手工皂是使用天然油脂和碱液经皂化、固化、熟成后制成的天然植物皂。手工皂常用的油脂有橄榄油、棕榈油、椰子油等,另外还可以根据个人喜好和目的,加入不同添加物,如牛乳、精油、竹炭、花草等。手工皂含有甘油,可在肌肤角质层形成一层保护膜,保留肌肤水分。手工皂不仅具有清洁功能,还满足了消费者祛痘消炎、滋养抗敏、补水保湿、美白淡斑等个性需求。
ZL 201810786088.2提供了一种纯天然保湿祛痘手工皂,其重量配比为:乳木果油和/或甜杏仁油和/或澳洲坚果油20~30份,橄榄油和/或葡萄籽油和/或芝麻油41~45份,椰子油和/或鳄梨油和/或荷荷巴油20~30份,茶树精油和/或薰衣草精油和/或罗文莎叶精油1.5~3份,白柳皮精华和/或天然水杨酸0.5~1份,蓝桉叶油和/或绿花白千层精油和/或欧白芷精油0.1~0.5份。
目前,市售手工皂主要为冷制皂,制作过程中使用减碱或超脂方法控制碱量,以使手工皂更加温和。但是这样的肥皂容易发生酸败,保质期较短,影响消费者使用。另外,冷制皂脱膜后需熟成5~8周,时间较久。
因此解决上述问题是手工皂生产的技术关键,对扩大手工皂市场具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题的提供一种不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂,所述不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂的原料由以下质量份的成分组成:
橄榄油20~30份、椰子油25~40份、乳木果油30~45份、葡萄籽油5~10份、荷荷巴油3~7份、蜂蜡8~15份、绵羊油20~25份、氢氧化钠15~22份、纯净水35~52份、精油1~2份、透明质酸钠0.02~0.08份、白芷提取物0.5~1份、白茯苓提取物0.5~1份、亚微米珍珠粉5~10份、竹叶抗氧化物0.02~0.08。
作为本发明的不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂的改进:
所述精油为桂花精油、洋甘菊精油、金盏花精油、玫瑰精油、茉莉精油、薰衣草精油、橙花精油、茶树精油中的至少一种(一种或多种)。
作为本发明的不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂的进一步改进:
以橄榄油、椰子油、乳木果油、葡萄籽油、荷荷巴油、蜂蜡、绵羊油之和作为基础油;
使用的氢氧化钠量为按照基础油皂化价计算所需氢氧化钠总量的95%~98%。
作为本发明的不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂的进一步改进:
所述的白芷提取物、白茯苓提取物是:将白芷/白茯苓分别与50%乙醇溶液按料液比1g:10~15ml混合,超声辅助提取2~3h,过滤得到提取液,浓缩干燥,从而分别制得白芷提取物/白茯苓提取物。
作为本发明的不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂的进一步改进:
竹叶抗氧化物符合GB 30615-2014,总黄酮含量≥10%(质量%)。
作为本发明的不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂的进一步改进:
所述不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂的原料由以下质量份的成分组成:
桂花精油1份、橄榄油25份、椰子油35份、乳木果油45份、葡萄籽油5份、荷荷巴油7份、蜂蜡10份、绵羊油20份、氢氧化钠19.3份、纯净水45份、透明质酸钠0.05份、白芷提取物0.8份、白茯苓提取物0.8份、亚微米珍珠粉8份、竹叶抗氧化物0.05份。
在本发明:亚微米珍珠粉是粒径100nm~1μm的珍珠粉。
