when the left side face needs to be used, as shown in the attached drawings 1, 4 and 6-8, the adjusting rod 15 is rotated, then the adjusting rod 15 is pulled outwards, so that the adjusting rod 15 is separated from the first mounting hole mechanism 13, then the main moxibustion box body 1 is turned over by 180 degrees, the adjusting rod 15 is inserted into the second mounting hole mechanism 14, the adjusting rod 15 and the second mounting hole mechanism 14 are connected in a clamping mode through the same operation mode, the second mounting hole mechanism 14 and the first mounting hole mechanism 13 are identical in structure, and therefore as shown in the attached drawing 10, the main moxibustion box body 1 and the auxiliary moxibustion box body 11 can be conveniently matched to be used for the left side face, and then the main moxibustion box body 1 and the auxiliary moxibustion box body 11 can be fixed and used in the same mode through the operation mode;
