Abstract
The invention provides an auxiliary tool for air bag plugging during detection and repair of a drainage pipe network and a using method thereof, wherein the auxiliary tool comprises a main telescopic rod, wherein the bottom end of the main telescopic rod is rotatably provided with a bottom cross rod, a sliding sleeve is sleeved above the bottom cross rod, a top cross rod is rotatably arranged on the sliding sleeve, and two ends of the bottom cross rod and the top cross rod are respectively connected with a telescopic scissor mechanism; the other end of the scissor mechanism is fixedly connected with a flexible cover; and a telescopic power mechanism for driving the scissors fork mechanism to extend is arranged in the scissors fork mechanism, and the telescopic power mechanism is arranged on the main telescopic rod. The device can facilitate the air bag plugging of workers under the condition of not entering the inspection well, and reduce the operation frequency of a limited space.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of detection and repair of a drainage pipe network, in particular to an auxiliary tool for air bag plugging during detection and repair of the drainage pipe network.
Background
When defect detection and trenchless restoration are carried out on a rain sewage pipeline, air bag plugging is often needed, workers are generally needed for downhole operation of the air bag plugging, and for the sewage pipeline running at a high water level, diving operation is needed, the diving operation procedure is complex, the safety risk is large, and the cost is high.
However, if the pipeline is not lowered into the well, the L-shaped rod is generally used for hooking the air bag to send the air bag into the pipeline to be plugged, but the air bag cannot be completely sent into the pipeline, and other tools (steel pipes and the like) are used for assisting in prying the air bag, but the air bag plugging effect is influenced because the lever principle causes no force, even a large amount of water enters the pipeline section to be detected (or repaired) after plugging because part of the pipeline is buried deeply.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides an auxiliary tool for air bag plugging during detection and repair of a drainage pipe network, which is convenient for workers to perform air bag plugging without entering an inspection well, and reduces the operation frequency in a limited space.
In order to achieve the technical features, the invention is realized as follows: an auxiliary tool for air bag blocking during detection and repair of a drainage pipe network comprises a main telescopic rod, wherein a bottom cross rod is rotatably installed at the bottom end of the main telescopic rod, a sliding sleeve is sleeved above the bottom cross rod, a top cross rod is rotatably installed on the sliding sleeve, and two ends of the bottom cross rod and the top cross rod are respectively connected with a telescopic scissor mechanism; the other end of the scissor mechanism is fixedly connected with a flexible cover; and a telescopic power mechanism for driving the scissors fork mechanism to extend is arranged in the scissors fork mechanism, and the telescopic power mechanism is arranged on the main telescopic rod.
The main telescopic rod is connected with a bottom positioning rod.
The bottom cross rod is sleeved inside the bottom sleeve, and the bottom sleeve is welded and fixed on the main telescopic rod.
The shearing fork mechanism comprises two shearing fork rods which are arranged in a crossed manner, and the two shearing fork rods are hinged and connected through a middle pin shaft; two top angles and low angles of the two scissor levers are respectively connected through springs.
The telescopic power mechanism comprises a closed flexible bag, two ends of the closed flexible bag are respectively connected with a first cushion block and a second cushion block, and the second cushion block is connected with the main telescopic rod through a connecting seat; the closed flexible bag is connected with a flexible pipe for inflating or flushing.
The use method of the air bag plugging auxiliary tool for detecting and repairing the drainage pipe network comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: adjusting the telescopic rod to a proper length according to the burial depth of the pipeline to be plugged;
step two: sending the plugging air bag along the overhaul well by using an L rod, and adjusting the position of the plugging air bag to ensure that one end part of the plugging air bag extends into the pipeline;
step three: the auxiliary tool is also sent along the underground maintenance well through the telescopic rod, and the position of the auxiliary tool is adjusted to ensure that one end of the flexible cover is just corresponding to the outer extending end of the plugging air bag;
step four: the sealed flexible bag is filled with water or gas through the flexible pipe, so that the sealed flexible bag is stretched and driven to stretch, the flexible cover is synchronously driven to stretch through the shearing fork mechanism, and then the flexible cover is contacted with the extending end of the plugging air bag and is completely jacked into the pipeline; selecting a machine to take out the L-shaped rod;
step five: inflating through an air pipe of the plugging air bag, emptying water in the closed flexible bag by using reverse pumping equipment after the plugging air bag expands properly, taking out the whole auxiliary tool, and then continuously inflating the plugging air bag to the required pressure;
step six: after the plugging is finished, the plugging operation is repeated at another place.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the device can facilitate the air bag plugging of workers under the condition of not entering the inspection well, and reduce the operation frequency of a limited space.
2. The bottom of the maintenance well can be inserted into the bottom of the whole main telescopic rod through the bottom positioning rod, and then the whole main telescopic rod is positioned and fixed, so that the displacement is prevented from occurring in the using process of the main telescopic rod.
3. Through foretell scissors mechanism can be under the external drive normal rotation extension, and then provide the thrust to flexible cover.
4. The telescopic power mechanism can provide power for the scissor mechanism to stretch.