本发明还同时提供了上述精油保湿美白手工皂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混合油脂:
将橄榄油、椰子油、乳木果油、葡萄籽油、荷荷巴油、蜂蜡和绵羊油按配比混合,加热至40~50℃,搅拌混匀,得混合油脂;
(2)配制碱液:
将氢氧化钠加入(缓慢加入)纯净水中,搅拌至完全溶解,得碱液;
(3)混合碱液和油脂:
将38~42℃的碱液倒入(缓缓倒入)40~42℃混合油脂中,于40~42℃充分搅拌混匀(搅拌时间约为25~35min);直至获得黏稠的皂液;
(4)加入添加物:
将精油、透明质酸、白芷提取物、白茯苓提取物、亚微米珍珠粉和竹叶抗氧化物加入至38~42℃皂液,保温搅拌混合均匀(至黏稠状,表面可留下8字划痕);
(5)将步骤(4)所得物入模脱模熟制,得精油保湿美白手工皂。
作为本发明的精油保湿美白手工皂的制备方法的改进,步骤5)为:
将步骤(4)所得物倒入模具;38~42℃皂化成型,2~3天后脱模;将待熟成的手工皂置于避光恒温恒湿箱,3~5周后即得作为成品的精油保湿美白手工皂。
作为本发明的精油保湿美白手工皂的制备方法的进一步改进,步骤5)的恒温恒湿为:温度38~42℃,相对湿度55~60%。
本发明在基础油中添加了精油、透明质酸钠、白芷提取物、白茯苓提取物和亚微米珍珠粉,利用冷制法,过程中采取减碱法,同时添加竹叶抗氧化物,制成具有保湿美白、改善肤质、不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术优势:
1、添加了精油、透明质酸钠、白芷提取物、白茯苓提取物和亚微米珍珠粉,制成的手工皂具有保湿美白作用;
2、加入竹叶抗氧化物,与其余原料发挥协同增效的作用,防止油脂酸败,弥补了减碱冷制皂的缺点;
3、改变了熟成条件,将冷制皂置于恒温恒湿箱中熟成,加速了手工皂的熟成。
综上所述,本发明设定了特定的配方和制备方法,最终制备获得不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
以下案例中:
白芷提取物的制备方法为:将白芷与50%乙醇溶液按料液比1g:15ml混合,超声(温度40℃,频率40KHz,功率1000W)辅助提取3h,过滤,得到提取液,浓缩干燥(提取液先浓缩至为原体积的5%,再-80℃冷冻干燥24h),得白芷提取物。
白茯苓提取物的制备方法为:将白芷与50%乙醇溶液按料液比1g:15ml混合,超声(温度40℃,频率40KHz,功率1000W)辅助提取3h,过滤,得到提取液,浓缩干燥(提取液先浓缩至为原体积的5%,再-80℃冷冻干燥24h),得白茯苓提取物。
亚微米珍珠粉是粒径满足100nm~1μm的珍珠粉。
竹叶抗氧化物符合GB 30615-2014,总黄酮含量≥10%(质量%)。
实施例1:桂花精油保湿美白手工皂制备:
桂花精油保湿美白手工皂原料的原料由以下质量份的成分组成:桂花精油1份、橄榄油25份、椰子油35份、乳木果油45份、葡萄籽油5份、荷荷巴油7份、蜂蜡10份、绵羊油20份、氢氧化钠19.3份、纯净水45份、透明质酸钠0.05份、白芷提取物0.8份、白茯苓提取物0.8份、亚微米珍珠粉8份、竹叶抗氧化物0.05份。
以橄榄油、椰子油、乳木果油、葡萄籽油、荷荷巴油、蜂蜡、绵羊油之和作为基础油;本实施例1中使用的氢氧化钠量为按照基础油皂化价计算所需氢氧化钠总量的95%。
制备方法为依次进行以下步骤:
(1)混合油脂:
将橄榄油、椰子油、乳木果油、葡萄籽油、荷荷巴油、蜂蜡和绵羊油按配比混合,加热至40~50℃,搅拌混匀,得混合油脂;
(2)配制碱液:
将氢氧化钠加入(缓慢加入)纯净水中,搅拌至完全溶解,得碱液;
(3)混合碱液和油脂:
将38~42℃的碱液倒入(缓缓倒入)40~42℃混合油脂中,于40~42℃保温充分搅拌混匀,搅拌时间约为30min,获得黏稠的皂液;
(4)加入添加物:
