipment acquires current position information, generates a prompt message containing the current position information, and sends the prompt message to a monitor terminal by using a wireless network;
and the guardian terminal outputs the prompt message when receiving the prompt message sent by the monitored equipment within a preset time period.
As shown in fig. 4, the present invention further provides a monitoring device based on a wireless network, wherein the monitoring device based on a wireless network is disposed on a monitored device used by a monitored person, and the monitoring device based on a wireless network comprises:
the target network connection module 10 is configured to search a target WIFI access point within a preset environment range for connection within a preset time period, where the target WIFI access point is a WIFI access point which is specified by the guardian terminal in advance for the monitored device and corresponds to the preset time period;
a prompt message sending module 20, configured to obtain current location information of the monitored device, generate a prompt message containing the current location information, and send the prompt message to a monitor terminal by using a wireless network.
As shown in fig. 5, the present invention further provides a monitoring device based on a wireless network, wherein the monitoring device based on a wireless network is disposed at a guardian terminal, and the monitoring device based on a wireless network comprises:
the environment list acquiring module 100 is configured to acquire an environment WIFI list within a preset environment range, where the preset environment range corresponds to a preset time period;
a target network designation module 200, configured to receive a target selection instruction sent by a guardian, and determine one or more target WIFI access points from the environmental WIFI list based on the target selection instruction;
a related information sending module 300, configured to send related information of one or more target WIFI access points to a monitored device used by a monitored person;
a prompt message output module 400, configured to output a prompt message when receiving the prompt message sent by the monitored device within the preset time period, where the prompt message includes current location information of the monitored person.
The invention also provides a monitoring device based on the wireless network.
The wireless network-based monitoring device comprises: a guardian terminal and/or a guarded device, the wireless network-based monitoring device comprising: a processor, a memory and a wireless network based monitoring program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, wherein the wireless network based monitoring program when executed by the processor implements the steps of the wireless network based monitoring method as described above.
The method for implementing the monitoring program based on the wireless network when executed can refer to each embodiment of the monitoring method based on the wireless network of the present invention, and details thereof are not repeated herein.
The invention also provides a computer readable storage medium.
The computer readable storage medium of the present invention stores thereon a wireless network based monitoring program, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the wireless network based monitoring method as described above.
The method implemented when the monitoring program based on the wireless network is executed may refer to various embodiments of the monitoring method based on the wireless network of the present invention, and details are not repeated herein.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or system that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or system. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or system that comprises the element.

Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Based on this understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) as described above and includes instructions for causing a wireless network-based monitoring device to perform the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A monitoring method based on a wireless network is characterized in that the monitoring method based on the wireless network is applied to a monitored device used by a monitored person, and comprises the following steps:
searching a target WIFI access point in a preset environment range for connection within a preset time period, wherein the target WIFI access point is a WIFI access point which is specified by a guardian terminal for the monitored equipment in advance and corresponds to the preset time period;
and acquiring the current position information of the monitored equipment, generating a prompt message containing the current position information, and sending the prompt message to a monitor terminal by using a wireless network.
2. The wireless network-based monitoring method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of searching for a target WIFI access point within a preset environmental range for connection within a preset time period comprises:
acquiring a connectable WIFI list under the current environment within a preset time period;
judging whether one or more target WIFI access points in a preset environment range exist in the WIFI list;
if one or more target WIFI access points in a preset environment range exist in the WIFI list, selecting one target WIFI access point to carry out wireless network connection;
after the step of judging whether one or more target WIFI access points within a preset environment range exist in the WIFI list, the method further includes:
and if any target WIFI access point in the preset environment range does not exist in the WIFI list, generating and outputting prompt information of WIFI abnormal connection.
3. The wireless network-based monitoring method of claim 1, wherein the steps of obtaining current location information of the monitored device, generating a prompt message containing the current location information, and sending the prompt message to the guardian terminal by using the wireless network comprise:
acquiring current position information of the monitored equipment, encrypting the current position information, and generating the prompt message based on the encrypted current position information;
and sending the prompt message to a cloud server by using a wireless network so that the cloud server can send the prompt message to the guardian terminal.
4. A monitoring method based on a wireless network is characterized in that the monitoring method based on the wireless network is applied to a guardian terminal, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring an environment WIFI list in a preset environment range, wherein the preset environment range corresponds to a preset time period;
receiving a target selection instruction sent by a guardian, and determining one or more target WIFI access points from the environmental WIFI list based on the target selection instruction;
sending the related information of one or more target WIFI access points to monitored equipment used by a monitored person;
and when a prompt message sent by the monitored equipment is received in the preset time period, outputting the prompt message, wherein the prompt message contains the current position information of the monitored person.
5. The wireless network-based monitoring method of claim 4, wherein after the step of sending information related to one or more of the target WIFI access points to a monitored device used by a monitored person, the method further comprises:
when the prompt message sent by the monitored equipment is not received within the preset time period, monitoring alarm information is generated, and abnormal position information of the monitored equipment at the moment is obtained through positioning;
and associating and outputting the monitoring alarm information and the abnormal position information.
6. The wireless network-based monitoring method according to claim 4, wherein the step of obtaining the environmental WIFI list within the preset environmental range includes:
when the monitored equipment is detected to be located in the preset environment range, a list acquisition instruction is sent to the monitored equipment;
receiving a current WIFI list fed back by the monitored equipment based on the list acquisition instruction, and taking the current WIFI list as the environment WIFI list.
7. The wireless network-based monitoring method of claim 4, wherein the target selection instruction comprises a first selection instruction or a second selection instruction,
the step of determining one or more target WIFI access points from the environmental WIFI list based on the target selection instruction comprises:
based on the first selection instruction, each WIFI access point in the environment WIFI list is used as the target WIFI access point; or the like, or, alternatively,
and selecting a specified WIFI access point in the environmental WIFI list as the target WIFI access point based on the second selection instruction.
8. A monitoring system based on a wireless network is characterized in that the monitoring system based on the wireless network comprises a guardian terminal and a monitored device used by a monitored person, and the monitoring system based on the wireless network realizes the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a guardian terminal obtains an environment WIFI list in a preset environment range, wherein the preset environment range corresponds to a preset time period;
the guardian terminal receives a target selection instruction sent by a guardian, and determines one or more target WIFI access points from the environment WIFI list based on the target selection instruction;
the guardian terminal sends the related information of one or more target WIFI access points to the monitored equipment;
searching the target WIFI access point in a preset environment range for connection by the monitored equipment within a preset time period;
the monitored equipment acquires current position information, generates a prompt message containing the current position information, and sends the prompt message to a monitor terminal by using a wireless network;
and the guardian terminal outputs the prompt message when receiving the prompt message sent by the monitored equipment within a preset time period.
9. A wireless network-based monitoring device, the wireless network-based monitoring device comprising: a guardian terminal and/or a guarded device, the wireless network-based monitoring device comprising: memory, processor and a wireless network based monitoring program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor implements the steps of the method according to any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a wireless network-based monitoring program, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
