Claims (9)

1. The multistage rust remover for the construction steel bars is characterized by comprising a rust removing box (1), wherein steel bar feeding holes and steel bar discharging holes are formed in the side walls of two sides of a box body of the rust removing box (1);
and reinforcing steel bar conveying units are respectively arranged at two ends in the box body of the derusting box, and a physical derusting unit, a chemical derusting unit and a drying unit are sequentially arranged between the two reinforcing steel bar conveying units.
2. The multistage rust remover for construction steel bars according to claim 1, wherein the steel bar transporting unit comprises two conveying rollers (13) adjacently disposed in a vertical direction, wherein one conveying roller (13) is connected to the top end of the rust removing tank (1) via a support column (15); the other conveying roller (13) is connected with a partition plate (12) in the derusting box (1) through a supporting column (15); and the conveying roller (13) is connected with a first motor (14) in a key mode.

The multistage rust remover for construction steel bars according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the physical rust removing unit comprises two grinding rollers (21) adjacently disposed in a vertical direction and two grinding rollers (22) adjacently disposed in a horizontal direction, for grinding the upper and lower surfaces in the vertical direction and the both side surfaces in the horizontal direction of the steel bars to be treated, respectively;
wherein, a grinding wheel (21) is connected with the top end of the derusting box (1) through a connecting column (20); the other grinding wheel (21) is connected with a partition plate (12) in the derusting box (1) through a connecting column (20); the grinding wheel (21) is connected with a second motor (19) in a key way;
the two grinding rollers (22) are respectively connected with a third motor (23) key arranged on the lower side of the partition plate (12).
4. The multistage rust remover for construction steel bars as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chemical rust removing unit comprises: the device comprises a material box (3), a spray pipe (17), a nozzle (18), a collecting tank (7) and a filter screen (8);
the material tank (3) is connected with a nozzle (18) through a spray pipe (17), the collecting tank (7) is arranged below the nozzle (18), and a filter screen (8) is arranged at the top end of the collecting tank (7);
the reinforcement bars to be treated are located between the nozzle (18) and the collecting tank (7).
5. The multistage rust remover for construction steel bars according to claim 4, characterized in that the top end of the collecting tank (7) is also connected with a discharge pipe (24), and the end of the discharge pipe (24) is provided with a valve (6).
6. The multistage rust remover for construction steel bars according to claim 4, characterized in that a pressure pump (4) is further provided on the spray pipe (17).
7. The multistage rust remover for construction steel bars according to claim 1, wherein the drying unit comprises a hot air blower (9), an air guide pipe (10), an air guide cover (11) and a purification box (2);
the hot air blower (9) is communicated with an air guide cover (11) through an air guide pipe (10), the air guide cover (11) is positioned below the steel bar to be processed, and an air outlet of the air guide cover (11) is arranged upwards;
the purification box (2) is arranged at the top end of the rust removal box (1) and is communicated with the cavity of the rust removal box (1) through an exhaust hole (16); and the exhaust hole (16) is positioned above the air outlet of the air guide cover (11).
8. The multistage rust remover for construction steel bars according to claim 6, wherein an activated carbon mesh (25) is provided in the tank body of the purification tank (2).
9. The multistage rust remover for construction steel bars according to claim 6, wherein the hot air blower (9) is disposed at the bottom end of the body of the rust removing tank (1).
