Background
At present, a plurality of products are packaged by using hexahedral paper boxes, the raw materials of the paper boxes are semi-finished products folded into sheets, and the whole packaging process of the products is finished after the sheet paper boxes are unfolded, the bottom of the paper boxes are buckled, the products are filled, and the tongues are sealed and inserted when the paper boxes are packaged.
The chinese patent application publication No. CN112278423A discloses a carton packaging machine, which is provided with a first carton conveying line, a carton opening mechanism, a carton tail end sealing mechanism, a carton conveying mechanism, a second carton conveying line, a product placing station, a third carton conveying line, a folding machine, a specification throwing mechanism, a carton head end sealing mechanism and a labeling mechanism. The automatic packaging machine has the advantages of high overall automation degree and contribution to improving the production efficiency. For a product placing station, a manual mode is preferred in the design scheme, and a specific scheme is not given for other filling modes; on the other hand, in order to prevent the packaged products from being damaged in the process of storage and transportation, shockproof packaging bodies are arranged between almost all products and the paper boxes, and the shockproof packaging bodies are typically air column type inflatable packaging bags or shock absorption half-body cards.
Referring to fig. 17, after the bottom-fastened carton 40 is opened, and the products 30 are sleeved with the shock-absorbing half-clamps 31 made of foam materials at the two ends, the outline size of each shock-absorbing half-clamp is usually slightly larger than the size of the inner cavity of the carton 40, so that the shock-absorbing packages are usually tightly extruded in the carton 40 in an interference manner, and a grabbing manipulator during filling can only grab the products 30, which easily causes the products 30 to be damaged. In addition, four cover plates extending upwards from the open brim often have at least one inwards inclined piece, and these characteristics bring some problems to automatic filling, on one hand, a set of opening devices need to be designed before filling, so that the four cover plates are all outwards inclined and then move to a filling device, thus the structure of the carton packaging machine becomes complicated and the occupied space is relatively large, the alignment precision of the grabbing manipulator for grabbing the product 30 with the shockproof packaging body to be filled into the carton 40 is extremely high, and the carton 40 can be crushed or the product 30 can be damaged due to slight deviation.
Therefore, it is necessary to design a filling device with simple structure and small occupied space.
Disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide a filling device for filling a carton with products having shock-resistant packages;
it is a further object of the present invention to provide a carton packaging machine which is built with the above filling apparatus.
To achieve the above-mentioned primary object, the present invention provides a filling device comprising a frame and a product bin having a bin inlet and a bin outlet facing in a first direction; one end of the contraction and expansion channel is fixedly butted with the bin outlet and extends to the other end along the first direction; when no product passes through the contracting and expanding channel, the cross-sectional area of the contracting and expanding channel is gradually reduced along with the distance from the bin outlet, and when the product passes through the contracting and expanding channel, the cross-sectional area of the contracting and expanding channel is elastically expanded due to the extrusion of the product; the first power source is used for driving the product bin to do linear reciprocating motion along the first direction relative to the rack; and the second power source is used for driving the pushing head positioned in the product bin to do linear reciprocating motion in the first direction relative to the product bin, and the pushing head is used for pushing the products in the product bin out of the collecting and expanding channel.
According to the scheme, the collecting and expanding channel has the structural characteristics that the front end is small, the rear end is large, and the front end can be expanded, so that the front end of the collecting and expanding channel can smoothly enter the opening of the paper box when the product bin moves forward along the first direction under the driving of the first power source, even if four cover plates of the paper box slightly have improper inward inclination, the filling is not hindered, the requirement on the relative positioning precision of the paper box and the product bin is greatly reduced, and then the collecting and expanding channel is expanded and products are pushed into the paper box under the action of the pushing force of the pushing head. The whole filling device has very simple structure and small occupied space.
The further proposal is that the contraction and expansion channel is composed of four trapezoidal elastic sheets. The advantage is that the service life of the expanding channel is longer.
Another further solution is that the converging-diverging passage is formed by a plurality of elastic strips. The advantage is that the frictional resistance of the expanding channel is relatively small, which can make the power of the second power source relatively reduced.
Still another scheme is that the contraction and expansion channel is composed of a trapezoidal elastic sheet and an elastic tent. The advantage is that the positioning accuracy requirement for the carton is further reduced.
A further alternative is that the flexible awning is a corrugated wall, viewed in a cross-section perpendicular to the first direction; and the corrugation height of the elastic awning at the outlet end is zero when viewed from the longitudinal section along the first direction, and the corrugation height gradually increases to the other end along the first direction.
Still further, the opening of the bin inlet faces a second direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. The advantage is that the layout of the product conveying lines can be determined according to the actual conditions of the space in the workshop.
The further proposal is that the first power source is a cylinder or a screw rod stepping motor; the second power source is a cylinder or a screw rod stepping motor. The advantage that the power supply is the cylinder is that the cost of filling device is lower, and the advantage that the power supply is lead screw step motor is that it is accurate swift to fill.
To achieve another object of the present invention, there is provided a carton packing machine comprising a bottom-closing means and a cover-closing means; the filling device of any one of the above aspects is also included.

The carton packaging machine of the present invention has a plurality of embodiments as well as the filling device of the present invention, and since the variations of the embodiments of the carton packaging machine depend on the variations of the filling device therein, the following description will be given mainly to the different embodiments of the filling device.
