It should be noted that, when the current production requirement is sized, the production length of the ribbed steel bar can be set by adopting an encoder automatic counting mode, and the automatic counting mode does not need human participation at all, so that the production efficiency of the product can be improved.
In addition, for the case that the required finished product is a disc-shaped ribbed steel bar, generally, the following can be set: the production length of the ribbed steel bar is multiple of the coil length of the coil steel bar, so that unnecessary waste of base metal can be avoided, and fine production can be realized.
