The saddle drill rod frame hoisting and moving machine 5 mainly comprises a frame body, a cross arm assembly, a vertical arm assembly, a positioning and clamping device at the lower part and a power system.
And a saddle drill rod positioning and mounting machine 6 is arranged between the second saddle drill rod conveying and positioning line 4 and the saddle drill rod seat positioning and conveying line 1, the saddle drill rod positioning and mounting machine 6 is provided with a saddle mounting mechanical arm, a saddle mounting mechanism and a saddle drill rod positioning and mounting machine power system, and the saddle on the second saddle drill rod conveying and positioning line 4 is conveyed back to the saddle drill rod seat.

The saddle drill positioning attachment machine 6 may in some embodiments further comprise suction means and/or fall arrest means.
The tightening module comprises a buckle mounting manipulator 7 for automatically mounting the buckle to a drill rod at the lower part of the saddle. The buckle mounting manipulator 7 is mainly of a mechanical arm structure and clamps the buckle and mounts the buckle on a drill rod at the lower part of the saddle.

The buckle arranging and positioning conveying line 8 comprises a feeding conveying belt, a direct vibration conveying belt, a PVC conveying belt, a vision system, a buckle placing platform, a buckle conveying chute and a buckle return belt which are sequentially installed. The automatic net hanging mechanical arm comprises a net hanging main body; the front part of the net hanging main body is provided with a net hanging cylinder, and the output end of the net hanging cylinder is connected with a net hook; the rear part of the net hanging main body is provided with a telescopic cylinder.

The net feeding system 10 includes a cart conveying line and a net feeding cart 11 mounted on the cart conveying line. And the net conveying trolley 11 is conveyed to or from a net hanging station through a trolley conveying line, so that net hanging operation is realized. The mesh conveying trolley mainly completes the conveying work of the mesh 18. Mainly comprises a frame body, a positioning device, a pedal, a material distributing device and the like.
The dolly transfer chain is circulating conveying system, and circulating conveying system includes two sections transfer chains that set up side by side, module transfer chain 12 and chain transfer chain 13, installs a set of lift transfer chain 14 in module transfer chain 12 and the chain transfer chain 13 respectively. The module conveying line 12 mainly completes the functions of fine positioning and synchronous and accurate conveying of the net-feeding trolley and mainly comprises a module frame body, a transmission mechanism and a net-feeding trolley fine positioning device on the upper part; the lifting conveying line 14 mainly completes transition transmission work of different stations (module lines and chain lines), the station has a lifting function and a conveying function, and the lifting conveying line mainly comprises a frame body, a transverse transmission mechanism and a longitudinal lifting system; the chain conveying line 13 mainly completes conveying work of the mesh 18 trolley after installation, and mainly comprises a frame body and a transmission system.
The net conveying system 10 and the net conveying trolley 11 mainly complete conveying of the net sheets 18 and cooperate with net hanging work, firstly wait for installation of the proper net sheets 18 on the net conveying trolley at a lifting conveying line station below a chain conveying line, and after installation is completed, convey the net sheets to a second lifting conveying line position through the chain conveying line 13. After the lifting conveying line is lifted to a proper position, the net conveying trolley 11 is conveyed to a corresponding position of the module conveying line, and at the moment, the upper lifting conveying line of the module conveying line is in a lifting state and is at the same height as the lifting conveying line at the front end of the chain conveying line. After the saddle positioning and installation is completed, the saddle drill rod seat positioning conveying line 1 is operated to an automatic net hanging station, the saddle drill rod seat is positioned and selectively lifted to a proper position through an automatic net hanging machine 9, the net conveying system 10 sends the net 18 to the module conveying line 12, and the net 18 is installed on a fastener of the saddle drill rod seat drill rod through a lifting arm of the automatic net hanging machine 9 and the slow positioning movement of the module conveying line 12 at the tail end of a net hanging mechanism matched with the lower portion. After the net 18 is installed, the lifting mechanism is controlled to lower the saddle drill rod base to the height consistent with the height of the post-process, and then the saddle drill rod base is conveyed to the subsequent station.
