Preferably, the first adsorbent material 14 is provided in a plurality of first adsorbent materials 14, at least two of the plurality of first adsorbent materials 14 having different parameters, and/or the first adsorbent materials 14 of different consumable cartridges 1 having different parameters; wherein the parameters of the first adsorbent material 14 include at least one of shape, size, layout, quantity and adsorption characteristics.
In another embodiment, the electrical contacts 13 are capable of flexing or elastically deforming when subjected to an external force.
In another embodiment, the consumable cartridge 1 is further provided with a first engaging portion. Preferably, the first adsorbent material 14 is disposed on the first engagement portion.
In another embodiment, the first engaging parts are provided in a plurality, and at least two of the first engaging parts in the plurality of first engaging parts have different parameters, and/or the first engaging parts of different consumable cartridges 1 have different parameters; wherein the parameters of the first engaging part include at least one of shape, size and position.
The application refers to the description of the consumable components above for the specific structure, details and functions of the improvement of the consumable box 1, and the details are not repeated here.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the present application also discloses a test head 3. The test head 3 includes a probe 31 and a second sorbent material 32, the second sorbent material 32 being for sorptively mating with the first sorbent material as mentioned above in the consumable cartridge assembly, package or consumable cartridge. The second adsorbent 32 may be iron, cobalt, nickel, magnet, etc., preferably low cost iron or magnet, and may be used in combination with the first adsorbent. Illustratively, when the first adsorbent material is iron, the second adsorbent material is a magnet, and when the first adsorbent material is an N-type magnet, the second adsorbent material is an S-type magnet.
Further, the test head 3 further comprises a second engaging portion, and the second engaging portion is used for being matched with the first engaging portion or the first adsorbing material for limiting, so that the probes 31 and the electrical contacts can be kept in good electrical contact all the time. For example, a first engaging portion, such as a protrusion, a groove or a notch, may be disposed on the consumable cartridge body or the detection region, and a second engaging portion, such as a groove, a protrusion or a bump, may be disposed on the test head body and engaged with the first engaging portion.
Further, the second adsorbing material 32 is provided on the second engaging portion. The second meshing portion is provided with a plurality of, and probe 31 locates between a plurality of second meshing portion for the structure is simpler, practice thrift the space.
Furthermore, the number of the second engaging parts is several, and at least two of the second engaging parts in the several second engaging parts have different parameters, wherein the parameters of the second engaging parts at least comprise one of shape, size and position. Therefore, the combination part can be completely meshed with the limiting part only when the test head is accurately installed, so that the electric connection failure with the computer readable storage medium caused by the azimuth error of the test head can be prevented, and if the power supply end of the probe is connected with the grounding end of the computer readable storage medium, a good prompt effect is played. The parameters of at least two of the second engaging parts are different, the parameters of the second engaging parts at least comprise one of shape, size and position, and the first engaging parts matched with the second engaging parts also have matched structures, so that the test head is further prevented from being used in wrong types, reversed, not in place in connection and the like.
In this application, cross explanation and use have been done when introducing package assembly, package, consumptive material box and test head, and the repeated part is no longer repeated.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (23)

1. A consumable assembly, comprising:
a package provided with a housing cavity;
the consumable box is arranged in the accommodating cavity;
a computer-readable storage medium disposed on the consumable cartridge, storing information related to the consumable cartridge;
an electrical contact in electrical connection with the computer readable storage medium;
a first adsorbent material capable of being magnetically adsorbed.
2. The consumable assembly of claim 1, wherein the first adsorbent material and the electrical contacts are located on a same side of the package or consumable assembly in use.
3. A consumable assembly according to claim 2, wherein the first sorbent material is provided in a plurality and the electrical contacts are arranged, in use, between a plurality of the first sorbent materials.
4. The consumable assembly of claim 1, wherein the first adsorbent material is provided in a plurality of different parameters, at least two of the first adsorbent materials being different in the plurality of first adsorbent materials, and/or the parameters of the first adsorbent materials of different consumable assemblies being different;
wherein the parameter of the first adsorbent material comprises at least one of shape, size, layout, quantity, and adsorption characteristics.
5. The consumable assembly of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first adsorbent material is disposed on the packaging.
6. The consumable assembly of claim 5, wherein the package further comprises a window, the electrical contact is disposed on the consumable cartridge and exposed to the window, and the first adsorbent material is on the same side of the package as the window.
7. The consumable assembly of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the electrical contacts are provided on the packaging.
8. The consumable assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first adsorbing material can be adsorbed by a test head of a burn-in apparatus.
9. A consumable assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the electrical contacts are capable of flexing or elastically deforming when subjected to an external force.
10. The consumable assembly of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the package further comprises a first engagement portion.
11. The consumable assembly of claim 10, wherein the first adsorbent material is disposed on the first engagement portion.
12. The consumable assembly of claim 10, wherein the first engagement portions are provided in a plurality of numbers, at least two of the first engagement portions of the plurality of first engagement portions having different parameters, and/or the first engagement portions of different consumable assemblies having different parameters;
wherein the parameters of the first engaging portion include at least one of a shape, a size, and a position.
13. A package, comprising:
the shell is provided with an accommodating cavity;
a first adsorbent material disposed on the shell;
wherein the housing further defines a window, the first adsorbent material and the window being on a same side of the housing, or the package further includes an electrical contact, the electrical contact being disposed on the housing, the first adsorbent material and the electrical contact being on a same side of the housing.
14. The package of claim 13, wherein the first adsorbent material is provided in a plurality, and the window or the electrical contact is provided between a plurality of the first adsorbent materials.
15. The package of claim 13 or 14, wherein the first adsorbent material is provided in a plurality of different parameters, wherein at least two of the first adsorbent materials have different parameters, and wherein the parameters of the first adsorbent material comprise at least one of shape, size, and adsorption characteristics.
16. A package according to claim 13 or 14, further comprising a first engagement.
17. The package of claim 16, wherein the first adsorbent material is disposed on the first engagement portion.
18. The package according to claim 16, wherein the first engaging portions are provided in a plurality, at least two of the first engaging portions of the plurality having different parameters, and/or the first engaging portions of different packages having different parameters;
wherein the parameters of the first engaging portion include at least one of a shape, a size, and a position.
19. A test head comprising a probe and characterised by further comprising a second adsorbent material for adsorptive engagement with the first adsorbent material.
20. The test head of claim 19 further comprising a second engagement portion for cooperating with the first engagement portion or the first adsorbent material for retention.
21. The test head of claim 20, wherein the second adsorbent material is disposed on the second engagement portion.
22. The test head as claimed in claim 20 wherein said second engagement portions are provided in plurality, and said probes are provided between a plurality of said second engagement portions.
23. The test head according to any one of claims 20 to 22, wherein the second engagement portions are provided in a plurality, and at least two of the plurality of second engagement portions have different parameters, wherein the parameters of the second engagement portions include at least one of shape, size and position.
