目前,现有的建筑外墙保温一体化结构多数采用固定结构,由于外墙保温面积大,容易因粘接固定造成外墙保温结构边角处出现镂空,进而导致外墙保温碰裂,由于外墙保温多数高空施工作业,容易使外墙保温结构固定困难造成施工不方便,由于缺少密封防水部件,容易使外墙保温结构安装完成后出现渗水造成墙体掉块,不能满足建筑外墙保温一体化结构使用的需求。

10.一种建筑外墙保温一体化结构的使用方法,应用于权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的一种建筑外墙保温一体化结构中,其特征在于:在外墙保温一体化结构安装时,根据现场指定的基准线测量所述紧固螺栓(3)之间的尺寸,在外墙上定位打孔,将所述紧固螺栓(3)与打好的孔安装固定好,通过所述找平层板(2)使结构与外墙壁保持垂直竖平,通过所述滑块一(10)和所述滑块二(12),滑动所述卡板(13),调节所述保温板(18)固定的尺寸,并通过所述锁紧螺丝一(15)和所述锁紧螺丝二(17)将所述卡板(13)定位锁死,通过所述限位孔(14)滑动所述锚固钉(16),使所述保温板(18)与所述锚固钉(16)之间固定牢固,同时在安装第二块保温机构时,将所述插边(7)***所述插槽(6)内,使所述卡块(8)同时一块卡入所述连接板(4)上的所述卡孔(5),连接牢固,遇到下雨的天,通过所述密封边(24)对外墙保温一体化结构之间防水,避免长期渗水造成外墙保温脱落,该建筑外墙保温一体化结构安装便捷,连接牢固,提高了建筑外墙保温一体化结构使用的效率。
