The stirrer 100 is arranged in the pre-decoloring area 25 and the re-decoloring area 26, the stirrer 100 comprises a driving device 103, a connecting rod 102 and stirring blades 101, the stirring blades 101 are connected to the connecting rod 102, the connecting rod 102 is connected with the driving device 103, and the driving device 103 is fixed on the decoloring tank body 24 and is connected with an external power supply of the decoloring tank body 24.

the purification system comprises a decolorizing tank (5), one side of the decolorizing tank (5) is connected with the vacuum drying tower (4), the other side of the decolorizing tank is connected with a disc filter (6), one side of the disc filter (6) away from the decolorizing tank (5) is connected with a deacidification tank (7), and one side of the deacidification tank away from the disc filter (6) is connected with a deodorization tank (8);

the decoloring tank (5) comprises a decoloring tank body (24), and a pre-decoloring area (25) and a re-decoloring area (26) are arranged in the decoloring tank body (24); the decolorizing tank body (24) is provided with a decolorizing oil inlet pipe (27), the decolorizing oil inlet pipe (27) penetrates through the tank body (24) and is communicated with the pre-decolorizing area (25), the decolorizing tank body (24) is also provided with a first feeding pipe (28) and a second feeding pipe (29), and the first feeding pipe (28) is communicated with the pre-decolorizing area (25); the second feeding pipe (29) is communicated with the re-decoloring area (26), the pre-decoloring area (25) is communicated with the re-decoloring area (26) through a first oil conveying pipe (30), an oil pumping pipe (31) is arranged at the lower part of the tank body (24), and the oil pumping pipe (31) is communicated with the re-decoloring area (26); a heating rod and an exhaust valve are arranged in the re-color removing zone (26), the exhaust valve is arranged on the tank body (24) in a penetrating way, and the heating rod is fixed on the inner wall of the tank body (24) and connected with an external power supply;
the oil melting pot comprises an oil melting tank (10), wherein supporting boxes (11) are fixedly arranged at two ends of the oil melting tank (10), a generator (12) is fixedly arranged in the supporting boxes (11), the generator (12) is connected with a transmission device (13), the transmission device (13) is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a stirring device (14), a heating oil layer (15) is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the oil melting tank (10), a heating block (16) is fixedly arranged in the heating oil layer (15), the heating block (16) is electrically connected with the generator (12), and a smoking device (17) is arranged above the oil melting tank.

5. A process for producing an animal fat refining device according to claim 4, comprising:
step A: introducing animal fat raw materials into an oil melting pot through a gear pump to heat and melt oil, and filtering liquid animal fat through bag type filtration and impurity filtering;
and (B) step (B): introducing the animal fat after impurity removal into a vacuum drying tower to remove water and gas contained in the animal fat;
step C: introducing the dehydrated and degassed oil into a decolorizing tank, adding carclazyte for decolorizing, and separating oil and residue by a centrifuge after decolorizing is completed to obtain decolorized animal fat and spent carclazyte; wherein:
the decolorizer enters a pre-decolorized area through a first feeding pipe, grease contacts the decolorizer in the pre-decolorized area, adsorption balance is established between the pre-decolorized area and the decolorizer, after partial pigment is adsorbed by the decolorizer, the grease enters a re-decolorized area through a pipeline, adsorption balance is established again between the re-decolorized area and the decolorizer entering the re-decolorized area from a second feeding pipe, most of the pigment in the grease is removed, and the decolorized grease is pumped out through an oil pumping pipe;
firstly, exhausting air of the re-decoloring area through an exhaust valve to enable the re-decoloring area to reach a vacuum state, and at the moment, grease cannot be oxidized by the air; the decoloring agent plays a maximum decoloring effect through the powerful stirring of the stirrer and the temperature control of the heating rod on the grease;
step D: introducing the decolorized animal fat into a deacidification tower for treatment to obtain refined animal fat;
step E: introducing the refined animal fat into a kneader for quenching and kneading to obtain finished refined animal fat;
step F: and packaging the finished refined animal fat by a filling machine, and warehousing the finished product after inspection.
