本发明涉及煤气燃烧技术领域,具体为一种燃多种低热值煤气燃烧装置,其结构布局简单紧凑,安全稳定性高,其包括转炉煤气管,转炉煤气管一端为连通炉膛的转炉煤气出气口、另一端设置有转炉煤气进气口,转炉煤气管内安装有支撑杆,支撑杆周围设置有一圈焦炉煤气管,焦炉煤气管一端贯穿转炉煤气进管并开设有焦炉煤气进气口、另一端连通炉膛并设置有焦炉煤气喷口,转炉煤气管外部套设有第一空气套管,第一空气套管外部套设有高炉煤气管,高炉煤气管外部套设有第二空气套管,转炉煤气出气口处、第一空气流道出气口处、高炉煤气流道出气口处、第二空气流道出气口处均设置有气旋流片。

技术领域
本发明涉及煤气燃烧技术领域,具体为一种燃多种低热值煤气燃烧装置。
背景技术
高炉煤气、转炉煤气、焦炉煤气是钢铁企业生产过程中副产的可燃气体,热值为700-4500kcal/Nm3,属于低热值煤气,可将煤气进入锅炉燃烧,用于钢铁企业自备电站供汽、供热。钢铁企业按生产工艺会产生多种煤气,有的煤气量较多,有的煤气量较少,如大部分的高炉煤气+部分转炉煤气+部分焦炉煤气,此时一个煤气锅炉需要燃烧多种煤气,有的煤气会时有时无,若对于每种煤气均配置各自的燃烧器,则锅炉炉膛上会开多孔,且部分停用时需防止烧坏,稳定性较差。
发明内容
为了解决现有因多种煤气燃烧需要导致燃烧器结构复杂,安全可靠性差的问题,本发明提供了一种燃多种低热值煤气燃烧装置,其结构布局简单紧凑,安全稳定性高。
其技术方案是这样的:一种燃多种低热值煤气燃烧装置,其特征在于,其包括转炉煤气管,所述转炉煤气管一端为连通炉膛的转炉煤气出气口、另一端设置有转炉煤气进气口,所述转炉煤气管内安装有支撑杆,所述支撑杆周围设置有一圈焦炉煤气管,所述焦炉煤气管一端贯穿所述转炉煤气进管并开设有焦炉煤气进气口、另一端连通所述炉膛并设置有焦炉煤气喷口,所述转炉煤气管外部套设有第一空气套管,所述第一空气套管外部套设有高炉煤气管,所述高炉煤气管外部套设有第二空气套管,所述第一空气套管内壁与所述转炉煤气管外壁形成第一空气流道,所述高炉煤气管内壁与所述第一空气套管外壁形成高炉煤气流道,所述第二空气套管内壁与所述高炉煤气管外壁形成第二空气流道,所述转炉煤气出气口处、第一空气流道出气口处、高炉煤气流道出气口处、第二空气流道出气口处均设置有气旋流片。
其进一步特征在于,所述高炉煤气管进气口与所述转炉煤气管进气口均朝上开设,所述第一空气套管与所述第二空气套管的进气口均朝下开设。
采用本发明后,高炉煤气、转炉煤气、焦炉煤气分别从不同的进气口进入燃烧器,第一空气流道和第二空气流道内送入空气,配合出气口处的旋流片,实现了旋流燃烧方式,适应不同煤气的燃烧,结构布局简单紧凑,提高了安全稳定性。

见图1所示,一种燃多种低热值煤气燃烧装置,其包括转炉煤气管1,转炉煤气管1一端为连通炉膛的转炉煤气出气口、另一端设置有转炉煤气进气口2,转炉煤气管1内安装有支撑杆3,支撑杆3周围设置有一圈焦炉煤气管4,焦炉煤气管4一端贯穿转炉煤气管1并开设有焦炉煤气进气口5、另一端连通炉膛并设置有焦炉煤气喷口6,转炉煤气管1外部套设有第一空气套管7,第一空气套管7外部套设有高炉煤气管8,高炉煤气管8外部套设有第二空气套管9,第一空气套管7内壁与转炉煤气管1外壁形成第一空气流道,高炉煤气管8内壁与第一空气套管7外壁形成高炉煤气流道,第二空气套管9内壁与高炉煤气管8外壁形成第二空气流道,转炉煤气出气口处、第一空气流道出气口处、高炉煤气流道出气口处、第二空气流道出气口处均设置有气旋流片10,支撑杆3的存在用于支撑转炉煤气管1内的旋流片,其余的旋流片由相邻的两个管壁支撑。
高炉煤气进气口11与转炉煤气进气口2均朝上开设,第一空气套管7与第二空气套管9的进气口均朝下开设。
本发明将多种低热值的煤气(高炉煤气、转炉煤气、焦炉煤气)布置在同一个燃烧器中,内外分层布置,且单独配风,这样各种煤气的燃烧各不影响,该燃烧装置可同时燃烧多种煤气或燃烧单一煤气,使锅炉炉膛燃烧器布置简单紧凑。

1.一种燃多种低热值煤气燃烧装置,其特征在于,其包括转炉煤气管,所述转炉煤气管一端为连通炉膛的转炉煤气出气口、另一端设置有转炉煤气进气口,所述转炉煤气管内安装有支撑杆,所述支撑杆周围设置有一圈焦炉煤气管,所述焦炉煤气管一端贯穿所述转炉煤气进管并开设有焦炉煤气进气口、另一端连通所述炉膛并设置有焦炉煤气喷口,所述转炉煤气管外部套设有第一空气套管,所述第一空气套管外部套设有高炉煤气管,所述高炉煤气管外部套设有第二空气套管,所述第一空气套管内壁与所述转炉煤气管外壁形成第一空气流道,所述高炉煤气管内壁与所述第一空气套管外壁形成高炉煤气流道,所述第二空气套管内壁与所述高炉煤气管外壁形成第二空气流道,所述转炉煤气出气口处、第一空气流道出气口处、高炉煤气流道出气口处、第二空气流道出气口处均设置有气旋流片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃多种低热值煤气燃烧装置,其特征在于,所述高炉煤气管进气口与所述转炉煤气管进气口均朝上开设,所述第一空气套管与所述第二空气套管的进气口均朝下开设。