First embodiment of filling device
Referring to fig. 1, the filling device 5 in this example is a twin filling device, i.e. two products can be filled into two cartons 40 simultaneously in the same time period. The products 30 to be filled are placed in the product bin 20 of the filling device 5, and after the conveying mechanism for the paper box 40 to move towards the negative direction along the X axis reaches the filling position shown in figure 1, the limiting plate 41 fixed relative to the rack 10 is used for carrying out Y-direction limiting, in this example, the Z axis is vertical, namely, the opening of the paper box 40 faces to the horizontal direction in the XY plane, and the advantage is that at least three cover sheets are not easy to tilt inwards towards the opening. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the outlet 22 faces in a first direction, i.e., the Y-axis forward direction, perpendicular to the second direction. The right end of the receiving and expanding channel 23 is fixedly butted with the bin outlet and extends to the left end along the Y-axis positive direction, the receiving and expanding channel 23 is composed of an upper trapezoidal elastic sheet 231 and a lower trapezoidal elastic sheet 231 in the Z-axis direction and a left trapezoidal elastic sheet 232 and a right trapezoidal elastic sheet 232 in the X-axis direction, the trapezoidal elastic sheets 231 and the trapezoidal elastic sheets 232 can be made of copper sheets, carbon steel sheets, stainless steel sheets and the like, when no product 30 passes through the receiving and expanding channel 23, under the action of elastic restoring force of the four elastic sheets, the cross-sectional area of the receiving and expanding channel 23 along the Y-axis direction is gradually reduced along with the distance from the bin outlet 22, so that a tubular channel in a shape of a roughly quadrangular frustum pyramid is formed, when the cylinder 52 fixed on the rack 10 acts, the cylinder head of the cylinder head drives the product bin 20 to linearly reciprocate along the Y-axis direction on the track, when the cylinder 53 fixed on the product bin 20 acts, during the process of pushing the product 30 into the converging-diverging passage 23 by the pushing head 531, the pushing force of the air cylinder 53 will push the converging-diverging passage through the product 30, so as to expand the cross-sectional area of the converging-diverging passage 23, and thus the product 30 can pass through.
The operation of the filling device 5 is briefly described below.
After the products 30 are loaded into the product bin 20 by a robot or manually, and the cartons 30 are conveyed by the conveyor belt in the positive direction from the X-axis to the negative direction to the position shown in fig. 3 and 4, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the air cylinder 52 is actuated to drive the product bin 20 to move in the positive direction from the Y-axis, and since the expanding and contracting passage 23 is in the shape of a frustum, the front end of the expanding and contracting passage can be smoothly inserted into the opening of the carton 40, and the insertion depth is preferably such that the expanding and contracting passage 23 does not touch the bottom of the carton 40.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the rear cylinder 53 is actuated to drive the pusher 531 forward in the Y-axis direction relative to the product bin 20 to push the products 30 into the converging-diverging passageway 23.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, when the product 30 is pushed by the pushing head 531 driven by the cylinder 53 to touch the bottom of the paper box 40, the cylinder 52 is actuated to drive the product bin 20 to move linearly in the negative Y-axis direction, and when the expanding and contracting passage 23 exits the opening of the paper box 40, the cylinder 53 is actuated to cause the pushing head 531 to also move linearly in the negative Y-axis direction relative to the product bin 20 until the product bin 20 and the pushing head 531 return to the state of fig. 3 and 4. The filled carton 40 is fed by the conveyor belt to the capping device in the negative X-axis direction.
Second embodiment of the filling device
The difference between this example and the previous example is the structure of the converging-diverging channel, and referring to fig. 11, the converging-diverging channel 23 is composed of a trapezoidal elastic sheet 231 and an elastic hood 233.
Referring to fig. 12, the elastic tent 233 is made of rubber or latex, silicone or the like having elasticity, and has a corrugated wall configuration as viewed in a cross-section parallel to the XZ plane.
Referring to fig. 13, the bellows 233 at the outlet 22 has a wave height h of zero when viewed in a longitudinal section along the Y-axis and gradually increases in a forward direction along the Y-axis.
Third and fourth embodiments of the filling device
The third and fourth embodiments of the filling device 5 of the present invention replace the air cylinder 52 and the air cylinder 53 in the above two embodiments with screw stepping motors, respectively.
Fifth embodiment of the filling device
The difference between this example and the first example is the structure of the converging-diverging passage 23, which replaces four trapezoidal elastic pieces with a plurality of elastic strips arranged alternately, and the material selection of the elastic strips is the same as that of the trapezoidal elastic pieces.
Other embodiments of the filling device
The filling devices 5 are all horizontally arranged, the bin inlet 21 is arranged on the top surface, and obviously, the bin inlet is arranged on the side surface, namely a YZ plane, according to different feeding directions of the products 30, the invention can also be implemented.
With the structure using the converging-diverging passage 23 as in the second embodiment, the trapezoidal elastic pieces 231 may also be provided on the other sides of the outlet 22 as the case may be. Also, in the case that the material for making the elastic tent is elastic enough, such as silicon rubber, the trapezoidal elastic sheet 231 can be completely eliminated, and the whole converging-diverging passage 23 is formed by silicon rubber, i.e. the trapezoidal elastic sheet 231 is also replaced by a corrugated sheet formed by silicon rubber.
For the contraction and expansion channel 23 as in the first embodiment, the four trapezoidal elastic pieces can be hinged at the outlet of the bin by using non-elastic pieces, and the expansion and contraction are controlled by using an elastic brace connection in the circumferential direction.
In addition, the opening of the paper box 40 in the above embodiments is directed to the Y-axis direction, obviously, the opening may be directed to the Z-axis direction, i.e. upward, according to the requirement, and the invention can also be realized.
Carton packing machine embodiment
