本发明公开了一种双功能电动车,属于电动卡丁车、玩具车、钢管车、赛车技术领域,该双功能电动车包括油门单元、刹车单元、控制单元、电池组、方向盘单元、模式转换开关、转向轮、驱动轮、电脑;油门单元与所述控制单元连接,用于控制整车扭矩输出;刹车单元与控制单元连接;方向盘单元包括锁止开关、第二电机、方向盘,第二电机两端输出电机轴,一端连接方向盘,另一端连接锁止开关;控制单元与第二电机电信号连接,电池组、电脑均连接至控制单元;该双功能电动车,通过模式转换开关可进行两种驾驶模式的转换,既可以作为电动车辆驾驶,也可以作为电竞赛车模拟器,操作简单,功能多样,减少制作成本。

技术领域
本发明属于电动卡丁车、玩具车、钢管车、赛车技术领域,尤其涉及一种双功能电动车。
背景技术
在电动卡丁车、玩具车、钢管车、赛车领域,通常车辆提供单纯的驾乘功能,驾驶者操作方向盘、加速踏板、制动踏板实现车辆操作;在电竞游戏领域,通常用模拟方向盘、加速踏板、制动踏板提供信号给电脑,从而操作电脑赛车游戏。
但是对于上述两种不同功能的车辆,均只能提供自身一种功能,功能单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双功能电动车,既可以作为电动车辆驾驶,也可以作为电竞赛车模拟器,两者功能可以随时切换。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种双功能电动车,该双功能电动车包括油门单元、刹车单元、控制单元、电池组、方向盘单元、模式转换开关、转向轮、驱动轮、电脑;
所述油门单元包括油门踏板、油门信号线,油门踏板通过油门信号线与所述控制单元连接,用于控制整车扭矩输出;
所述刹车单元包括刹车踏板、制动线、制动信号线、制动开关、制动卡钳,所述制动线与制动信号线一端与刹车踏板连接,制动线另一端连接至制动卡钳,制动开关可手动控制卡钳,制动信号线另一端与控制单元连接;
所述方向盘单元包括锁止开关、第二电机、方向盘,所述第二电机两端输出电机轴,一端连接方向盘,另一端连接锁止开关;
所述控制单元电信号连接有第一电机,第一电机与驱动轮连接,所述控制单元与所述第二电机电信号连接,所述电池组、电脑均连接至控制单元。
优选的,所述转向轮还连接有转向柱,转向柱远离转向轮端连接至所述锁止开关,锁止开关远离转向柱端固定至所述第二电机的输出电机轴上。
优选的,所述控制单元采集油门信号、制动信号线信号、转向信号,通过USB或其它接口连接所述电脑。
优选的,所述电脑可运行赛车游戏,将信号反馈至控制单元,控制单元驱动所述第二电机实现方向盘力反馈。
本发明的有益效果是:该双功能电动车,通过模式转换开关可进行两种驾驶模式的转换,既可以作为电动车辆驾驶,也可以作为电竞赛车模拟器,操作简单,功能多样,减少制作成本。

请同时参考图1至图3,下面将结合附图对本发明实施例的双功能电动车作详细说明。
该双功能电动车包括油门单元、刹车单元、控制单元、电池组、方向盘单元、模式转换开关、转向轮、驱动轮、电脑;
所述油门单元包括油门踏板、油门信号线,油门踏板通过油门信号与所述控制单元连接,用于控制整车扭矩输出;
所述刹车单元包括刹车踏板、制动线、制动信号线、制动开关、制动卡钳,所述制动线与制动信号线一端与刹车踏板连接,制动线另一端连接至制动卡钳,制动开关可手动控制卡钳,制动信号线另一端与控制单元连接;
所述方向盘单元包括锁止开关3、第二电机2、方向盘1,所述第二电机2两端输出电机轴,一端连接方向盘1,另一端连接锁止开关3;
所述控制单元电信号连接有第一电机,第一电机与驱动轮连接,所述控制单元与所述第二电机电信号连接,所述电池组、电脑均连接至控制单元。
具体的,转向轮还连接有转向柱4,转向柱4远离转向轮端连接至所述锁止开关3,锁止开关3远离转向柱4端固定至所述第二电机2的输出电机轴上。
具体的,控制单元采集油门信号、制动信号线信号、转向信号,通过USB或其它接口连接所述电脑。
具体的,电脑可运行赛车游戏,将信号反馈至控制单元,控制单元驱动所述第二电机实现方向盘力反馈。
在上述实施例中,启动电动车模式时,工作原理如下:
打开模式转换开关,程序进入电动车模式,锁止开关连通第二电机和转向柱,制动开关松开制动卡钳,同时电池组提供***电源,控制单元驱动第一电机,第一电机控制驱动轮转动,实现动力输出,同时控制单元驱动第二电机,实现转向助力,油门踏板提供信号给控制单元,控制整车扭矩输出,刹车踏板通过拉线控制驱动轮制动卡钳,同时提供制动信号给控制单元。
在上述实施例中,启动赛车模拟器模式时,工作原理如下:
模式转换开关关闭,程序进入赛车模拟器模式,控制单元采集油门、制动、转向信号,通过USB或其它接口连接电脑,通过电脑运行赛车游戏,控制单元从电脑获取反馈信号,锁止开关分离第二电机和转向柱,制动开关锁止制动卡钳,防止车轮转动,控制单元驱动第二电机实现力反馈,实现模拟驾驶。
特别说明的是,本发明提供的双功能电动车应用于三轮、多轮电动车原理相同;前轮制动、四轮制动原理相同;液压、电子制动原理相同。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种双功能电动车,其特征在于,该双功能电动车包括油门单元、刹车单元、控制单元、电池组、方向盘单元、模式转换开关、转向轮、驱动轮、电脑;
所述油门单元包括油门踏板、油门信号线,油门踏板通过油门信号线与所述控制单元连接,用于控制整车扭矩输出;
所述刹车单元包括刹车踏板、制动线、制动信号线、制动开关、制动卡钳,所述制动线与制动信号线一端与刹车踏板连接,制动线另一端连接至制动卡钳,制动开关可手动控制卡钳,制动信号线另一端与控制单元连接;
所述方向盘单元包括锁止开关、第二电机、方向盘,所述第二电机两端输出电机轴,一端连接方向盘,另一端连接锁止开关;
所述控制单元电信号连接有第一电机,第一电机与驱动轮连接,所述控制单元与所述第二电机电信号连接,所述电池组、电脑均连接至控制单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双功能电动车,其特征在于,所述转向轮还连接有转向柱,转向柱远离转向轮端连接至所述锁止开关,锁止开关远离转向柱端固定至所述第二电机的输出电机轴上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双功能电动车,其特征在于,所述控制单元采集油门控制线信号、制动信号线信号、转向信号,通过USB或其它接口连接所述电脑。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双功能电动车,其特征在于,所述电脑可运行赛车游戏,将信号反馈至控制单元,控制单元驱动所述第二电机实现方向盘力反馈。
