技术领域
本发明涉及物联网领域,具体是一种用于微电网调度的温度监测***。
背景技术
在本发明之前已有不少关于温度远程测量和监控的设计,如利用GPRS实现远程测温的***、如在局域网环境内远程对仪器设备的测温***等等。近年来,物联网这一概念新起,本发明在这一新概念的基础上,基于ZigBee通讯协议,借助4个CC2530F256微控制器,将其中一个CC2530作为协调器,另外三个CC2530作为测温用的信号发送器,通过无线通讯,进行数据传输,大大降低了有线连接的复杂性和事故的发生率,利用联网技术将测温***与微电网调度的实际应用关联,因为在微电网调度过程中,需要对相关设备环境温度进行温度的监控,提高微电网调度的高效有序。
本发明提出的一种用于微电网调度的温度监测***,考虑到在目前形势下,微电网扮演了一个介于传统电网与未来智能电网的衔接者。微电网的发展,起源于在传统电网的供配电压力大、损耗高、成本多的现状下,越来越多的分布式电源接入大电网为其缓解压力,而分布式电源主要概括为35kV及以下的电源和储能装置,它们种类繁多、形式不一,这也就导致了事故的多发,而在微电网在调度过程中,为确保仪器设备的稳定运行,从设备工作温度入手进行温度监测,提高调度的效率和安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于微电网调度的温度监测***;该***通过对风机(WT)、光伏阵列(PV)、储能蓄电池(BESS)的设备环境温度监测,提升微电网调度的高效和安全,不仅将监测的温度实时反应在液晶显示器上,当监测温度超过已设定的阈值,中央处理器还会通过发送短信、蜂鸣器报警来提醒相关维修人员。
本发明实现发明目的采用如下技术方案:

作为优选,本发明提供的一种用于微电网调度的温度监测***,所述中央处理模块采用MSP430单片机,在3.6V的电压下工作,利用其精简指令集(RISC)结构下丰富的寻址方式和大量的模拟指令编制高效率的源程序,体现在采集实时温度并与其内部已设定好的安全阈值作对比,将计算到的温差分为0℃~5℃、5℃~10℃、10℃~∞℃三个类别,通过短信模块,当为第一类时发送“仪器环境温度为X,仪器处于正常运行的环境温度中”,当为第二类是发送“仪器环境温度温度为X,仪器环境运行的温度略高”,当为第三类是发送“仪器环境温度为X,仪器处于异常环境温度中,请检查”。
作为优选,本发明提供的一种用于微电网调度的温度监测***,所述信号收发模块为GSM短信模块,由GSM短信模块收发短信,将处理结果发送至定向目标用户。
作为优选,本发明提供的一种用于微电网调度的温度监测***,所述显示模块采用的是1602LCD显示屏,提高可视化程度,既美观又实用。
作为优选,本发明提供的一种用于微电网调度的温度监测***,所述监测模块采用的是CC2530F256微控制器搭载数字温度传感器DS18B20,通过ZigBee技术将监测数据以无线通讯形式发送至协调器模块,再通过协调器模块单总线与MSP430单片机相连,实现数据传输,***结构简单,抗感扰能力强,测温范围在-55℃~+125℃,能适应***需求。

本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果体现在:本发明针对当下微电网调度安全稳定的需求,专门设计出一套针对微电网调度的温度监测***,实现了自动短信警示功能和远程的温度监控。并且,将测温技术与物联网技术相结合,跳出了狭小空间的短距离监测,利用ZigBee技术,实现了无线数据传输,避免了复杂的长距离线路传输,避免了有线数据传输的事故。从精确度上,提高了工作人员对设备工作时运行的环境温度的实时掌控能力。在过去的远程测温技术的基础上,利用显示器使其将信息的及时显示可视化程度提高,美化和实用性兼得。此外,本发明因具备SIM800C短信提示功能和报警功能,从多方面对微电网调度进行安全系数的提升。

以下通过附图对本发明作进一步阐述,以使本发明的优点和特性能更易于被本领域技术人员理解。
如图1和图2所示,提供一种用于微电网调度的温度监测***,***中采用MSP430作为中央处理器,在3.6V的电压下工作,并利用其精简指令集(RISC)结构下丰富的寻址方式和大量的模拟指令编制高效率的源程序。采用SIM800C实现短信的收发、采用1602LCD显示屏进行测得温度的显示,通过监测模块的CC2530,将其搭载的DS18B20进行WT、PV、BESS的测温,所测数据通过无线通讯传入作为协调器的CC2530,再由协调器输入至中央处理器,实现测温功能。采用BJ-1K蜂鸣器报警,加强温度警示的效果。
如图3所示,一种用于微电网调度的温度监测***,其***逻辑流程图具体运行方式首先是采集实时温度并与内部设定的设备正常环境温度数据对比,将计算到的温差分为0℃~5℃、5℃~10℃、10℃~∞℃三个类别,通过短信模块,当为第一类时发送“仪器环境温度为X,仪器处于正常运行的环境温度中”,当为第二类是发送“仪器环境温度温度为X,仪器环境运行的温度略高”,当为第三类是发送“仪器环境温度为X,仪器处于异常环境温度中,请检查”。每间隔20min进行一次自动的短信提示,并在显示屏予以显示,并循环此逻辑步骤,当温差达到10℃~∞℃时,进行蜂鸣器报警。