Embodiments of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1-9, an auxiliary tool for air bag blocking during detection and repair of a drainage pipe network comprises a main telescopic rod 1, wherein a bottom cross rod 9 is rotatably installed at the bottom end of the main telescopic rod 1, a sliding sleeve 7 is sleeved above the bottom cross rod 9, a top cross rod 8 is rotatably installed on the sliding sleeve 7, and two ends of the bottom cross rod 9 and the top cross rod 8 are respectively connected with a telescopic fork shearing mechanism 2; the other end of the scissor mechanism 2 is fixedly connected with a flexible cover 4; the inside of the scissors mechanism 2 is provided with a telescopic power mechanism for driving the scissors mechanism to extend, and the telescopic power mechanism is arranged on the main telescopic rod 1. The auxiliary tool can be used for auxiliary installation of the plugging air bag 20, so that an operator can conveniently plug the air bag without entering an inspection well, and the operation frequency of a limited space is reduced.
Further, the main telescopic rod 1 is connected with a bottom positioning rod 6. Bottom locating rod 6 can insert the bottom of whole main telescopic link 1 in the bottom of manhole 18, and then fixes a position and fix whole main telescopic link 1, prevents that its in-process from taking place the displacement.
Further, the bottom cross rod 9 is sleeved inside a bottom sleeve 10, and the bottom sleeve 10 is welded and fixed on the main telescopic rod 1. The bottom sleeve 10 ensures that the bottom cross rod 9 can normally rotate, and further ensures the normal telescopic action of the scissors mechanism 2.

The spring 3 plays a role of automatic reset, and the scissor mechanism 2 is convenient to contract.
Further, the telescopic power mechanism comprises a sealed flexible bag 15, two ends of the sealed flexible bag 15 are respectively connected with a first cushion block 14 and a second cushion block 13, and the second cushion block 13 is connected with the main telescopic rod 1 through a connecting seat 12; the closed flexible bag 15 is connected to a flexible tube 11 for inflation or flushing. The telescopic power mechanism can provide power for the scissor mechanism 2 to stretch, and in a specific use process, the sealed flexible bag 15 is inflated or flushed to extend or shorten, so that the sealed flexible bag is finally used for driving the plugging air bag 20 to drill into the pipeline 19.
Wherein, preferably, the air bag plugging auxiliary tool is filled with water to avoid floating up after being inflated and expanded.

the use method of the air bag plugging auxiliary tool for detecting and repairing the drainage pipe network comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: adjusting the telescopic rod 1 to a proper length according to the burial depth of the pipeline 19 to be plugged;
step two: sending the plugging air bag 20 down the manhole 18 by using the L rod 16, and adjusting the position of the plugging air bag 20 to enable one end part to penetrate into the pipeline 19;
step three: sending the auxiliary tool down along the manhole 18 through the telescopic rod 1, and adjusting the position of the auxiliary tool to ensure that one end of the flexible cover 4 is just corresponding to the outer extending end of the plugging air bag 20;
step four: the sealed flexible bag 15 is filled with water or inflated through the flexible pipe 11, so that the sealed flexible bag 15 stretches and retracts, the scissor mechanism 2 is driven, the flexible cover 4 is synchronously driven to stretch and retract through the scissor mechanism 2, the flexible cover 4 is contacted with the extending end of the plugging air bag 20, and the plugging air bag is completely jacked into the pipeline 19; and the L-shaped rod 16 is taken out by selecting the machine;
step five: inflating the air pipe 21 of the plugging air bag 20, emptying water in the closed flexible bag 15 by using reverse pumping equipment after the plugging air bag 20 is properly expanded, taking out the whole auxiliary tool, and continuing to inflate the plugging air bag 20 to the required pressure;
step six: after the plugging is finished, the plugging operation is repeated at another place.

The auxiliary tool for air bag blocking during detection and repair of the drainage pipe network is characterized by comprising a main telescopic rod (1), wherein a bottom cross rod (9) is rotatably installed at the bottom end of the main telescopic rod (1), a sliding sleeve (7) is sleeved above the bottom cross rod (9), a top cross rod (8) is rotatably installed on the sliding sleeve (7), and two ends of the bottom cross rod (9) and the top cross rod (8) are respectively connected with a telescopic fork shearing mechanism (2); the other end of the scissor mechanism (2) is fixedly connected with a flexible cover (4); a telescopic power mechanism for driving the scissors fork mechanism (2) to extend is arranged in the scissors fork mechanism, and the telescopic power mechanism is arranged on the main telescopic rod (1).
