In the existing actual operation process, the thrust sleeve is newly manufactured, the rotating hub is detached from old equipment, and a threaded mounting hole in the rotating hub is not manufactured according to the drawing, so that errors occur in connection with the thrust sleeve. The limit is that the measuring equipment cannot perform detection when the rotating hub is installed on the frame and the measuring position is about 3 meters away from the ground.
According to the stress requirement, 8M 8 bolts must be installed on the rotating hub and the thrust sleeve, and the installation of the rotating hub and the thrust sleeve fails as long as one of the threaded installation holes does not correspond to the other threaded installation hole. The length of the hub itself is 8000mm, the maximum outer diameter is 1180mm, and the weight is up to 32 tons, which is a high cost if the threaded mounting holes on the hub are considered to be repaired or corrected.

the distance S between two adjacent bolts 3 and the distance L between each bolt 3 and the stick 2 are measured, and L is the distance between the outer circle of the head of the bolt and the outer circle of the stick 2.