将精油(桂花精油)、透明质酸、白芷提取物、白茯苓提取物、亚微米珍珠粉和竹叶抗氧化物加入至38~42℃皂液,保温搅拌混合均匀(约10min),此时,所得物为黏稠状,表面可留下8字划痕。
(5)将步骤(4)所得物入模脱模熟制,得精油保湿美白手工皂,具体如下:
将步骤(4)所得物倒入模具;38~42℃皂化成型,3天后脱模;将待熟成的手工皂置于温度38~42℃,湿度55~60%的避光恒温恒湿箱,4周后即得作为成品的精油保湿美白手工皂。
对比例1-1:取消实施例1中桂花精油、透明质酸、白芷提取物、白茯苓提取物和亚微米珍珠粉的使用,其余等同于实施例1。
对比例1-2:将实施例1中的“桂花精油1份、透明质酸钠0.05份、白芷提取物0.8份、白茯苓提取物0.8份、亚微米珍珠粉8份”改成“桂花精油2份、透明质酸钠0.1份、白芷提取物1.6份、白茯苓提取物1.6份、亚微米珍珠粉16份”,其余等同于实施例1。
对比例1-3:取消实施例1中竹叶抗氧化物的使用,其余等同于实施例1。
对比例1-4:将实施例1中的“竹叶抗氧化物0.05份”改成“竹叶抗氧化物1份”,其余等同于实施例1。
对比例1-5:实施例1的手工皂熟成改为避光通风,其余等同于实施例1。
即,步骤5)为:将待熟成的手工皂置于避光通风处(室温一般为20~25℃),5周后得作为成品的精油保湿美白手工皂。
对比例1-6、改成减碱方法控制碱量,即,氢氧化钠的量由“19.3份”改成“18.3份”,此时,使用的氢氧化钠量为按照基础油皂化价计算所需氢氧化钠总量的90%。且,手工皂熟成改为如同对比例1-5所述的避光通风,4周后得作为成品的精油保湿美白手工皂。
实验1:
桂花精油保湿美白手工皂的美白保湿实验:
80名志愿者(基本条件类似)随机分成4组,分别使用实施例1、对比例1-1和对比例1-2的手工皂,设置对照组(不使用手工皂),每天早晚洗脸各使用一次,每次使用0.5g,连续使用4周,用皮肤分析仪测定使用者脸部的白皙度、水分、油脂和弹性,结果如表1所示。

注:同一列不同字母表示存在显著差异(p<0.05)。
使用实施例1手工皂4周后,脸部的白皙度、水分和弹性值显著增加,油脂值显著降低,且效果显著优于对比例1-1,对比例1-2增加了成本,但是效果反而略不如实施例1。因此,说明:实施例1桂花精油保湿美白手工皂的保湿美白和改善肤质效果最佳。
实验2:桂花精油保湿美白手工皂的酸价测定:
将实施例1、对比例1-3、对比例1-4、对比例1-6的手工皂贮藏于密闭恒温恒湿箱,温度为50℃,湿度为65%,氧气浓度为35%,分别于贮藏0、3和6个月时取样5g,按照GB5009.229-2016第一法测定样品酸价,结果以计每克肥皂消耗的氢氧化钾量计(mg KOH/g),测定结果如表2所示。

实施例1手工皂置于促氧化条件下3和6个月后,酸价增加分别为0.05和0.09mgKOH/g。对比例1-3手工皂未添加竹叶抗氧化物,贮藏3和6个月后,酸价显著高于实施例1,表明对比例1-3手工皂更易氧化。对比例1-4增加了成本,但是手工皂酸价与实施例1无显著差异。对比例1-6存在的缺陷是碱量减少过多,剩余油脂容易氧化酸败。
试验结果表明按照本发明制备的实施例1桂花精油保湿美白手工皂不易氧化,且效果最佳。
实验3、桂花精油保湿美白手工皂的pH值测定:
实施例1和对比例1-5、对比例1-6的手工皂分别熟成3周、4周和5周后,取1g皂屑溶于10mL纯净水,用pH计测定皂液pH,结果如表3所示。

实施例1手工皂熟成3、4和5周后,pH值分别为9.1、7.9和7.4,熟成4周后pH降低至8.0以下,手工皂较温和。对比例1-5手工皂熟成3、4和5周后,pH值分别为10.2、9.3和8.2,pH降低至8.0以下需要超过5周的时间,即熟成至少需要超过5周的时间。对比例1-6存在的缺陷是:虽然熟成时间基本等同于本发明,可是容易氧化酸败。
试验结果表明按照本发明制备的实施例1桂花精油保湿美白手工皂熟成时间明显缩短。
