Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail and specifically with reference to the following examples so as to facilitate the understanding of the present invention, but the following examples do not limit the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment discloses an automatic bottle opener, which comprises a box body 1 and a box cover 2. The box cover 2 is hinged with the box body 1. The box body 1 and the box cover 2 are respectively provided with a first groove 11 and a second groove 21 for accommodating the bottle body and the bottle cover.
The bottom of the first groove 11 is provided with a rotary disc 12 for driving the bottle body to rotate and a power mechanism 13 for driving the rotary disc 12 to rotate. The top of the rotary table 12 and the bottom of the second groove 21 are both provided with anti-slip pads 3. The power mechanism 13 includes a motor 131, a driving gear 132, a toothed belt 133, and a driven gear 134. The driven gear 134 is arranged at the bottom of the turntable 12, the driving gear 132 is arranged at the output shaft of the motor 131, and the toothed belt 133 is connected with the driving gear 132 and the driven gear 134.
The number of the first grooves 11, the second grooves 21 and the turntables 12 is multiple, and the grooves are orderly arrayed. The driven gear 134 is disposed at the bottom of each row of the rotating discs 12 and is driven by a motor 131 and its corresponding driving assembly.
The front ends of the box body 1 and the box cover 2 are provided with buckles 4. When the box cover 2 is covered on the box body 1, the buckle 4 locks the box cover 2 and the box body 1, so that the bottom of the second groove 21 and the rotary disc 12 are tightly pressed at the top and the bottom of the sample injection small bottle, and the bottle opening effect is achieved through the rotation of the rotary disc 12.
The buckle 4 comprises a hook 41 arranged at the front end of the case cover 2 and a clamping groove 42 arranged on the case body 1. The hook 41 is provided with a protrusion 411. An electromagnetic lock structure 43 is arranged in the clamping groove 42. The electromagnetic lock 43 includes an electromagnet 431, a catching member 432 catching the hook 41, and a spring 433. The middle of the clip member 432 is provided with a through hole 434 for receiving the hook 41 to pass through. The electromagnet 431 and the spring 433 are respectively arranged on two sides of the clamping piece 432. When the electromagnet 431 is electrified, the clamping piece 432 is pulled to one side, so that the clamping piece 432 clamps the protrusion 411 to complete locking; when the electromagnet 431 is powered off, the spring 433 pulls the clamping piece 432 to the other side, so that the buckle 4 is unlocked.
The back of the box body 1 is provided with a power interface 5, and the front is provided with a control button 6. Example 2
The embodiment discloses an automatic bottle opener. This embodiment adds a medicine dispensing tray 7 to embodiment 1.
The medicine placing tray 7 is provided with an opening hole 71 corresponding to the position of the first groove 11. The medicine placing tray 7 is of a double-layer structure, and a clamping piece 72 for clamping the bottleneck of a sample injection vial is arranged in the space between the two layers. The clamping pieces 72 are arranged at the positions of the holes 71, the tail end of each clamping piece 72 is provided with a connecting rod 73, and the connecting rod 73 and the clamping pieces 72 are pushed by a sliding block 74 to complete clamping and releasing actions. The end of the slider 74 is also provided with a spring 75 for urging the slider 74 to return.
The box body 1 is provided with a projection 14 for pushing the slider 74.
In use, the present embodiment places the drug placing tray 7 on the box body 1, compresses the drug placing tray 7, and covers the box cover 2. The left slider 74 slides downwards, the right slider 74 slides upwards and drives the clamping pieces 72 to separate, and then the motor 131 starts to work to perform the bottle opening action. After the bottle is opened, the box cover 2 is opened to take out the drug-placing tray 7, the slide block 74 is reset under the pushing of the spring 75, and the clamping piece 72 restores to clamp the sample-feeding vial again. So that all sample vials can be removed uniformly.

the box and the box cover front end are provided with buckles, when the box cover covers the box body, the box cover and the box body are locked by the buckles, the bottom of the second groove and the rotary disc are tightly pressed at the top and the bottom of the bottle, and the bottle opening effect is achieved through rotation of the rotary disc.