最后,还需要注意的是,以上列举的仅是本发明的若干个具体实施例。显然,本发明不限于以上实施例,还可以有许多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂,其特征在于,所述不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂的原料由以下质量份的成分组成:
橄榄油20~30份、椰子油25~40份、乳木果油30~45份、葡萄籽油5~10份、荷荷巴油3~7份、蜂蜡8~15份、绵羊油20~25份、氢氧化钠15~22份、纯净水35~52份、精油1~2份、透明质酸钠0.02~0.08份、白芷提取物0.5~1份、白茯苓提取物0.5~1份、亚微米珍珠粉5~10份、竹叶抗氧化物0.02~0.08份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂,其特征在于:
所述精油为桂花精油、洋甘菊精油、金盏花精油、玫瑰精油、茉莉精油、薰衣草精油、橙花精油、茶树精油中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂,其特征在于:以橄榄油、椰子油、乳木果油、葡萄籽油、荷荷巴油、蜂蜡、绵羊油之和作为基础油;
使用的氢氧化钠量为按照基础油皂化价计算所需氢氧化钠总量的95%~98%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂,其特征在于,所述白芷提取物、白茯苓提取物是:将白芷/白茯苓分别与50%乙醇溶液按料液比1g:10~15ml混合,超声辅助提取2~3h,过滤得到提取液,浓缩干燥,从而分别制得白芷提取物/白茯苓提取物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂,其特征在于:
竹叶抗氧化物的总黄酮含量≥10%。
6.根据权利要求4所述的不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂,其特征在于:所述不易氧化的精油保湿美白手工皂的原料由以下质量份的成分组成:
桂花精油1份、橄榄油25份、椰子油35份、乳木果油45份、葡萄籽油5份、荷荷巴油7份、蜂蜡10份、绵羊油20份、氢氧化钠19.3份、纯净水45份、透明质酸钠0.05份、白芷提取物0.8份、白茯苓提取物0.8份、亚微米珍珠粉8份、竹叶抗氧化物0.05份。
7.如权利要求1~6任一所述的精油保湿美白手工皂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)混合油脂:
将橄榄油、椰子油、乳木果油、葡萄籽油、荷荷巴油、蜂蜡和绵羊油按配比混合,加热至40~50℃,搅拌混匀,得混合油脂;
(2)配制碱液:
将氢氧化钠加入纯净水中,搅拌至完全溶解,得碱液;
(3)混合碱液和油脂:
将38~42℃的碱液倒入40~42℃混合油脂中,于40~42℃保温搅拌混匀,获得黏稠的皂液;
(4)加入添加物:
将精油、透明质酸、白芷提取物、白茯苓提取物、亚微米珍珠粉和竹叶抗氧化物加入至38~42℃皂液,保温搅拌混合均匀;
(5)将步骤(4)所得物入模脱模熟制,得精油保湿美白手工皂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的精油保湿美白手工皂的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤5)为:
将步骤(4)所得物倒入模具;38~42℃皂化成型,2~3天后脱模;将待熟成的手工皂置于避光恒温恒湿箱,3~5周后即得作为成品的精油保湿美白手工皂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的精油保湿美白手工皂的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤5)的恒温恒湿为:温度38~42℃,湿度55~60%。
